I came to Ishigaki Island alone. I live quite far from the city center, but I was relieved that there are buses running since I'm anxious about driving. Using the free pass, it's almost equivalent to getting the fare back for just one way, so I would like to use it again!

単身で石垣島に来ました。
市街地からかなり離れたところに住んでいますが、車の運転が不安なのでバスが通っていて助かりました。
フリーパスを使うとほぼ片道だけで素が取れるレベルに等しいので、また利用したいと思います！

After playing golf on Fukue Island, I took a one-way trip to Nagasaki Ohabori Port. It was helpful that paying through this site offered a discount. There were no issues exchanging for the boarding ticket at the counter. For those with a lot of luggage heading to Haneda, transferring by air is more convenient.

福江島でゴルフをした後に長崎大波止港まで片道利用しました。このサイトで支払うと割安になるので助かります。窓口での乗船券への交換も全く問題なくできました。
羽田まで荷物が多い人はエアー乗り継ぎの方が楽ですね。

It's not a new ship, but the seats were quite comfortable, and I felt like I dozed off a bit before we quickly arrived at Fukue Island.

バウチャーの交換はスムーズで、比較的時間ギリギリでも問題なかったです。窓際の席を発券していただけたので、造船エリアなどをよく見ることができました。新しい船ではないですが座席は結構快適で、途中少しうとうとしながら福江島にすぐ着いたという感覚です。

You can use it for 24 hours from the time of purchase, so there’s no disadvantage regardless of when you arrive in Ishigaki Island. However, this time, I received a printout that only allowed me to use it for 23 hours and 59 minutes from the start of use. I brought this up to the driver, but he insisted that there was no mistake. Since I couldn't get anywhere with that, I called the office, and it turned out that the driver had made an error. As a result, I was able to get it reissued.

購入から24時間使えて、いつ石垣島に到着しても有効期間で不利になることはありません。
が、今回は利用開始から23時間59分しか使えない印字で引き換えとなったので運転士に申し出ましたが間違いないとの一点張り。
埒が明かないので 営業所に電話したら運転士の誤りであることが判明、結果再発行してもらいました。

It's convenient because you can use it for 24 hours from the time of redemption, not just the purchase date. You can redeem it immediately by simply showing the voucher screen.

In no time, we went from Narao Port to Nagasaki Port. Maybe because the weather was nice, it didn't shake as much as a plane or train. But the price is a bit high... I wish it could be a little cheaper.

あっという間に奈良尾港→長崎港へ。お天気が良かったためか、飛行機や電車より揺れない。でもお高いのはちょっとね・・・もう少しお安くしてもらえたらなぁ。

If you check the time properly and take action, it's the best ticket. It costs more than the ticket price for a round trip to the northernmost cape, but this ticket will cover it.

きちんと時間を調べて行動すれば最高のチケットです。最北端の岬往復でチケット代以上かかりますがそれがこのチケットで間に合います。

I didn't print it out, but when I showed the screen of my smartphone at the counter, they processed it right away, and it was very smooth.

印刷していませんでしたが、窓口でスマホの画面を見せたら直ぐに手続きしてもらえて、とてもスムーズでした。

The outbound journey was by ferry, but the ferry felt longer and was quite rocky. Honestly, I was more worried about the jet foil, but it was fast and smooth, which surprised me. (Of course, I think it depends on the weather.) The ride was comfortable too!

行きはフェリーでしたがフェリーの方が長時間で揺れを感じました。正直ジェットフォイルの方が心配でしたが、早いし、揺れないしびっくりしました。
（もちろん天候によってなのだと思いますが）
乗り心地も良かったです！

初めて利用させていただきましたが、すごく楽に感じました。なぜなら、乗車当日にチケットを買う煩わしさがないのがとても魅力です。

I used the shuttle service from a resort in northern Okinawa to Naha Airport. The driver was very courteous, and I was able to travel to the airport comfortably and without stress. I would like to use this service again the next time I visit Okinawa.

沖縄北部のリゾートから那覇空港までの送迎で利用させて頂きました。
丁寧な運転でストレスなく快適に空港まで移動する事ができました。
次回、沖縄に行く際にも利用させて頂きたいと思います。

I have used this service every time I travel to Okinawa a few times a year. Even when I arrived earlier than scheduled, they waited in the lobby, and I was able to depart immediately and travel comfortably to my destination. I would like to use this service again next time.

年数回の沖縄旅行の際は毎回利用させて頂いてます。
予定の時間より早く到着した際も、ロビーで待機して下さっており、すぐに出発でき快適に目的地まで移動できました。

I was able to purchase tickets a little cheaper than at the window on the day of. If your ferry schedule is already set, I recommend using this option since you can't make online reservations with the ferry company.

当日窓口でするよりも少し安く購入できました。
フェリーは前もって予定が決まっている場合、船会社のネット予約はできないのでこちらを使うのをおすすめします。

It's great that I can buy it cheaper than purchasing at the window on the day. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I requested a car transfer from my accommodation in Chatan to Naha Airport. However, due to the weather in Okinawa, which had entered the rainy season that day, it had been raining continuously since the morning. By the time the transfer was scheduled, there was torrential rain in the Kanto region. Even while driving on the highway, the rain was really heavy.

Despite this, the driver was determined to proceed, and during the ride, I thought to myself, "Only someone who is used to driving in Okinawa could manage to drive in this rain." I truly appreciated the driver's safe driving in such strong rain!

北谷の宿泊先から那覇空港へ向かうため、車の送迎をお願いしました。
ただその日が梅雨入りしてる沖縄の天候の影響で朝から常に雨が降り続けていて送迎の出発時間になると関東方面ではゲリラ豪雨レベルで雨が降っていました。高速道路等を進んでる瞬間も本当に雨が強かったです。
それでもドライバーの方が確実に進んでくださり、そのため送迎車に乗ってる間は「沖縄内での運転に慣れてるタイプの人じゃないとこの雨の中に進む事は無理だな。｣と思いました。
本当に強い雨の中、安全運転で進んでくださり助かりました！

石垣空港に到着からバス停で今回購入の1日バス乗車券発券まで非常にスムーズで離島ターミナルまで予定通り到着！

Since it was our first time heading to Okinawa as a family, we requested a transfer from Naha Airport to Chatan. Because we were using a child seat, our 3-year-old daughter fell asleep right away after getting in the car. Thanks to the careful driving, she was able to sleep well! Also, perhaps because it was a sunny day, we took a route that allowed us to see the ocean during the drive, which was enjoyable! It was truly a wonderful service for our outbound transfer!

沖縄に家族で向かうのは初めてなので今回は那覇空港から送迎を北谷方面へお願いしました。
チャイルドシート利用だったのもあり、乗車してすぐに3歳の娘が寝付いてしまったのですが、丁寧な運転のおかげで娘がよく寝てくれてました！
また晴天だった為か、移動の経路として海が見える経路を利用してくださり海が見られて楽しかったです！
本当に往路の送迎としてありがたいものでした！

I was able to check in smoothly thanks to the advance reservation, which was great. I was torn between taking the ferry or the jet foil, but I chose the ferry since it is less affected by the weather. I opted for a second-class reserved seat at the check-in counter and was able to travel comfortably (from Fukue to Narao). Next time, I think I will try using the jet foil.

事前の申し込みで、受付もスムーズにでき、良かったです。
フェリーにしようかジェットフォイルにしようか迷いましたが、あまり天候に左右されずに行けるフェリーを選択しました。
受付窓口で2等指定にして、ゆったり行くことができました。(福江から奈良尾)
次回は、ジェットフォイルを利用してみようかと思っています。

It's fun to see various things in the coolness of the limestone cave, but beyond it, there's a beautiful beach that was completely empty despite it being Golden Week, allowing us to relax in solitude. It's not often found in guidebooks, but it was a really great tourist spot.

鍾乳洞だけでもひんやりした中でいろいろ見られて楽しいですが、抜けた先にとてもきれいは浜辺があって、GWなのにたまたま誰もいなくて貸し切り状態でのんびりできました。
あまりガイドブックで見かけないけど、とてもいい観光スポットでした。

It was easy to understand from the reception to the boarding area. Although I didn't specify a seat preference, they arranged seats by the window on the first floor, close to the entrance. This might have been because I was with my mother, who is in her 80s. I would like to use this service again.

受付から乗り場まで分かりやすく良かったです。席の希望を伝えたわけではありませんが、入り口から近い1階の窓際を並びで取ってくださいました。80代の母親と一緒だったからかもしれません。また利用したいと思います。

Our flight was delayed and highway closed due to poor weather. Our driver patiently waited for us. Despite the horrible weather, we felt confident and comfortable during our trip. We were very happy and grateful

The mobility scooter was very helpful and made getting around much easier. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take much time. There is a slight soft spot in its performance, but overall it worked well for my Dad's needs.

The only downside is that it would be much more convenient if there were a delivery and pick-up option directly to and from the hotel.

I rented a self-propelled wheelchair from Narita Airport and used it during my stay in Sendai. The staff who assisted us were very kind and guided us clearly through the entire process. The wheelchair was convenient and made my daily activities at the university much easier.

When I needed help with returning the wheelchair, the team responded quickly and supported me in extending the return deadline. They also kindly allowed me to send it back via delivery service instead of returning it in person, which was very helpful.

I truly appreciate their thoughtful and reliable service.

I used a charter taxi for the first time. I was able to visit all the places I wanted, and when I had extra time, I could also go to the recommended spots suggested by the driver. While I was exploring the destinations, the driver waited in the taxi, which was great because it meant I didn't have to worry about sticking to a strict schedule. If I have the chance again, I would like to use this service.

貸切タクシーを初めて利用しました。行きたい所は全て回れましたし、時間が余った時に運転手さんのおすすめの場所にも行けました。目的地散策中、運転手さんはタクシーの中で待っていてくれるので、予定時間より前後しても問題ないところもとても良かったです。また機会があれば、利用したいです。
