It was almost my first time doing serious trekking, but thanks to the support of the guide, I had a great time. The explanations were thorough and educational, and I was very satisfied with the wonderful photos taken. 😊

本格的なトレッキングはほぼ初めてでしたが、ガイドさんのサポートのおかげで楽しく過ごすことができました。説明も丁寧で勉強になりましたし、素敵な写真を撮っていただき大満足です(^^)

I participated in the Yakusugi trekking. The guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi, was truly wonderful. It was my first time in Yakushima, and I had a great time.

屋久杉トレッキングに参加しました。ガイドのミツハシ様には本当に良くしていただきました。初めての屋久島でしたが大変楽しめました。

We participated as a couple. We shared one kayak for the two of us, while the guide had another kayak, and we followed the guide's lead. The guide taught us how to paddle before we set off.

It was a windy day with somewhat high waves, making it challenging to paddle in certain areas, but that made it all the more rewarding and fun. Along the shore, we could see various plants and animals, including mangroves and migratory birds, showcasing the unique ecosystem of Yanbaru.

The flow of the day was as follows:
(1) Gather at the meeting point
(2) Move from the meeting point to the departure location
(3) Kayak departure
(4) Return to the departure location
(5) Disband at the departure location or return to the meeting point's cottage to take a shower before disbanding

As a note, you will definitely get wet, so it's best to come in clothes that can get wet. Also, you can bring drinks on the kayak, so it's a good idea to prepare some.

カップルで参加しました。カヤックは私たち２人で１隻、ガイドさん１人で１隻で、ガイドさんの誘導についていくかたちでした。漕ぎ方は出発前にガイドさんが教えてくださいます。
風が強い日で波が多少高く、場所によっては漕ぐのが大変でしたが、その分漕ぎがいがあり楽しかったです。岸沿いには様々な動植物が生息しており、マングローブや渡り鳥など、やんばる特有の生態系を見ることができます。

当日の流れとしては以下になります。
(1)集合場所に集合
(2)集合場所から出発地点へ移動
(3)カヤック出発
(4)出発地点に戻る
(5)出発地点にて解散・もしくは集合場所のコテージに戻りシャワーを浴びて解散

注意点としては、必ず濡れるので、濡れてもよい服で来るとよいと思います。
また飲み物もカヤックに持ち込めるので、用意しておくとよいと思います。

I was taken care of during the sea turtle tour. Although it was postponed by a day due to the typhoon, I was amazed by the beautiful, clear blue of the ocean, which showed no signs of the storm's impact. The staff's response during the postponement was excellent. I think there were at least 5 or 6 sea turtles. I couldn't believe how close we could get to them. During the tour, the guide led us and shared interesting facts. The tour package included all the necessary equipment, so it seemed like I could participate with just my swimsuit. I brought a camera to take underwater photos, but it turned out I didn't need it, as they took about 100 high-quality pictures and sent them to my smartphone right away. I loved all the photos and was very satisfied. The tour lasted from 9:00 to 11:00, and I think it was more than enough time to enjoy it. On the last day of my 4-night, 5-day trip, I had an emotional experience, and I am filled with gratitude for the staff.

ウミガメツアーでお世話になりました。
台風で1日延期となりましたが、その影響を感じない海の青さで透き通った綺麗さ感動しました。
延期の際もスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。
ウミガメは少なくとも5〜6匹はいたと思います。
あんなに接近できると思ってなく信じられませんでした。
ツアー中はガイドさんが先導してくださり、豆知識を教えていただきました。
ツアーについては、必要な道具一式がプラン内に組み込まれていて水着だけの手ぶらで参加できそうです。
水中を撮りたくカメラを持って行ったのですが、その必要がないくらいに、高性能なカメラで100枚程撮ってくださり、すぐにスマホに送信していただきました。
どれも気に入った写真ばかりで大満足です。
ツアー時間も9:00〜11:00までですが、十分過ぎるくらい満喫できるかと思います。
4泊5日の最終日に感動的な体験ができ、運営スタッフの皆さまに感謝でいっぱいです。

There were two male instructors and three couples (including us) participating.

They taught us how to use the life jackets and goggles, making it a program that even someone like me, who was snorkeling for the first time, could experience with confidence. Today was a lucky day as we got to see five sea turtles all at once. Thanks to the kindness of the instructors and the well-equipped facilities (showers, dryers, and transportation included), we had a very fulfilling time.

We swam to the point where we could see the sea turtles, and on the way back, the instructor assisted us with a kickboard, which made it easy and enjoyable for us, and I was really happy about that.

Finally, they took about 250 photos and shared the data with us, which was a great point for young people like us!!♡

Overall, it was a kind and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to my friends! Thank you :)

ライフジャケットやゴーグルの使い方を教えてくださる等、シュノーケリングが初の私でも安心して体験出来るプログラムでした。本日は、ウミガメが5匹も一度に見れてしまう幸運の日で、インストラクターさんの親切さと施設の充実さ(シャワー・ドライヤー完備・送迎付き)に加えて、とっても充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

ウミガメが見れるポイントまで泳いでいくのですが、帰りはビート板でインストラクターさんがアシストしてくれたので、無理せずに楽しめたのがとても嬉しかったです。

最後に、写真を約250枚ほど撮影してくれて、データでシェアしてくれたのが若者の私達には嬉しいポイントでした!!♡

とにかく親切で楽しかった時間でした。
友人にもおすすめしたいです！

I had a great time paddleboarding for the first time at Kabira Bay! The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to get the hang of it quickly, making it a wonderful memory! The snorkeling was canceled due to the typhoon, so I want to try again next time!

Paddleboarding while watching the beautiful Miyako Blue sea and sunset was the best! The instructor was great at teaching tips for beginners on how to paddleboard, as well as advanced techniques for more experienced paddlers, so I was never bored during the time spent! They also took photos of me in various poses and locations while paddleboarding, which made for wonderful memories. ☺️ This was my first time in Miyako Island, and I was given recommendations for delicious restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby, which made the rest of my time on the island enjoyable!

宮古ブルーの海と綺麗な夕日を見ながらする、サップは最高でした！
インストラクターのお姉さんが初心者でも楽しめるように、サップの乗り方のコツだったり、逆に上級者向けのワザも教えてくれたりしますので、飽きることなく時間を過ごせました！
写真もサップ中色んなポーズやロケーションで撮ってくれたので、

初めて宮古島にきましたが、
付近の美味しいご飯屋さんやおすすめの観光スポットまで教えて貰ったので、残りの宮古島での時間を楽しく過ごせました！

There were many people around us asking various questions to the staff. I think knowing the flow of the tour in advance allows for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience, so I'm posting this.

This time, we were taken care of by Adventure Island. We gathered at 10:00, filled out a form with our health and personal information, and then used the shower room to change into swimsuits and wetsuits. Valuables can be stored in lockers with locks, but there are limited numbers, so it's advisable not to bring bags. I recommend not bringing your phone, even if it's waterproof. The staff will take plenty of beautiful photos for you, so it might just get in the way.

Around 10:30, we borrowed goggles and walked for about 10 minutes to the boarding area. It might be good to have a water bottle for hydration.

At around 11:00, the boat departs for the caves. Each group has staff accompanying them, who will explain the equipment and the details of the tour. You can leave your outerwear, drinks, and sandals on the boat. Be careful as you might get a bit wet. Once we arrive at the cave, we head inside with the staff. We are guided to popular photo spots and take turns taking pictures. They also film us feeding the fish and capturing underwater creatures. After about an hour, we return to the boat and head back to the boarding area while hydrating.

We walked back to the shop, returned the equipment, and took a shower in the shower room. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available. Please bring your own towel.

After returning the key to the valuables locker to the staff, we wrapped up and dispersed at 12:30.

It was a very enjoyable experience.

自分達もそうですが、周りを見渡すとスタッフに色々な質問をしてる方が沢山いました。
事前にツアーの流れがわかってると余裕をもって楽しめると思うので投稿します。

今回、冒険島さんでお世話になりました。
10時集合にて、用紙に体調や個人情報を記入後、シャワー室を利用して水着・ウエットスーツに着替えます。
貴重品は、鍵付きの貴重品ロッカーに預けますが、数に限りがあるので、カバン等は持ち込まない方が得策です。
ケータイは、たとえ防水でも現地に持って行かない事をオススメします。写真なら、スタッフが沢山綺麗に撮ってくれます。なので、邪魔だと思います。

10時半頃、ゴーグルなどの装備を借りて歩いて10分乗船場まで行きます。
水分補給の為にペットボトルがあると、良いかと思います。

11時頃、洞窟に向けて船が出ます。
各組みスタッフが付いてくれてるので、装備の説明とツアーの内容を教えてくれます。
上着や飲み物、サンダル等は、船に置いておきます。
多少濡れるので、注意。
洞窟に到着したら、スタッフと一緒に洞窟内部に向かいます。
人気のフォトスポットに案内され、順番に写真を撮ります。
魚のエサやりを動画で撮ってくれたり、水中の生き物を撮影してくれたりもします。
約1時間後、船に戻り水分補給しながら乗船場まで帰ります。

歩いて店まで帰り、装備を返却してシャワー室で、シャワー浴びて着替えます。
シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープありました。
タオルは持参してください。

貴重品ロッカーの鍵をスタッフに返してもらい、返却したら12時半に解散しました。

とても楽しい体験が出来ました。

I experienced a clear kayak. On the day of the activity, when I got lost at the meeting point, they kindly and patiently guided me to the correct location. During the clear kayak experience, they took photos and videos with a drone, and not only did they share those materials, but they also edited them into a short movie and shared it with us right after the activity. It was really fun to see how our activity looked when filmed by the drone. The staff were very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory.

当日、集合場所を迷ってしまった時も優しく丁寧に正しい場所を教えてくれました。
クリアカヤック中にはドローンで写真・動画も撮ってくれ、それらの素材だけでなく、ショートムービーに編集したものも、共有してもらえました。
後日共有、ではなく、アクティビティ後すぐの共有だったため、自分たちのアクティビティがドローンで撮影するとどのような形だったのかを知ることができてとても楽しかったです。
スタッフの方たちもとてもフレンドリーで非常に素敵な思い出になりました。

This was my first night tour in Ishigaki Island. During the car ride, the guide shared various interesting information about Ishigaki Island, making it an enjoyable experience.

The starry sky at the location we arrived at was breathtaking, even more wonderful than a planetarium. I was deeply moved to see such a beautiful starry sky.

Additionally, during the jungle tour, we were able to see several Okinawan hermit crabs, which are a natural monument. We also found stick insects, fully enjoying the exploration.

The guide was very kind and provided thorough explanations. There were small children participating, and while some were scared or cried in the dark places, the guide responded gently, allowing the children to enjoy themselves with smiles.

I was able to participate in a wonderful tour that both children and adults could enjoy, creating great memories in Ishigaki Island. Thank you very much.

初の石垣島でのナイトツアー参加でした。車の中ではガイドさんから色々な石垣島情報を教えてもらい楽しく過ごせました。
着いた場所からの星空は圧巻でプラネタリウムより素晴らしいと思いました。こんなにきれいな星空を見ることができてとても感動しました。
また、ジャングルツアーでは天然記念物のオカヤドカリを何匹も見ることができました。その他ナナフシも見つけることができ探検気分を満喫しました。
ガイドさんはとても親切で説明も丁寧でした。小さな子どもさんも参加されてて、暗い場所に怖がったり泣いたりもありましたが、優しく対応をされて子どもさんも笑顔で楽しんでいました。
子どもも大人も楽しめる素敵なツアーに参加でき、石垣島での良い思い出を作ることができました。ありがございます。

We paddled in two-person canoes with four friends, gradually making our way upstream through the beautiful scenery of the mangroves. From the trekking point, we climbed breathlessly through the lush jungle towards the Pinai Sara Falls, finally arriving at the magnificent waterfall. Blessed with great weather, the refreshing feeling of swimming in the pool beneath the falls after getting all sweaty became an unforgettable memory. Our guide provided detailed explanations of the scenery while canoeing and trekking, took many photos for us, and even gave us the image files. It was an incredibly satisfying tour. If I have the chance again, I would love to do it again.

友人4名で2人乗りカヌーをそれぞれ漕ぎ、マングローブのきれいな景色のなかを徐々に川の上流にすすみ、トレッキングポイントからは自然豊かなジャングルを息を切らしながらピナイサーラの滝を目指して登り、ついに大きな滝に到着。お天気にも恵まれ、汗まみれになったからだで滝つぼに入って泳いだ爽快感は忘れられない想い出になりました。ガイドさんも詳細にカヌーやトレッキングしながらの景色の説明などして下さり、たくさん写真も撮って下さり画像データもいただけて、最高に満足したツアーでした。また機会があったら、お世話になりたいと思います。

Due to bad weather, we received notice the day before about a change in the snorkeling location. It was great to have the option to change or cancel for free. In some cases with these types of tours, unscrupulous operators might take you to the location only to declare that you can't go out to sea and offer no refund, so I felt reassured about that.

We snorkeled in the morning. The new location was said to be an area where sea turtles often come, and while I was excited to go out, unfortunately, we didn't see any. However, the guide was very kind, which made me feel safe going out to sea. In the afternoon, we moved to the Miyara River for SUP. I thoroughly enjoyed the great nature of Yaeyama and was impressed throughout.

The activities themselves were very fulfilling, but the only downside was being left in the city for lunch right after getting out of the water. I would have appreciated either a chance to take a shower or at least some prior notice.

天候不良で前日にシュノーケル場変更の連絡あり。
変更もしくは無料キャンセルの選択肢を頂けたことがよかった。
この手のツアーでは悪質業者の場合、現地まで連れて行き海には出れませんと宣言され返金もないことがあるのでそこの心配はないと思います。

午前中にシュノーケルを実施
変更した場所はウミガメがよく来る海域とのこと、期待を膨らませ海に出るも残念ながら見ることはできず。ただとても優しいガイドさんで安心して沖に出れました。
午後には宮良川に移動しSUP。八重山の大自然を満喫。終始圧巻されていました。

アクティビティ自体はとても充実できるものでしたが、唯一のマイナスポイントとしては海に入った後そのまま昼休憩で街中に放置されたことです。
シャワー浴びさせていただくか、せめて事前に連絡が欲しかった。

It was my first time kayaking, and the instructor was very kind and thorough in teaching us \(°∀° )/. They also provided detailed information about the mangroves and the creatures in the Hijya River, and I had a wonderful time. I was worried about the impact of the typhoon on that day, but the weather was nice, and I was able to see a miraculous, beautiful sunset, which became a great memory. Even though my arms were sore from the kayaking, that too became a good memory. Thank you to all the staff at Ease! m(_ _)m

初めてのカヤックでしたが、インストラクターの方が親切丁寧に教えてくれました\(°∀° )/マングローブやヒジャ川にいる生物なども詳しく教えていただき、とても良い時間を過ごせました。当日は、台風の影響を受けないか心配していましたが天気も良く、奇跡的にキレイな夕焼けが見れたりもして、とてもいい思い出になりました。初めてのカヤックで、 腕が筋肉痛になりましたがそれもいい思い出となりました。イーズのスタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m

Due to the weather conditions, we went to a different spot instead of the Blue Cave, but thanks to our awesome guide, it turned out to be a safe and amazing first snorkeling experience! The nearby spot was beautiful and had a lot to offer as well! Next time, I want to take on the Blue Cave again!!

天候状況で、青の洞窟ではなく、別のポイントになりましたが、イケてるガイドさんのおかげで安全で最高の初シュノーケリング体験になりました！近くのポイントも、綺麗で、充実の内容でした！次は青の洞窟リベンジしたい！！

I participated in a sunset tour with my sister. Paddling down the Hija River in a kayak was very refreshing and made me feel great. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see a beautiful sunset. The tour, where we leisurely watched the sun go down while kayaking, was very satisfying! The staff who guided us were kind and very talkative. I think the weather is important, but it was really fun to experience kayaking while enjoying the mangroves and watching the sunset!

姉妹旅でサンセットツアーに参加しました。
比謝川をカヤックで漕いで、とても気持ちが良く最高にリフレッシュできました。天候にも恵まれて、夕日も綺麗に見る事ができました。カヤックに乗りながら、のんびり夕日が沈むのを眺めるツアーは満足感ありました！
案内してくれたスタッフの方も親切でとてもお話好きな方でした。
天気も大事かなと思いますが、マングローブを眺めながらカヤック体験でき、夕日も見れてとても楽しかったです！

I was kindly and thoroughly taught, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first SUP experience! The access from my favorite hotel, the Nikko Alivila, is also quite good, so I would like to request it again next time.

I participated in a sunrise viewing tour starting at 6 AM. It was my first time canoeing, but they taught me carefully, and I was able to see the sunrise at the best timing, which felt wonderful! The instructor was very kind and shared many recommendations for shops in Miyako Island. Thank you very much!

朝6時からサンライズを見るツアーに参加させてもらいました。初めてのカヌーでしたが、丁寧に教えて頂き、またベストタイミングで朝日を見ることが出来、とても気持ちが良かったです！

The experience of stand-up paddleboarding in the beautiful Kabira Bay was a truly luxurious and enjoyable time. The instructor helped ease our nerves, and we were able to have fun in a friendly atmosphere with the other participants. Additionally, they demonstrated other ways to enjoy paddleboarding, such as strength training and yoga, and they took photos for us, allowing us to focus on paddleboarding without worrying about our phones. I hope to participate again. The transportation service made it easy to get around. Thank you very much. I will post the photos of the scenery.

美しい川平湾でサップの体験、とても贅沢で楽しいひとときでした。インストラクターのお兄さんも緊張を解きほぐして下さり、一緒に参加した方達と、和気あいあいとした雰囲気の中で楽しむ事ができました。また、サップで筋トレやヨガ等、他の遊び方も披露して下さったり、携帯持参しなくても写真を撮って頂けるので、サップに専念できました。また参加できたらと思います。送迎もして頂けたので楽に移動できました。ありがとうございました。写真は風景で投稿させて頂きます。

Although we applied as a team of two, we actually participated in a 10-hour trek with a team of seven plus a guide. The team was mostly in their twenties, and we had great conversations. The guide provided explanations and engaged in casual talks that made for a very enjoyable time. We also had dedicated time to take photos, which helped us create lasting memories! We learned about mountain rules, the history of Yakushima, and knowledge about Yakusugi, making it a very satisfying experience. I would love to come back to Yakushima to see Jomon Sugi again. Thank you!

2名での応募でしたが、実際には7人のチーム＋ガイドさんという形で10時間のトレッキングに挑みました。
チームは20代ばかりで話も合い、ガイドさんもそれに合わせた説明や、雑談を行なってくださりとても楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。
写真なども積極的に撮る時間を設けてくださり思い出が形になって残りました！
山のルールから、屋久島の歴史、屋久杉の知識まで教えてくださり大変満足な時間でした。
また、屋久島に縄文杉を見にきたいと思います。

We borrowed boots and a flashlight and ventured down a path that felt like there was no way through, just wide enough for one person to pass at a time.

With the searchlight, we found many creatures, including the palm crab we were hoping to see.

Each time we found something, there was a detailed explanation, which made it easy to understand.

The staff member even spotted a chameleon or lizard, about 2 centimeters long, disguised as a dried branch—something we would have never noticed as amateurs.

The starry sky reserve was a bit hard to see due to the brightness of the moon, but I want to see the Milky Way someday.

In the car, we heard a lot of local stories.

I would love to join the tour again when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

長靴とライトをお借りして、｢ここに入るの？？｣というような道なき道を進んで行きます、人が1列でやっと通れるくらいです。

サーチライトでたくさん生き物、お目当てのヤシガニもみつけました。

見つける度に詳しい説明もあってわかりやすかったです。

素人じゃ絶対気がつかない枯れた枝に扮した2センチくらいのカメレオン？トカゲもスタッフのお兄さんがみつけてくれました。


星空保護区は月の明るさがちょっと邪魔で見えにくかったけどいつか天の川みに行きたいです。

車の中では地元のお話をたくさん聞けました、


また石垣島に来たらツアーに参加したいです。

The kayak instructor was incredibly charming! They provided gentle guidance on how to operate the kayak, offered humorous explanations, and communicated warmly with the customers. The atmosphere was fantastic, as they not only entertained us but also enjoyed the experience with us! This became the best memory of our trip to Okinawa! Thank you!

I signed up for the "Shiretoko Five Lakes Walking Tour - Full Lake Loop" for the first afternoon slot, but unfortunately, due to a bear sighting during the morning tour, all tours for that day were canceled. It's disappointing, but it's nature, so there's nothing we can do about it. In the meantime, while walking back and forth on the elevated wooden path, the guide's explanations were very interesting. Just when I thought we were done, we were informed that we would be exploring a different area, so I decided to join that.

As a result, it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The guide's explanations were clear and I really appreciated them. We got to see a waterfall and encountered wild deer, making for a unique experience that I wouldn't normally have. I definitely recommend participating in the tour at least once to enjoy the walk while listening to the guide's stories.

「知床五湖ウォーキングツアー 五湖一周」を午後一番の申し込みをしましたが、当日午後、ガイドさんの丁寧な説明があり朝のツアーから熊が出てしまいこの日はすべてのツアー自体が残念ながら中止となってしましました。こればかりは自然相手ですから残念ですがしょうがないですね。取り合えず高架木道を往復歩いている間もガイドさんの説明は非常に興味深いもがありました、これで解散かと思ったら少し場所は違いますがそちらを散策すると言う事なのでそれに参加致しました。
結果、それはそれでなかなか楽しかったです。なんと言ってもガイドさんの説明が分かりやすく非常に堪能させてもらいました。途中で滝？を見たり野生の鹿に遭遇したりと普段は経験できない散策で良かったですよ。
やはり一度はツアー参加でガイドさんの話を聞きながら散策するのも楽しいのでおすすめ致します。

I participated in a SUP tour and a snorkeling tour at Kabira Bay. It was my first time on a SUP, and I was a bit anxious, but the instructor kindly taught me from the basics. Thanks to that, I was able to stand up and paddle right away, and I had a lot of fun. Additionally, since the SUP spot was at Kabira Bay, I enjoyed a fulfilling time with beautiful ocean views all around.

Due to weather conditions, the snorkeling was not at the Blue Cave but at "Ohsaki." I was disappointed that I couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but at Ohsaki, I was able to see a sea turtle, and I was very satisfied with the snorkeling experience. Thank you for a wonderful day!

川平湾のサップツアーとシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。サップは初めてで不安なところもありましたが、インストラクターの方が1から優しく教えてくださいました。そのお陰で、すぐに立って漕ぐことができ、とても楽しめました。また、サップスポットが「川平湾」であったため、360度綺麗な海が広がっており、充実した時間となりました。
シュノーケリングは天候の関係で青の洞窟ではなく、「大崎」でシュノーケリングとなりました。青の洞窟に行きたかったので残念でしたが、大崎では「ウミガメ」を見ることができ、シュノーケリングも大満足でした。1日ありがとうございました！

I was nervous about trying SUP for the first time, but thanks to the staff's thorough instructions, I was able to enjoy it without falling into the water! The weather was great that day, and I had a stunning view of the beautiful Kabira Bay that you can't see from the land. ✨

During the SUP session, the staff took wonderful photos with a GoPro, creating many great memories. On the way to the pickup location, the staff shared recommendations for night view spots and Ishigaki cuisine, which was a lot of fun. I was impressed by how smoothly they handled English communication with participants from abroad, showcasing their excellent hospitality.

I definitely want to use this service again when I visit Ishigaki Island. Thank you so much for this experience! I'm really glad I chose this tour!

今回初めてのSUPで緊張していましたが、スタッフさんの丁寧なレクチャーのおかげで、水に落ちることもなく楽しむことが出来ました！当日は天気も良く、陸地からは見れない綺麗な川平湾を一望できました✨
SUP中はスタッフさんがGoproで素敵な写真を撮ってくれて、良い思い出を沢山残してくださいました。
送迎車の道中もスタッフさんがおすすめ夜景スポットや石垣グルメを教えてくれたりと楽しかったです。外国からの参加者にも英語でスマートに対応されておりさすがのおもてなし力に感心しました。
また石垣島に行った際は是非利用させていただきたいです。今回は本当にありがとうございました！こちらのツアーにお願いして良かったです！

It was my first time doing SUP, and thanks to the staff, Ryo and Buzz, I had a very enjoyable experience. I appreciate how they explained how to use the equipment and paddle in a way that was easy for beginners to understand. I also want to thank you for the courteous service, including the confirmation call the day before. I'm glad I signed up for the SUP tour at Kabira Bay!

初めてのsupでしたが、スタッフのリョウさんとバズさんのお陰でとても楽しい体験をさせて頂きました。道具の使い方や漕ぎ方を初心者でもわかるように説明して下さったことに感謝してます。前日には確認の電話をくださるなど丁寧な対応をしていただき、ありがとうございました。ここの川平湾supツアーに申し込んで良かったです！
また晴天の中、川平湾の美しさに魅了されながらするsupは最高でした。

They kindly accommodated my last-minute reservation the day before. On the day of the activity, my younger child (2 years old) was a bit scared, so I thought we wouldn't be able to participate, but they interacted gently with my child and suggested various ways to enjoy the ride, allowing us to have a great time together.

I was also pleased that they changed our reservation to low tide, and since we were in a clear kayak, we could see plenty of fish, and even got to see Nemo up close, which made the kids very happy! The weather was great, and there was drone filming, so we received plenty of images at the end, leaving us very satisfied.

当日、下の子（2歳）が少し怖がっていたので出来ないと思っていましたが優しく子供に接して頂き、いろんな乗り方の提案もして頂け子供と楽しく乗る事が出来ました(^^)
干潮時間に予約変更をしてもらえた事とクリアカヤックだったので魚もいっぱい見れて、更にニモも間近で見る事ができ子供達も大喜びでした‼︎
天気も良くドローンの撮影もあり、最後に画像もたっぷりいただけ大満足でした(^_^)

The weather was great, with little wind and calm waves—perfect for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP)! I had some worries about whether I would fall or be able to paddle properly since it was my first time, but Ryo, our instructor, guided us carefully, and my anxiety quickly turned into joy. I was surprised at how easily I was able to stand up; I thought it would be much more challenging.

In the beautiful waters of Kabira Bay, with nothing obstructing the view, I paddled while soaking in the sunlight and feeling the greatness and gratitude of nature. Looking down, I could see fish swimming, and I truly enjoyed the scenery and the ocean. I really felt that Ishigaki Island is the best!

The transportation to and from the hotel was very helpful. During the ride, I was able to get recommendations for places to eat, which was useful. Ryo made sure to create a relaxed atmosphere by chatting with us, and I appreciate that.

With a small group and clean equipment, I felt safe participating. I definitely want to use this service again when I visit Ishigaki Island. I was able to create wonderful memories! Thank you very much! Everyone, please experience the same excitement!

天気も良く風もさほどなく波も穏やかなSUP日和でした！！初めてのSUPで落ちるのか？きちんと進むのか？等の不安はありましたが、担当のりょうさんが丁寧に指導してくれ、すぐに不安は消え楽しい〜に変わりました。もっと苦戦するかと思いましたが、すんなり立てて驚きました。
川平湾の美しい海に遮るものもなく、まさしく360度見渡せる海で全身に光を浴びて自然の有り難さと偉大さを感じながらSUPを漕ぎました。
下を見ると魚が泳いでいるのが見え、景色と海を堪能できました。やはり石垣島最高！！と実感できました。
ホテルまでの送り迎えもありとても助かりました(車)車内では、おすすめのお店情報なども聞け、役に立ちました。
車の送迎からリラックスできるよう気さくに話しかけてくれ、良い雰囲気を作ってくれたりょうさんに感謝です。
少人数で器材も綺麗で安心して参加できました。
また石垣島に訪れた際には、是非とも利用したいと思います。素敵な思い出を作る事ができました！！ありがとうございました

We used this for our honeymoon trip. The staff was kind, and we had a satisfying photo shoot under a sky full of stars. If you're going in the summer, I think it's a good idea to prepare insect repellent spray and a cardigan, as there might be little bugs flying around!

スタッフさんも親切で満天の星空の下で満足行く撮影をして頂きました。夏のツアーだと子虫が飛んでたりするので虫除けスプレーやカーディガンなど準備しておくといいと思います！

In early September, I had a clear kayak experience at Imugya Marine Garden in Miyako Island. There was a little rain, but the sea was clear, and there were photos taken by drones and staff, which made me very satisfied. Upon arrival, the staff helped with pre-checks and luggage management. It became a wonderful memory.

9月の上旬に宮古島のイムギャーマリンガーデンでクリアカヤック体験をしました。少し雨もぱらつきましたが、海も透明で、ドローンやスタッフによる撮影もあり、とても満足しました。
到着したら、スタッフによる事前確認や荷物の管理などをしてもらいます。とてもいい思い出になりました。

I used this service with a friend. The weather was wonderful, and we were able to see the best views. The duration of our stay was also set at a comfortable time, which I appreciated. However, during my visit, there were mostly Chinese tourists, and while the guide provided clear announcements in Chinese, there were times when they didn't inform us about the return time to the bus at the service area. I would have liked to have clearer announcements in Japanese as well.

天気に恵まれ最高の景色が見られました。
滞在時間も疲れすぎない程よい時間設定で良かったと思います。
ただ私が利用した時には中国人が過半数を占めており、ガイドの方も中国アナウンスはしっかりしているのにＳＡでのバスに戻る時間を案内できていない時があったので日本語でもしっかり案内してほしかったです。
