Driver was waiting with Green Tomato sign, at the port, collected the party of people as they came off the ship. Took us promptly to our hotel ,even tho it was a bit tricky to find. Very good service, recommend this as a transfer service post cruise. Jan Hobby

i bought the vouchers on line, and was told to exchange for tickets at the office at skytree or mitsubishi building. we walked for 3 miles to get to the skytree office and it was closed. we went to the skytree station as the map told us, but that was not the stop. the bus was good once we finally got on it

It was very easy to book this shuttle service online from the U.S. When I arrived at the hotel in Shinjuku, a fax from the company was waiting for me with all of the final details. The bus arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. There were about sixteen individuals who had scheduled pick-ups. We were greeted warmly from a representative from the company and the driver, who quickly put all of the luggage on the bus. Since there were no other stops, we had a straight ride to Yokohama Port. I would definitely use this service again.

I really enjoyed it! I had a great time. I got a good overveiw of the whole city and saw parts of it I wanted to explore more:))

Didnt have a single problem with the WHOLE process. Got the ticket online, went to the store and picked up two routers and worked perfectly well throughout the vacation. Very easy and reliable!

Difficult to locate Kintetsu ticket office to exchange vouchers for tickets.

Although, it rained our ENTIRE tour, we still had a good time. They provided plastic rain jackets which were great and we just stayed in the bus the entire trip around the city. Because the tickets are 24 hours, we were able to hop back on the next morning and actually see some sites OFF the bus. I forgot to print out my online ticket, but the ladies were able to work with the screenshot I showed on my phone. overall great experience.

A totally hassle free experience! We were picked up at our hotel in Tokyo on time and driven to the cruise terminal in Yokohama by a very competent driver. It is a long drive with lots of traffic so we were very happy with this service. Even though we were familiar with the train system which is great in Japan, it was so much easier with the shuttle service because they handled our luggage and delivered us right to the fabulous cruise terminal. No fuss.

It was very convenient that we were able to book this pass even when we were already at the train station. Practical if your trips utilize this line a lot. It would be great if you could retrieve the actual passes in any station in the Kintetsu line and not only selected stations.

We arrived at Narita airport last November 1, and a representative from green
Tomato met us and guided us to our driver immediately. The driver was polite and made sure we were comfortable during the ride going to Tokyo.

I booked transportation from my Tokyo hotel to the cruise pier in Yokohama and Veltra provided door to door service. I was given 2 confirmations—email and a fax to my hotel which I appreciated since I arranged this for 4 couples traveling together.

Considering the very affordable price + no deposit requirement, my experience with the Veltra pocket wifi unit I rented was superb. Would only point out that the device does heat up, but part of the manual includes that disclaimer (I guess this is unavoidable), so my expectations were managed and I was able to monitor the device constantly. Receipt of device (was delivered to my hotel) and return were both very easy since the package already contained what was needed in mailing the device back. Will definitely rent again when I'm in Japan. Thanks, Veltra!

Kintetsu Rail is nice, but too bad the pass doesn't cover the limited express. You have to spend A LOT of time on the train to reach the value of the pass. Using veltra and getting the e-voucher was convenient for me, but staff at Namba station REALLY struggled to figure out how to scan the QR code...it took about 30 minutes to redeem the pass...
I think this pass would be best if you are staying near Namba station and want to visit several places in Nara and Ise.

As most things in Tokyo and Japan in general, it was on time, clean and quite organised. Pick up point was not hard to find even coming from Ikebukuro. English definitely available as one of the languages on the head set. The stops and collection points were all properly, clearly identified. Really, it is the best way to see Tokyo! nothing beats it.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Vehicle immaculate. Driver extremely courteous. Waiting at arrivals with our names on placard. Very impressive

Using Veltra for our mobile wifi while we were on vacation in Japan was seamless. The wifi unit was waiting at our hotel in Hokkaido when we arrived and worked perfectly the entire time. So easy to drop off, too. Highly recommended.

나고야-오사카 노선을 이용하였는데 특급좌석을 지정하면 1900엔을 추가하여야 했다. 예전에는 3장의 좌석예약권을 주었다는데.. 혜택이 줄어서 아쉽지만..이 구간을 이용하는데 이만큼 저렴한 전철패스는 없을것이다.

Our driver arrived before the scheduled time. He was professional and courteous. The van was immaculate. It was to be a shared ride but the other couple cancelled. We enjoyed the ride to the airport and arrived in plenty of time for our flight. We would definitely use this company again for our future trips. Thanks to all you organized our transportation.
