I booked this plan for my first trip to Iriomote Island. Since it was also my first experience with SUP, I had some anxiety, but the guide taught us patiently. They also provided detailed information about the creatures, plants, and Iriomote Island itself, which was very educational. The various stories during the tour were enjoyable, and I definitely want to book here again when I visit Iriomote Island! Additionally, they took many wonderful photos, creating lovely memories!

I was able to feel the charm of Iriomote in just one day, and I really fell in love with Iriomote Island! Thank you very much!

初めての西表島への旅行で、こちらのプランを予約しました。SUPも初めての体験だったので不安もありましたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に教えてくださいました。また、生き物のこと植物のこと、西表島のことなども詳しく教えて下さり、とても勉強になりました。ツアー中の色々なお話も楽しく、また西表島を訪問する際には、ぜひまたこちらで予約をしたいと思っています！また、お写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、素敵な思い出ができました！

I was picked up from the hotel near the island terminal where I was staying. After arriving at the location, we received a brief lecture before starting the experience. Most participants were trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, but there was no wind that day, and we were able to enjoy SUP in the calm waters of Kabira Bay, with no one around.

Although it wasn't the famous Kabira Bay that is often featured in photos, but rather an activity in a nearby bay, at first I thought, "Wait? This isn't the Kabira Bay I expected..." However, according to the instructor, "This is also Kabira Bay."

I wondered if it would be okay, but there were no issues with the water's clarity or seeing the fish. The instructor and we got so caught up in SUP yoga that we ran behind schedule and returned later than planned, but I was very satisfied with the experience itself.

宿泊していた離島ターミナル付近のホテルに送迎してもらえました。
現地に到着後、簡単なレクチャーを受けてから体験スタートでした。参加者のほとんどがSUP初体験でしたが、当日は風が全くなく、周囲に誰もいない穏やかな川平湾でSUPを楽しむことができました。
観光地として有名でよく写真にもなっている川平湾ではなく、実際は近くの隣の湾でのアクティビティで、最初は「あれ？想定してた川平湾じゃない…」と思いましたが、インストラクターによると「ここも川平湾」とのこと。
大丈夫かな？と思いましたが、海の透明度や魚の見え方など、全く問題ありませんでした。
インストラクターの方も自分達もSUPヨガなどに夢中になり、スケジュールが押して予定よりも帰着が遅くなってしまいましたが、体験自体には大変満足しています。

I was scheduled for a tour of Mangrove SUP & Barasu Island, but due to the weather, the Barasu Island portion was canceled, so I participated in the Mangrove & Yubu Island sightseeing instead! It was a rough trek with rain and wind to the waterfall, but our guide, Tomo, provided thorough explanations and even pulled the SUP for everyone at the end, making it a very satisfying experience! The water buffalo on Yubu Island were adorable and heartwarming! I'm glad I went! When I come back to Iriomote Island, I definitely want to ask this company again and have Tomo guide me! Thank you for your help.

マングローブサップ＆バラス島のツアー予定でしたが、バラス島は天気の関係で中止となったため、マングローブ＆由布島観光に参加しました！雨と風で大荒れのサップと滝までのトレッキングでしたが、ガイドのトモくんがしっかり説明してくれたり、最後はサップを全員分引っ張ってくれたりと至れり尽くせりで大満足の思い出になりました！変更した由布島も水牛が健気でかわいくて癒されました！行ってよかったです！また西表島に来るときには是非またこちらの会社にお願いして、ともくんに案内していただきたいです＾＾お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

On the day of the tour, we traveled from the parking lot to the site in a guide's van. There were three groups, including us, totaling eight people. The windows were fully open, and the guide was properly following COVID-19 measures. The kids were the only ones without masks, but that's a matter of parental responsibility.

Upon arrival, we had a brief lecture on SUP before heading to the sea. Kawahira Bay was completely reserved for us, as swimming was prohibited. There were no other tour groups around, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without any stress!

The beach had a strong headwind... It was my first time on a SUP, and it was tough to paddle against the wind (laughs). Due to the strong headwind and the presence of families with children, we couldn't move smoothly, and unfortunately, we couldn't reach the beautiful scenery on the other side of the bay. The kids were just excited to be in the water, so it couldn't be helped.

On the way back, we experienced a sudden downpour (laughs). The weather in Ishigaki Island can change rapidly, and it was a memorable experience to go from clear skies to heavy rain in just five minutes.

I was a bit anxious because there was no place to store wallets or valuables. We had to decide whether to leave them in the guide's car or manage them ourselves at our own risk. During the tour, we could only bring a bottle of water. Next time, I think I'd prefer to do SUP on a river instead of the sea!

当日は駐車場から現地までガイドさんのワンボックスで移動しました。私たち含め3組8人でした。窓は全開でガイドさんはコロナ対策もきちんとされていました。子供だけノーガードでしたがそこは親のモラルでしょう。

現地に着くと、SUPの簡単なレクチャーがあり、いざ海へ。川平湾は遊泳禁止で完全貸し切り。他のツアーの人もおらずストレスなく楽しめました！

浜辺は強めの逆風…SUPにはじめて乗って、向かい風に逆らって進むのは苦労しました笑。逆風が強かったことと、子供連れのファミリーがいらっしゃったこともあり、スムーズに前進できず景色がキレイという湾の向こう側は行けず。。。残念。子供さんは海に入るだけではしゃいでしまうので仕方ないですね。

帰りは突然のスコール笑笑。
石垣島は天気が急変することが多々ありますが、ものの5分で快晴→豪雨を体験できていい思い出になりました。

財布とか貴重品を保管する場所がないので少し不安。ガイドさんの車に置くか自己責任で管理するか。ツアー中は飲み物のペットボトルだけ持っていけます。
次は、海ではなく川でできるSUPがいいかなー！

I participated in the SUP and snorkeling plan. The weather was great, and it felt wonderful! The instructor was bright, kind, and very helpful! I was nervous since it was my first time with SUP, but I was able to stand up quickly and really enjoyed it. It felt so good that I wanted to do it even more. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, but it went by in no time! The sea was very beautiful, and it was the best experience. The meeting and dispersal times were just right. Thank you, instructor!

イントラさんも明るく優しい方でとても親切でした！
supは初めてで不安でしたがすぐに立てるようになり満喫できました。もっとしていたいと思うくらい気持ちが良かったです。
シュノーケルは1時間程ですが1時間を感じないくらいあっという間でした！とても綺麗な海で最高でした。
集合、解散時間共にちょうど良かったです。

It wasn't the sunset I expected, but it was fun! The person in charge was nice too! Next, I want to challenge myself with the starry sky.

On November 15th, around 4 PM, we gathered at the Imugya parking lot. There were only two participants, and a staff member (a man in his 20s) arrived on time.

After preparing our clothes, we walked to the nearby Imugya Marine Garden. The SUPs were already set up, and we were taught how to paddle and ride the SUP before heading into the sea. Since it was evening, the temperature was likely around 20 degrees, and the seawater felt cold at first. It should be fine as long as you don't fall in.

There are two patterns: sitting and standing. After about 30 minutes of playing around on the SUP, the sky gradually changed to a sunset. Finally, the sun set, marking the end of the activity.

I only brought snorkeling goggles and did a bit of swimming and diving, but it was a little cold, so that's at your own risk. The staff member was polite and kind, and he took photos with his smartphone, which he sent to us via AirDrop at the end. I also brought my smartphone and GoPro and took a lot of pictures.

One thing to note is that there are no restrooms, so it's better to take care of that before starting. Additionally, it's obvious to bring a change of clothes and a towel, but I also thought it would be good to bring a water bottle and something to wash your feet at the end.

The reason I didn't give a perfect rating is that I wanted to see the sunset, but at Imugya Marine Garden, we could only see the sunset sky, not the actual sunset. I mentioned this during the activity, and they explained that the location is determined by the weather, wind direction, and sunset time.

However, aside from that, it was truly a great tour and a memorable experience. Also, since there were only the two of us participating this time, we were lucky to enjoy a private experience.

11/15の16時頃、イムギャー駐車場に集合。参加者は自分たち2名のみで、時間通りに担当の方(20代男性)が1名来ました。
衣服の準備をして、目の前にあるイムギャーマリンガーデンまで徒歩にて向かいました。すでにSUPが準備されており、パドル操作とSUPの乗り方について教えてもらい、海へ入ります。夕方だったので恐らく気温は20度くらいで最初は海水は冷たく感じるかと思います。落ちなければ大丈夫ですが。
座位で行うパターンと立位で行うパターンがあります。30分ぐらいSUPでぐるぐると遊んでいたら、徐々に夕焼け空へと変わってきました。最後は日が沈み、終了となります。
私はシュノーケルのゴーグルのみを持っていき、少し泳いだり潜ったりもしましたが、少し寒いのでそこは自己責任ですね。笑
担当の方は丁寧で優しく、とても良い方でした。写真もスマホで撮影してくれて、最後にAirDropで送ってもらえます。私自身もスマホとGoProを持って行き、撮りまくりました。
あとはトイレが無いので、始まる前に済ませておいた方が良いです。他にも着替え、タオルは当然ですが、ペットボトルに水を入れて、最後に足を洗えるようにした方がいいかなと思いました。
評価が最高ではない理由としては、夕陽が見たくて参加したのですが、イムギャーマリンガーデンでは夕陽は見れず、夕焼け空のみの景色であったからです。そのことを行なっている最中に話したのですが、場所に関しては天候や風向き、日の入時間に寄って場所を決めているとのことでした。
ですが、その事以外は本当に良いツアーであり、思い出に残るものだと思います。また、今回はたまたま私たち2人しか参加者がいなかったこともあり、貸切状態で楽しむこともできたのラッキーでした。

The day started with some anxiety as our snorkeling activity was changed to a river activity due to poor sea conditions. However, on the day itself, our guide, affectionately known as Tacky, greeted us with great energy, which raised our expectations.

In the morning, we experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on Iriomote Island. It was my first time, but I had a lot of fun and was very satisfied. Throughout the tour, Tacky provided explanations about the mangroves, various creatures, and plants, making it not just enjoyable but also educational. For lunch, he recommended a dish, and I enjoyed stone-grilled taco rice while admiring the beautiful sea.

In the afternoon, we went canyoning, progressing through the forest and jumping into the river, where we enjoyed a natural waterslide. It was incredibly satisfying! Even in mid-November, it was a fun experience! I'm grateful to Tacky for his kindness and for making it enjoyable. I definitely want to participate in this tour again!

前日にシュノーケリングが海上不良により川へのアクテビティに変更になり、どうなるんだろうと少し不安もありながら当日。ガイドの愛称タッキーさんがとても元気に挨拶をしてくれて期待が高まりました
午前は西表島のSUPを体験。初めてだったけどとても楽しめて満足でした。途中途中、タッキーさんがマングローブの解説や生物、植物の解説をしてくれながらツアーできたので、ただ楽しむだけではなく勉強にもなりました。お昼もおすすめを紹介してくれて、石焼タコライスを食べて、とっても綺麗な海を眺めてました。
午後はキャニオニングという森を進んで、川に飛び込んだら天然ウォータースライダーを楽しんだりとかなり満足できました！！１１月中旬でも満足できる楽しさです！！親切に楽しませてくれたタッキーさんに感謝です！是非また参加したいと思うツアーでした

The instructor was kind and thorough, teaching us step by step how to hold the paddle, how to get on the SUP, and how to paddle, making it reassuring for beginners. My companion struggled at first, but thanks to the instructor's careful guidance, they were able to paddle standing up by the end. Additionally, the instructor took photos at appropriate times, allowing us to fully focus on the SUP experience without distraction. During the program, the instructor also shared little tidbits and information about Miyako Island, making the tour very fulfilling. Unfortunately, on the day of our experience, it was pouring rain instead of a sunset, but it was still a wonderful experience.

インストラクターさんが優しく丁寧に、パドルの持ち方、SUPの乗り方、漕ぎ方、、、のようにステップを踏んで教えてくれるので初心者でも安心です。
私の同伴者は最初は苦戦していましたが、インストラクターさんが丁寧に教えてくださったので、最後は立って漕げるようになっていました。
また、適宜インストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくださるので、無心でSUP体験に集中できました。
プログラム中はSUPの指導以外にインストラクターさんが宮古島のプチ情報、豆知識なども紹介してくださるのでツアーとしてもとても充実しています。
当日は残念ながらサンセットが見れるどころか大雨でしたが、素敵な体験となりました。

I participated in an afternoon SUP tour. The weather was drizzly, with strong winds, making for a challenging tour. I had some experience with SUP, but this was my first time participating in such strong winds, and it really took a toll on my stamina. Due to the wind, I bumped into a rock and fell into the sea. This also became a good memory. Despite being exhausted, the guide helped me and I was able to rejoin everyone. We also had photos taken at various points, which made for great memories. I would like to participate again if I come back to Miyako Island.

天気は小雨、風が強く悪天候の中でのツアーでした。SUPは何度か経験してましたがこんなにも強風での参加が初めてで、体力も消耗しました。風の影響で岩にぶつかり海に落ちました。これも良い思い出になりました。体力が消耗してる中、ガイドの方が助けて下さりみんなに合流することが出来ました。写真もポイントごとに撮ってもらい良い思い出になりました。また宮古島に来たら参加したいと思います。

I participated in a tour of Iriomote Island. Due to the weather, our landing on Barasu Island was changed to canyoning, but the kids seemed to have a great time jumping into the river and getting splashed by the waterfall. I've always wanted to go canoeing through the mangroves, and it was enjoyable even for children, so I highly recommend it. Our guide, Takki, was very kind to the kids, and he looked like he was having a lot of fun himself, so even though it was a long day, we were able to enjoy ourselves all day long. It's a shame that the photos were a bit grainy, probably due to being waterproof, but other than that, I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to use this service again when I go back.

西表島ツアーに参加しました。
天候のためバラス島上陸がキャニオニングに変更となりましたが、子供たちは川から飛び込んだり滝に打たれたり、とても楽しそうでした。
マングローブのカヌーくだりも昔からやりたかったのですが、子供でも楽しめてオススメです。
ガイドのたっきーが子供たちにとてもやさしく、また自分自身もとても楽しそうだったので長丁場でしたが、１日中楽しむことができました。
防水用のためか、写真の画像が粗かったのは残念ですが、それ以外は大満足です。
また、行くときにはぜひ利用したいです。

Due to a forecast of strong winds on the day of the experience, I received a notification the day before that the location was changed from Kawahira Bay to Miyara River. Since it was my first time doing SUP, I was worried about whether I could stand properly, but unlike the ocean, there were no waves, and being surrounded by mangroves meant there was no wind impact, allowing me to paddle smoothly! It was low tide at that time, so there were quite shallow areas, making it thrilling and fun to navigate without getting stuck. They also took many photos during the SUP, creating wonderful memories. I definitely want to try Kawahira Bay again next time!

体験日が強風の予報だったため前日に連絡を頂き、開催地が川平湾→宮良川へ変更となりました。初めてのSUPだったのでちゃんと立てるか心配でしたが、海と違って波がなく、マングローブに囲まれているおかげで風の影響もなく、すんなりと漕ぐことができました！ちょうど干潮の時間だったのでかなり浅いところがあり、座礁しないように進むのがなかなかスリリングで楽しかったです。SUP中の写真もたくさん撮って頂きとてもよい思い出ができました。次はぜひ川平湾リベンジしたいです！

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It was a very windy day with high waves, and I was told it would be a tough SUP session. In reality, due to the wind, I had trouble going in the direction I wanted and was swept away by the waves, which made it quite challenging. A few participants fell off their boards, but the instructor provided careful support, and I was able to enjoy it somehow. Also, since I couldn't take photos myself while paddling, it was great that the instructor took many pictures for us.

SUP初体験でした。
とても風の強い日で波も高く、ハードなSUPになると言われました。
実際に体験してみて、風のせいでなかなか思う方向に進まなかったり、波に流されたりしてしまい大変でした。
参加者の数名はSUPから落ちてしまったりしましたが、インストラクターの方が丁寧にフォローして下さり、なんとか楽しみながら出来ました。
また、SUP中は自分で写真が撮れないのでインストラクターの方がたくさん写真を撮ってくれたので良かったです。

I traveled to Ishigaki Island with my mother, who has no experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but I really wanted to try it, so she accompanied me! I was worried since my mother had never done SUP before, but the guide provided excellent instructions and support, which was very helpful. Although the weather wasn't great and there were some waves, the guide took us to a spot where the waves were minimal, making it a fun experience. I would love to use this service again if I have the chance!

母がサップの経験がないので心配でしたが、ガイドさんがしっかりと案内してくださり、サポートも充実していて助かりました。

I experienced sea turtle snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The sea was cold, but we were blessed with beautiful weather, so wearing a wetsuit was just right. The guide was cheerful, friendly, and made us feel at ease! They provided thorough instructions, and off we went into the sea! While swimming, we received explanations about the fish, turtles, and coral, and the guide matched our pace, allowing us to enjoy the day even as beginners in snorkeling and SUP! They took many photos, creating wonderful memories for our honeymoon. Thank you very much!

ウミガメシュノーケルとSUPを体験しました。
海は冷たかったのですが、天気に恵まれめちゃくちゃ晴れたので、ウェットスーツを着てちょうど良いくらいでした。ガイドさんは明るく笑顔でとても気さくな方で安心しました！丁寧にレクチャーをしてもらい、いざ海へ！泳ぎながらお魚やカメ、珊瑚などの説明があり、ペースを合わせてガイドしてくれたので、シュノーケル＆SUP初心者の私たちでも1日中楽しめました！！写真もたくさん撮っていただき、新婚旅行の良い思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

If you're visiting Miyako Island for the first time, I absolutely recommend it! You can get up close to sea turtles (of course, you shouldn't touch them), and they are so focused on eating that they don't run away at all, it's quite amusing! Honestly, I thought there might be a chance of not seeing them since they are wild animals, but it seems like you can usually spot them✨ (The guide mentioned he has never had a trip without seeing them!). After seeing the sea turtles, you can snorkel and enjoy the beautiful coral and many fish. In the afternoon, we also did stand-up paddleboarding, and the guide was very kind and taught us, so even beginners can have a great time. It's a bit more challenging than canoeing, but once you get the hang of it, it's really enjoyable.

初めて宮古島に来られた型は絶対お勧めです！
ウミガメとぶつかりそうな距離で会えます(もちろん触ってはいけないのですが)全然逃げずに餌を食べるのに夢中です笑。正直自然の動物なので会えない可能もあるのかな〜と思っていましたが基本的に会えないことはないみたいです✨(ガイドのお兄さんは一回も無いと言ってました！)ウミガメを見た後は普通にシュノーケルして綺麗な珊瑚と沢山の魚を見ることができます午後にはSUPもしましたがガイドの方が親切に教えてくれるので初心者でもしっかり楽しめますカヌーより少し難しいですが慣れればけっこういいです。

I went snorkeling in the morning. I thought the sea might be a bit cold in early November, but once I put on the wetsuit, I felt completely warm and was able to enjoy it to the fullest! I was so moved to see a sea turtle up close! It was so cute watching it eat! The staff showed us where there were lots of fish, and I was very satisfied to see various kinds of fish!

In the afternoon, I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). I had the impression that it would be difficult, but thanks to the careful instruction, I was able to get used to it quickly! The staff took a lot of photos, so I could keep them as memories! The staff were kind and taught us patiently, so I think even beginners can enjoy it thoroughly! Thank you to the staff who took care of us ( ◠‿◠ )

午前中にシュノーケリングをしました。11月上旬の海は少し寒いのかなと思っていましたが、ウェットスーツを着ると全く寒くなく満喫することができました！こんなに近くでウミガメが見れると思っていなかったので感動しました！ごはんを食べる姿がとても可愛かったです！スタッフの方が魚がたくさんいる場所を教えてくださり、色々な魚を見ることができて大満足でした！
午後からSUPをしました。難しそうなイメージがあったのですが、丁寧に教えてくださったおかげですぐに慣れることができました！スタッフの方が写真をたくさん撮ってくださるので、思い出として残すことができます！スタッフの方が親切、丁寧に教えてくださるので、初心者の方でも十分楽しめると思います！担当してくださったスタッフの方ありがとうございました( ◠‿◠ )

It was my first trip to Iriomote Island! There are various tours available, and I was unsure which one to join, but since I only had one full day free, I decided to participate in this packed tour! At the beginning of the day, there was a little light rain, but the tour went ahead as planned. Although we couldn't land on Barasu Island due to circumstances, I had a very fulfilling time (´∀｀).

On the way to our destination, our guide, Tacky, shared many interesting things about the island, which was great! I was nervous about trying SUP for the first time, but thanks to Tacky’s careful instructions, it was so much fun!! The river had many gentle curves, making it feel accessible even for a beginner like me. I want to try it again! After getting off the SUP, we walked a little along the river to Kura Falls, where I learned about Sagari-bana, Adan fruit, and the highly toxic Okinawa Choukikuto (I apologize if that’s incorrect). Everything felt fresh, especially seeing herons up close! ✨ At Kura Falls, the sunlight streamed beautifully, allowing us to take wonderful photos \(ˆoˆ)/.

After that, we visited a limestone cave, which was also breathtaking! We walked through the jungle to get there, and when we arrived, a large, dark cave awaited us, making me exclaim, "Are we really going in there?!" (laughs). Walking through a cave with water flowing at my feet is something I will never forget. It made me appreciate the grandeur of nature all over again. I’m glad this was included in the tour, as I would never have reached it on my own. The photos taken with the cave in the background were also fantastic!

I enjoyed chatting during the ride back to the hotel. It was a time that motivated me to do my bestᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ. When I participate in another tour on Iriomote Island, I would love to join a tour with PiPi. Thank you very much for everything!

初めての西表島旅行でした！
色々ツアーが開催されているので、どのツアーに参加するか悩みましたが終日空いている日が1日しかなかったので、ぎゅっと詰まったこちらのツアーに参加する事に決めました！
当日の初めは少し小雨も降っていましたが、ツアーは催行してくださいました。事情によりバラス島上陸は叶いませんでしたが、大変充実した時間を過ごすことができました( ´∀｀)
目的地に行くまでもガイドのタッキーさんが島の色々な事をお話してくださり良かったです＾＾
初めてのSUPは緊張しましたが、タッキーさんが丁寧に教えてくださったお陰でとっても楽しかったです！！川も穏やかなカーブが多く初めての私でも挑戦できる！と感じました。また、やってみたいです！SUPを降りてクーラの滝まで、少しだけ川を歩いていく中でサガリバナやアダンの実、猛毒を持つオキナワチョウキクトウ(間違っていたらすみません)を知れたこと、サギを超近距離で見れたこと等何もかもが新鮮でした✨クーラの滝では綺麗に日差しが差し込み素敵な写真を撮っていただくことができました\( ˆoˆ )/
その後は、鍾乳洞に行きましたがこちらも圧巻でした！行くまでにジャングルの中を歩き、たどり着いた先には大きく真っ暗な鍾乳洞が待ち構えていたので思わずここに入るんですか、！？と言ってしまったほどです笑笑　足元に水が走る鍾乳洞を歩いたことは一生忘れることができません。改めて自然の壮大さを感じました。1人では絶対にたどり着けないからこそ、ツアーに組み込んでいただけて良かったです。鍾乳洞をバックに撮っていただいた写真も素晴らしかったです！
ホテルまで送って頂く中で、色々なお話ができたことも楽しかったです。自分も頑張ろうと思える時間でしたᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ
また西表島のツアーに参加する時は、PiPiさんのツアーに参加したいです。大変お世話になりました！ありがとうございました！！！

I was torn between stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing, but since I'm not young anymore, I opted for the canoe that two of us could paddle together.

Around the time we were supposed to meet, thick clouds appeared, so it wasn't the perfect sunset, but I was able to take some strangely beautiful photos. Our tour guide shared information about sightseeing spots, and we had a fun chat while paddling under the Irabu Bridge. It was a rare experience to look up at the bridge from the sea, something I wouldn't have seen without this experience.

There were a few waves, and my backside got a bit wet, but on the way back, the two of us paddled smoothly and didn't get too tired. The colors of the sky and the sea changed with the time, making for a comfortable canoe trip while enjoying their beauty.

When I come back to Miyako Island, I want to try to capture even more beautiful sunset photos. Maybe I'll challenge myself with stand-up paddleboarding next time! It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

サップかカヌーか悩みましたが、若くないので体力的に2人で漕げるカヌーにしました。
待ち合わせた時間くらいから厚い雲が出現してきて最高の夕日！とまではいきませんでしたが、不思議な綺麗な写真が撮れました。
ツアーガイドの方に観光スポットなど教えてもらったり楽しくおしゃべりしながら漕いで伊良部大橋の下へ。この体験をしなければ見られなかった、海から橋を見上げるという貴重な体験もできました。
少し波もあり多少お尻が濡れましたが、戻る時も2人でスイスイと漕いであまり疲れなかったです。
時間によって空の色も海の色も変化するので、きれいなそれらを愉しみながら快適なカヌー旅でした。

また宮古島に来た時には、もっと綺麗な夕日写真が取れるようリベンジしたいと思います。次はサップに挑戦しようかな！

●SUP
It was my first time trying SUP, and they taught me how to ride in a short amount of time, so I was able to stand up right away. There are areas outside the bay where the current is strong, and in shallow spots, you can get stuck. Once you’re out in the sea, it’s hard to know where the dangerous places are, so I definitely couldn’t have done it alone. I was really glad for the instructor's explanations. They also explained about the fish while we were on the SUP, which helped during snorkeling.

●シュノーケリング
I had experienced snorkeling in Cebu overseas, but this was my first time snorkeling domestically. If you want to do it for a long time, I think places with cheaper prices overseas are good too, but the explanations are often in English, so I could only vaguely understand things like the fish, sea conditions, and where the turtles are. In Japan, the instructors explain everything clearly in Japanese! I was grateful that they carefully showed us how to put on the goggles and fins. Also, compared to the cheap places in Cebu, the wetsuits, shoes, goggles, and fins were new and in good condition.

●お写真
And above all, the photos! The arrangement and colors were incredibly beautiful. I was very satisfied when I saw the photos sent after finishing snorkeling and SUP. My favorite photo from SUP was the one taken from above while climbing on the rocks. Snorkeling photos are really difficult to take. I received wonderful photos of the turtles, fish, and myself with the turtles. The angle from below to above in the water requires diving skills, and you have to approach quietly and stabilize to take nice pictures. It’s hard to move in the water, and with several participants, everyone was taken care of, which is amazing!! I can look back at them and remember the experience anytime.

●SUP
はじめてのSUPでしたが、短い時間でポイントを押さえて乗り方を教えてくれて、すぐに立つこともできました。湾の外は潮の流れが急なところもあるし、深さがないところだと座礁してしまうし、一度海に出てしまうと危険な場所もわからないし、一人では絶対できない。インストラクターさんの説明があって本当に良かったです。SUPで先にお魚とかも説明してくれてたので、シュノーケリングにも活きました。

●シュノーケリング
海外セブ島のシュノーケリングは経験したことありましたが、国内シュノーケリングは初めてでした。長時間やりたいなら、海外の物価のお安いところとかも良いと思いますが、説明が英語だったりするので、お魚の説明、海の状態、亀のいる場所とかあいまいにしかわかりません。日本ならインストラクターさん日本語でわかりやすい！ゴーグル、フィンの付け方とかしっかりみてくれてありがたかったです。あとは、（セブの安いとこ基準なので、比較にならないですが）ウェットスーツ、靴、ゴーグル、フィン、新しくて良かったです。

●お写真
あとは何より写真！すごい綺麗な配置と色合い。シュノーケリングもSUPも終わって送られてきた写真をみて大満足でした。SUPは岩場に登って上から撮ってもらったお写真がお気に入りです。シュノーケリングは海の中の写真てほんと難しいんですよね。亀の写真、お魚の写真、亀と自分の写真、素敵な写真が送られてきました。海の中の下から上のアングルは潜る技術がないとだし、静かに近づいて安定しないと綺麗に撮れないし、海の中は動きづらいし、こんなにたくさん、参加者も数名いて、みんなをケアしながら、すごい！！の一言です。見返していつでも思い出せます。

It was a day with many clouds, and we couldn't see the sunset. It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and I was able to learn how to paddle and stand properly thanks to the thorough instructions. I felt both nervous about falling and excited at the same time. I participated with three groups of six people, and we had a great time cheering each other on when someone from another group fell in.

As for areas for improvement, while many photos were taken, the instructor seemed to focus on taking more pictures of their favorites, and the data was sent around noon the day after the experience, which left a somewhat disappointing impression in terms of professionalism.

雲が多く、サンセットは見えない日の参加でした。
SUPは初体験でしたが、こぎ方や立ち方など丁寧に教えていただけ、落ちないかというどきどきと楽しさを体験できました。3組6名と参加しましたが、別の組の方が落ちた際などみんなで盛り上がれる楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
改善点としては、写真をたくさん撮っていただけましたが、インストラクターがお気に入りの方を多く撮っており、かつデータの送信も体験翌日のお昼ごろと、仕事としては色々残念な印象です。

I was picked up just after 9:00 AM and the tour began. I learned a lot about the island's overview and history, as well as events during the COVID-19 pandemic. It seems that the operating company gives each guide a lot of discretion, and our guide (Diego) adjusted the schedule, including lunch time, based on our needs. He also took many great photos with a DSLR, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt this tour offered great value for the price!

朝9:00過ぎにpickupしてもらいツアー開始。島の概要・歴史からコロナ禍での出来事まで、本当に沢山のことを教えて頂きました。運営会社のスタンスとして各ガイドに委ねられている裁量が大きいらしく、ご担当（ジエゴさん）はこちらの様子を見ながら昼の時間等を適宜調節してくれた他、沢山写真を一眼で撮ってくれており、とてもありがたかったです。内容はタイトル通りコスパ良と感じるツアーでした！

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and I was able to enjoy it thanks to the thorough instructions provided! I was worried I might fall, but the wind wasn't strong, and the conditions were stable, so I managed to finish without falling.
*That said, you will still get wet up to your knees (when entering and exiting the water).*

Since it was late October, I thought a bikini and shorts might be too cold, but I warmed up while paddling, so it wasn't a big deal. (I think wearing long sleeves and leggings for sun protection is a good idea!)

Whether you can see the sunset depends on the weather, so it's a bit of luck! However, I was able to catch a glimpse through a break in the clouds!

The entire activity, from the lecture to paddling towards the bridge and back, took about an hour and a half. Although it was a short time for an activity, I had a fulfilling experience!

Since it was a group activity, I was a bit worried about other people appearing in the photos, but they took great pictures, and I was very satisfied! Thank you!

落ちるのかな？と思っていましたが、風も強く吹いておらず安定していたこともあって、無事落ちることなく終了しました
※それでも膝下までは濡れます(海にはいる時、上がるときなど)

10月下旬だったので、ビキニ+ショーパンでは寒いかな？と思いましたが、漕いでるうちにあったかくなって、それほど気になりませんでした。(日焼け対策に長袖、レギンス？でいくのはいいと思います！)

夕陽がみれるかどうかは天候に左右される部分があるので運に身を任せ！ですが、雲の切れ間から見ることができました！

レクチャーから、橋のほうまで漕いで、戻ってきてと約1時間半程度の所要時間です。
アクティビティとしては短い時間ながら充実した時間を過ごせました！

複数組合同で行うので、写真など他の人が映ることをすこし心配していましたが、ばっちり写真を撮ってくださり大満足です！

This was my first time participating in an activity like this, and it was quite a valuable experience. The canoeing was great, but the cave experience was even more wonderful than I had imagined. I thought it might be a bit tough given my age, but in the end, I had a truly fantastic day. I also want to thank the staff for their very careful guidance and for taking photos of all the participants.

今回アクティブティの参加は自身初めてだったのですがかなり貴重な体験をさせてもらいました。
カヌーはもとより鍾乳洞体験は想像以上素晴らしく年齢的にややキツイかもと思いましたが終わってみたらとても素晴らしい一日が過ごせました。
またスタッフ方々がとても丁寧に案内してくれて、それと参加者全員の写真も撮っていただきありがとうございました。

I had a great time.
At first, I had booked a tour that included Barasu Island, but it was changed due to the weather.
We started the day with a cave tour, where we ventured into the darkness for a unique experience.
During the kayaking adventure, it felt extraordinary to paddle gracefully through the mangroves, which is something special to Iriomote Island.
We were also able to walk to a waterfall.

In the afternoon, we switched to canyoning instead of Barasu Island.
Jumping into the river from high places and climbing rocks against the current was so much fun.
My partner was especially thrilled!

Our guide, Konaka, was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot, making the tour engaging.
Additionally, he was fluent in English, so my partner was happy to have various conversations.

We also took many photos, which became wonderful memories.

I would love to request this again when I visit Iriomote Island.
I definitely want to have a rematch at Barasu Island!

すごく楽しかったです。
初めはバラス島とセットのツアーを予約しておりましたが、天候により変更となりました。
朝から鍾乳洞ツアーで、真っ暗なところまで進んでいきはじめての体験ができました。
カヤック探検では、西表島ならではという感じでマングローブの中を優雅に漕いで行くのが非日常的に感じました。
滝まで歩いても行けました。

お昼からはバラス島から変更となった
キャディオニングをしました。
高いところ川へ飛び込んだり、逆流の中岩を登ったりと
すごく楽しかったです。
特にパートナーはすごく喜んでいました！

ガイドのコナカさんは、知識もすごくて、たくさん教えていただき、飽きのないツアーでした。
また、英語も堪能でパートナーはいろいろお話を聞くことができて、喜んでいました。

写真もたくさん取っていただいて、
すごくいい思い出になりました。

また西表島に行った時はお願いしたいです。
ぜひ、バラス島のリベンジしたいです！

Due to sea conditions, we couldn't land on Barasu Island, so we changed our plans to canyoning and mangrove SUP.

I quietly came on an island-hopping trip while the COVID situation has calmed down. This tour felt incredibly fulfilling, lasting much longer than just one day. I was able to fully enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island! (They also have COVID measures in place, and being in nature allows for social distancing, so it's safe.) We saw many creatures and plants, and even though it was the end of October, the weather was great and the temperature was just right.

Canyoning involves playing in the river, so the water temperature was lower than the sea and felt cold at first, but they provided wetsuits, so it was fine! We jumped in together, got splashed by waterfalls, and slid down natural slides, experiencing something extraordinary.

For the mangrove SUP, even beginners receive thorough instructions at the start, so you can ride with confidence. We leisurely toured the mangrove area on the SUP, which was incredibly relaxing and had great healing effects. The goal was a waterfall! We also saw many plants and creatures, including Sagari-bana.

Lastly, I want to thank Connie from Pipi, our guide. She was experienced, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I don't think we would have had as much fun without her as our guide! Thank you so much. I want to visit Iriomote Island again!

コロナが収まってるうちに…と、ひっそりと離島めぐり旅行にきました。
こちらのツアーは、1日とは思えないぐらい長く感じる、充実したものでした。西表島の大自然満喫できました♬（コロナ対策もされてるし、大自然なので密避けれますよ笑）
生き物や植物も沢山見れて、10月末でしたがお天気もよく気温もほど良くでした^ ^

キャニオリングは川遊びなので、海よりも水温が低く初めは冷たく感じましたが、ウェットスーツを貸して頂いたので大丈夫でした！
みんなで飛び込みしたり滝に打たれたり天然の滑り台で滑ったりと、非日常な体験できます( ＾∀＾)

マングローブSUPは初めての人でも始めにしっかりレクチャーしてくれるので安心して乗れます。
マングローブ地帯をゆっくりSUPで観光でき、ヒーリング効果抜群でリラックスできました。ゴールは滝！他にもサガリバナ等の沢山の植物や生き物を見ることができました。

最後に、今回ガイドして下さったpipiのコニーさん、経験豊富、博識、トークも面白くて、コニーさんがガイドじゃなかったらここまで楽しく遊べなかったと思います！
本当にありがとうございました。また西表島遊びにきたいです(^O^)

In the morning, we went canyoning, and in the afternoon, we visited the mangroves. Thanks to our guide, Connie, I had an amazing time on my first visit to Iriomote Island! We also went to a recommended restaurant for lunch, and it was incredibly delicious. It was a wonderful day that made me want to come back to Iriomote Island again! Thank you very much!

I received a call the day before the event, and due to strong winds, the SUP at Kawahira Bay was changed to the river, and we couldn't go to the Blue Cave for snorkeling. I was really looking forward to the Blue Cave, so it was disappointing, but since it was due to the weather, I decided to participate.

In the morning, we did SUP on the river. All the other participants were in canoes. Since it was my first time doing SUP, I was worried about capsizing, but thanks to the very thorough instructions, I was able to finish without falling into the river. Along the way, they also explained about the mangroves, allowing us to enjoy nature.

I brought my phone in a waterproof case just in case, but the staff took plenty of photos, so it wasn't necessary. (I even received the data at the end.)

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling a short drive from the island terminal. At the end of October, it was a bit chilly to go into the sea, but they lent us wetsuits, which was reassuring. We were able to see a lot of fish and thoroughly enjoy the ocean.

Overall, the staff's service was outstanding. They also recommended restaurants in Ishigaki Island, and everyone was very friendly and wonderful. Thank you very much.

参加前日に電話があり、強風のため波が荒いとのことで川平湾でのSUPは川に変更に、シュノーケリングは青の洞窟には行けないとのことでした。
青の洞窟は楽しみにしていたので残念でしたが、天候のことなので仕方ないねと参加を決めました。

午前中は川でSUPをしました。私たち以外の参加者はみんなカヌーでの参加でした。SUPは初めてだったので転覆したりしないか不安でしたが、とても丁寧に教えてくださったおかげで無事に川に落ちることなく終えることができました。途中でマングローブの説明などもしてくださり、自然を感じながら楽しむことができました。
一応防水ケースに入れて携帯を持っていきましたが、スタッフの方々がたくさん写真も撮ってくださったので必要ありませんでした。(最後にデータも貰えました)

午後は離島ターミナルから少し車で行ったところでシュノーケリングでした。10月の終わりで海に入るには肌寒かったのですが、ウェットスーツを貸してくださったので安心でした。魚もたくさん見ることができ、海を満喫することができました。

全体を通して、スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。
石垣島のおすすめのレストランなども教えてくださり、親しみやすくみなさんとても素敵な方々でした。

I had my first SUP experience here. They called to confirm the reservation the day before, so I was able to approach the day with peace of mind. The SUP course was well thought out to ensure we could enjoy ourselves thoroughly, and I was able to have fun without getting bored the entire time. They also took a lot of photos during the SUP, which was great! The photos were sent to me on the same day, and the quality of the pictures with the sunset in the background was amazing! It was the best first SUP experience, so I definitely want to do SUP here again!

初めてのSUPをこちらでさせて頂きました。
予約前日に確認のお電話もあったので安心して当日臨むことができました。
しっかり楽しめるようなSUPのコースが考えられていて、飽きることなく時間までずっと楽しむことができました。SUP中の写真もたくさん撮って頂けるのでとても良かったです！！写真もその日中に送って頂けてサンセットを背景にした写真のクオリティーも最高でした！
最高の初SUPになったのでまたこちらでSUPしたいと思いました！！

I started with SUP! I was worried about whether I could stand on the board, but thanks to the guidance from Nakamura-san, I was able to do it. At first, we practiced freely in the calm bay and took some photos, and then we ventured a little outside the bay to feel the difference in the waves. By that time, I had gotten used to it, so it was really enjoyable.

After that, we moved to Shinjo Beach to look for sea turtles and went snorkeling. Luckily, we encountered about 4 to 5 turtles, both big and small. After seeing the turtles, we went to see Nemo and the fish living in the coral, and we had a great time before returning to the beach.

You can have photos taken while SUPing and snorkeling, so it's fine to go hands-free. I was very satisfied to have photos taken with the sea turtles too! The instructors are very kind and teach you well, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind! I highly recommend it.

最初にSUPをしました！SUPの上で立てるかどうか不安でしたが、レクチャーしてくれた中村さんの指導のかいあって立つことができました。最初は波の穏やかな湾内で自由に練習したり、写真を撮って貰ったりして、その後湾内から少し外に出て波の違いを感じます。だいぶ慣れた後なので楽しくできました。
その後、新城海岸へ移動してウミガメさんを探してシュノーケルをします。ラッキーなことに大きい子や小さい子4〜5匹くらいに会えました。
ウミガメさんを見てから珊瑚に住むニモやお魚を見に行きたっぷり楽しんで海岸へ戻りました。
SUPとシュノーケルの写真は撮って貰えるので手ぶらで行っても大丈夫です。ウミガメさんと一緒にも撮って貰えて大満足です♬
インストラクターの方が親切に教えてくれるので安心して楽しむことができます！オススメです。
