Originally, we had planned a family canoe tour at Kabira Bay, but due to bad weather, we had to quickly change our plan to a mangrove tour. With strong winds and all participants being inexperienced in canoeing, we encountered several mishaps. However, thanks to our guide's quick thinking and flexible response, including changing the route, we were able to finish the tour safely and enjoyably. The canoe tour with an experienced and entertaining guide was very satisfying, and I would love to do it again if the opportunity arises!

もともとは家族で川平湾カヌーツアーを予定していましたが、悪天候のため急遽マングローブツアーへプラン変更させていただきました。強風に加え参加者全員がカヌー未経験ということもあり何度もハプニングを起こしてしまいましたが、ガイドさんが機転を効かせてルートを変更する等、柔軟な対応をしていただいたおかげで無事楽しいツアーとして終えることができました笑経験豊富でお話も面白いガイドさんと一緒のカヌーツアーは満足感が高く、また機会があればリピしたいと思いました！

In the morning, I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. As I started, the weather cleared up, and I was able to see a rainbow over the mountains. The sea was calm, making it the perfect location for a beginner like me. I could lie on the board and gaze at the mountains, which helped me forget my busy daily life. I was especially impressed that I could enjoy the scenery from the same eye level as the water.

In the afternoon, I experienced diving. I was surprised at how warm the sea was for February. I was thrilled to see clownfish and tropical fish up close, and I was even lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle.

ダイビングは２月の割には海が温かくて意外でした
カクレクマノミや熱帯魚を間近で見れてさらにウミガメに出会えて嬉しかったです

I was a bit anxious since it was my first time, but they taught me patiently, and I was able to ride smoothly. They also taught me some tricks, and I tried them, but they were indeed difficult... However, the sea was warm even at this time of year, and it felt nice to fall in, haha. Everyone who participated with me was kind, and I had a great time!

- Snorkeling
The guide took us to the spot, and in addition to the colorful fish typical of Okinawa, I was lucky enough to see 3 or 4 sea turtles, which was a rare experience. I learned for the first time that sea turtles need to come up for air... Their eyes were round and very cute. We took a lot of pictures, and it became a wonderful memory!

All the guides were warm and friendly, and I had a very fulfilling day. I would love to participate again when I visit Miyako Island!

初めてだったのでうまくできるか不安でしたが、丁寧に教えていただけ、スイスイと乗ることができました。
ちょっとした技も教えてもらい、挑戦しましたがやはり難しく…でも海はこの時期でも暖かくて、落ちても気持ちよかったです笑笑
一緒に参加した方たちも皆優しく、楽しい時間が過ごせました！

・シュノーケリング
ガイドさんがスポットに案内してくれて、沖縄っぽいカラフルな魚に加え、運良く海亀を3、4匹見れて貴重な体験ができました。海亀は息継ぎをするというのをここで初知り…目がつぶらでとても可愛かったです。
沢山写真も撮ってもらえ、良い思い出になりました！

ガイドさんはどの方も温かみがあって、とても充実した1日を過ごせました。
また宮古島に伺った時は参加したいです！

I booked the SUP tour at Kabira Bay + the Blue Cave snorkeling plan.
It was everyone's first time on the SUP tour, but it was fun!
Along the way, we saw a rainbow, which was a rare experience.

Due to weather conditions, the Blue Cave snorkeling was changed to Kabira Bay.
I was so happy to meet a sea turtle that I had longed to see!
The sea turtles at Kabira Bay are friendly, and I was able to observe them closely.
I will definitely go back to challenge the Blue Cave again✨

川平湾SUPツアー＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングプランで予約をしました。
SUPツアーは皆初めてでしたが、楽しかったです！
途中、虹が見えて、貴重な経験ができました。

青の洞窟シュノーケリングは天候の都合上、川平湾に変更となりました。
念願のウミガメに会えて、嬉しかったです！
川平湾のウミガメは人懐っこく、じっくり見ることができました。
青の洞窟は今度またリベンジしに行きます✨

I participated in snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Although it was February, the weather was nice, so it wasn't as cold as I expected. During snorkeling, I was able to meet a sea turtle that was eating. The sea turtle, happily munching away, was so cute and soothing! It was also a lot of fun to swim slowly among many fish.

For SUP, we moved to a different location and experienced it in another part of the ocean. I was worried about whether I could balance on the board, but the guide carefully taught me how to ride and gave me tips, so I was able to enjoy it. It was a lot of fun to experience it while gazing at the beautiful waters of Okinawa.

It turned out to be a wonderful day filled with great memories. Thank you!

シュノーケリングとSUPに参加しました。
2月ですが天候が良かったこともあり、思ったよりも寒くなかったです。
シュノーケリングでは、ご飯中のウミガメに会うことができました。おいしそうにご飯を食べているウミガメはとってもかわいくて癒されました！
ウミガメの他にも、たくさんのお魚がいる中をゆっくりと泳ぐことができてとても楽しかったです。
SUPは場所を移動して、シュノーケリングとは違う海で体験しました。
乗れるかどうか不安でしたが、ガイドの方が乗り方やコツを丁寧に教えてくれるので楽しむことができました。
綺麗な沖縄の海を眺めながら体験することができてとても楽しかったです。
1日すごくいい思い出になりました。

Due to strong winds, the activities we had planned were canceled, and we made a last-minute reservation the night before. Even with little experience in marine sports, canoeing was enjoyable and went smoothly. When I was alone, it required quite a bit of strength to paddle, and I got tired halfway through, but the guide was there to help, which was reassuring.

I also appreciated that they provided water to wash my feet after the activity. During the experience, they took many photos, and it was a great time for everyone to look back at them later. Next time, I would like to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) as well!

強風のため予定していたアクティビティが中止になってしまい、前日夜に急遽予約させていただきました。
マリンスポーツの経験が少なくても、カヌーはスイスイ進めて楽しかったです。1人の場合は漕ぐのに結構力がいるので途中で疲れてしまったのですが、ガイドの方が助けてくださったので安心でした。
アクティビティ終了後に足を洗うための水を用意してくださったのもありがたかったです。
体験中にはたくさん写真を撮ってくださり、みんなで後から見返すのもとても良い時間になりました。
今度はsupもしてみたいです！

This time, I had a one-day experience with canoeing and snorkeling. The weather wasn't great and it was cold, but I had a lot of fun. I chose canoeing, but I also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, so I enjoyed both! The wind was strong, but paddling hard helped ease the cold. Snorkeling was really, really cold, but in the end, I was able to encounter a turtle, which made for a great memory despite the chill. The staff were also very polite, and they took some nice photos for us, which was great.

今回、カヌーとシュノーケルの１日体験をさせていただきました。
天候が恵まれず寒かったですが、すごく楽しかったです。
カヌーを選びましたが、サップもやらせていただき両方楽しむことができました！
風が強かったので、必死に漕いでいたら寒さは緩和されました。
シュノーケルは本当に本当に寒かったですが、最後に亀に出会うことができて、寒かったけどすごくいいい思い出なりました。
スタッフの方も丁寧で、いい感じに写真も撮っていただきよかったです。

This time, I participated in sea turtle snorkeling and SUP!

For the sea turtle snorkeling, there were about 15 of us, including our group, divided into family/couple teams and a young, energetic men's team, with one staff member assigned to each team. I appreciated the thoughtful arrangement of separating the groups into families and couples.

We were in the family/couple team, and the staff member assigned to us was cheerful and lively, making it enjoyable for us. They explained how to use and wear the equipment and the points of interest clearly. We were able to encounter sea turtles, which was very satisfying!

For the SUP, there were four of us, including our group, and two in a canoe, with activities at different locations. I was very happy that the staff member who handled the snorkeling was also in charge of the SUP. I was nervous since it was my first time on a SUP, but I had a great experience chatting with the staff and other participants!

Even though it was February, the water temperature wasn't cold at all. However, it was indeed chilly after getting out of the sea. It seems like having extra towels would be beneficial. The staff prepared bottles of warm water, which helped a lot for washing off sand and rinsing our feet!

They also took commemorative photos underwater and during the SUP, and sent the photo data on the same day! It might be difficult to send the data on the same day during busy periods, but I think they will send it quickly! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

今回、ウミガメシュノーケリングとSUPに参加しました！

ウミガメシュノーケリングでは私達含め約15名程いましたが、家族・カップルチームと、若い元気なメンズチーム、スタッフさんが1名ずつ各チームに付いてくれました。団体さんと家族・カップルで分けてチーム編成してくれる気配りが良かったです。

私達は家族・カップルチームで、担当してくださったスタッフさんは元気で明るい方で、一緒に楽しめました。道具の使い方や付け方、ポイント等も分かりやすく説明してくれました。
ウミガメにも遭遇することができ、満足でした！
SUPでは私達含め4名、カヌー2名で場所を変えてのアクティビティでした。シュノーケリングを担当していただいたスタッフさんがSUPでも担当ということで、とても嬉しかったです。
初めてのSUPで緊張しましたが、スタッフさん、他の参加者さんともお話ししながら楽しく体験できました！

2月でしたが、どちらも水温は冷たくなかったです。しかし、海から上がった後はさすがに寒かったです。タオルも余分にあった方が何かと良さそうです。スタッフさんがぬるま湯の入ったペットボトルを用意してくださり、砂を落としたり足を洗ったりと、とても助かりました！

海中での記念撮影、SUPの時も撮影してくださり、その日のうちに写真データを送っていただきました！繁忙期だとその日のうちにデータ送付は難しいかもしれませんが、すぐ送っていただけると思います！

I participated on the last day of my 3-night, 4-day trip.

The weather was bad and cold upon arrival, and I thought all water activities would be canceled. However, the day before the last day, the sun came out in the afternoon, and the temperature rose significantly, so I made a last-minute reservation.

On the day of the tour, we were blessed with a wonderful guide under a blue sky, and we were able to leisurely enjoy the stunning scenery of Kabira Bay while canoeing.

This breathtaking view can only be enjoyed on this tour! Since there were no other tour guests, we were able to enjoy a completely private bay.

The canoe only got my bottom and feet wet, making it perfect for those like us who had a flight in the afternoon on the last day. It was easy to get ready afterward.

We took a lot of wonderful photos. We also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, which doubled the fun, and they were very accommodating to our requests along the way. The service was truly exceptional.

I will definitely repeat this next time. Thank you again!

3泊4日の最終日に参加しました。

到着時から天候が悪く寒く、ウォーターアクティビティは全滅かなと、予定に当初はなかったものの、最終日前日午後から晴れ間、気温もぐんぐん上がり、これはいけるのではないかと、前日予約。

当日は青空の下でとてもよいガイドさんにも恵まれ、絶景の川平湾をカヌーでゆったり楽しむことができました。

この絶景が楽しめるのは、このツアーだけ！
他のツアーのお客さんがいないので、完全プライベートベイが楽しめます。

カヌーは、お尻と足元くらいしか濡れないので、私達のように、最終日の午後にフライトがあるという人には最適です。終わったあとの身支度が楽。

素敵なお写真を、沢山撮って頂きました。
supもさせてもらえて、2倍楽しめましたし、途中のわがままにも臨機応変に対応していただき、本当にいたれりつくせりのサービスです。

次回もリピは確実にします。

Although it was mid-February, I participated in a SUP and snorkeling tour. It was a bit chilly for marine sports, but to put it simply, it was amazing! The guide was friendly and approachable, and I was able to bond easily with the other participants, making it enjoyable for everyone. Since the SUP and snorkeling take place in different locations, there is a lunch break in between where we regroup, and the great thing is that I could go to a restaurant I wanted to visit during that break! I highly recommend this experience as you get to try two marine sports in one day!

2月中旬ではありますが、SUPとシュノーケリングツアーに参加させて頂きました。
ある程度肌寒い中でのマリンスポーツ体験でしたが、単刀直入に最高でした！ガイドの方は親切で親しみ安く一緒に参加した方とも打ち解け安くみんなで楽しめました。SUPとシュノーケリングは行う場所が異なるので間にお昼休憩を挟み再度集合という形なのですが、お昼休憩に自分の行きたかったお店に行けるのでそれも魅力のひとつです！
一日のふたつのマリンスポーツを体験することができるのでとてもオススメです！

I participated in a tour for the first time on Iriomote Island. The guide was kind, and I became friends with the other participants, making it a wonderful memory!

I enjoyed learning about plants, Okinawa's history, recommended restaurants, and many fun stories.

I would love to come back with the same group again! ✨

My first stand-up paddleboarding experience was enjoyable thanks to Kimura's careful advice, allowing me to have fun while taking in the beautiful scenery without falling dramatically into the sea. In the afternoon, the sea conditions were unfortunate, but I was satisfied as I had enjoyable conversations and received various information.

初SUP☆木村さんの丁寧なアドバイスで派手に海に落ちることなくキレイな景色を観ながら楽しく過ごせました^^♪午後は海の状況が悪く残念でしたけど、話も楽しく色んな情報も聞けたので満足です。

Although we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, the calm sea without waves made for an amazing canoe exploration. The water was truly beautiful and clear, allowing us to see the fish swimming beneath the surface, which was thrilling! Additionally, our instructor, Yamato, was very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting while canoeing. He shared information about the sea around Miyako Island and recommended some restaurants!

曇りでサンセットは見れませんでしたが、波のない穏やかな海上のカヌー探索は最高でした。
そして、海が本当に綺麗で透き通っているため、カヌーから水面下の魚がよく見えたのが感激でした！
また、インストラクターのヤマトさんもフレンドリーな方でカヌーをしながらの会話も楽しめました。宮古島の海の情報、飲食店の情報などを教えていただきました！

I was a bit anxious about canoeing for the first time, but thanks to the kind and thorough instruction on how to paddle, I had a very enjoyable time. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I couldn't see the sunset, but the sea was very beautiful and clear, allowing me to see some fish! I would like to participate again on a nice day and try to see the sunset. Thank you!

初めてのカヌーで、少し不安な気持ちもありましたが、優しく・丁寧に漕ぎ方を教えて頂いたお陰で、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました◎
天気が悪かったので、残念ながらサンセットは見れなかったのですが、海はとても綺麗で澄んでいたので、魚も見ることができました！

I received a very polite explanation over the phone the day before, which made it easy to understand and feel reassured about participating. I quickly got the hang of stand-up paddleboarding, and it was a lot of fun. Although we couldn't go snorkeling due to the wind, we enjoyed sightseeing on Yufu Island, which was also very enjoyable.

前日のお電話でもとても丁寧に説明していただきわかりやすく安心して参加できました。初体験のサップもすぐに乗れるようになり楽しかったです。シュノーケリングは風の影響でできなくなり、由布島観光になりましたがとても楽しかったです。

The guide was kind, and I was glad to participate as they provided detailed information about the history and animals of Iriomote Island! The scenery, including the mangroves, was also very satisfying during the stand-up paddleboarding! The guide on the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island sang with a shamisen, creating a wonderful atmosphere! Overall, I’m really glad I participated!

I wanted to go mangrove canoeing on Iriomote Island and snorkeling at Barasu Island, so I made a reservation the day before despite the questionable weather. On the same day, I received a call informing me that due to bad weather, the activity at Barasu Island was canceled, but I could choose between a free cancellation or just the mangrove experience. On the day of the tour, the wind on Iriomote Island was strong, but the mangrove area was calm, and I was able to fully enjoy the mangrove canoeing in nice weather. The guide taught us a lot about the wildlife and plants, and even took photos for us, making it a very satisfying tour.

西表島でマングローブカヌーとバラス島でシュノーケリングをしたくて天候が怪しい中申し込みを前日にしたところ、その日のうちにお電話いただき天候不良の為、バラス島でのアクティビティは中止ですが、キャンセル(無料)かマングローブのみを選ぶことができました。当日は西表島の風は強かったですが、マングローブはおだやかでいい天気の中マングローブカヌーを満喫することが出来ました。 ガイドさんが生物や植物について色々と教えてくださったり、写真撮っていただけたのでとても満足できるツアーでした。

After kayaking through the mangroves, we went for a bit of canyoning to Nara Falls. We swam across the pool with a lively family. We had a fantastic time listening to our guide Kaede talk about the nature of Iriomote Island, the Iriomote wildcat, and the crested serpent eagle.
In the afternoon, we leisurely crossed to Yufu Island while being rocked by water buffalo. The gelato was exquisite. They didn't have that 30 years ago when I came. I hardly felt the passage of time; it truly is a World Heritage site.

マングローブをカヤックで進んだ後、ちょっとしたキャニオニングでナーラの滝へ。滝壺を泳ぎ渡る元気なご家族連れとご一緒しました。ガイドのカエデさんから西表島の自然やイリオモテヤマネコやカンムリワシの話を聞きながら、最高に楽しい時間を過ごしました。
　午後はゆったりと水牛に揺られて由布島に渡る。ジェラートが絶品。30年前に来た時にはなかったな。あまり時間の流れを感じなかったのが、さすが世界遺産。

I signed up because I wanted to see a beautiful sunset on the last day of 2022. Unfortunately, the weather was not great that day, with strong winds, and the event was held at Imugya Marine Garden instead of the originally planned beach. However, the sea was still beautiful, and the kind staff complimented me and engaged in conversation, taking many photos, which made for a very enjoyable time!

Afterward, I was happy to receive recommendations for spots in Miyako Island!

Next time, I definitely want to see a beautiful sunset, so I will come back for a revenge trip. Thank you very much!

2022年最後の日に綺麗なサンセットを見たくて申し込みしました。
当日は生憎の空模様で風が強く、本来行く予定のビーチではなく、イムギャーマリンガーデンでの開催でしたが、それでも海は綺麗で、優しいスタッフさんがたくさん褒めてくれたり話かけてくださって、写真もたくさん撮ってくださったのでとっても楽しいひとときを過ごせました！

終わった後には宮古島のオススメスポットも教えてもらい嬉しかったです！！

今度は綺麗なサンセットを見たいので必ずリベンジしに来ます。

I wanted to experience activities on Iriomote Island and also go snorkeling at Barasu Island, so I made a reservation here. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the activities at Barasu Island were canceled, but I was able to choose between a full-day cancellation, a half-day cancellation, sightseeing, or other activities.

I received the cancellation notice around 1 PM the day before (I was delayed in returning the call due to my own circumstances), but they made the decision early, so I was able to spend my time without worry. Since it was a trip during the New Year holidays, I was informed that restaurants and supermarkets around the meeting point at the port would be closed, and that there might not be any bento available at the supermarket during the New Year. This valuable information allowed me to purchase a bento at a supermarket that was open that day.

We did canyoning in the morning and mangrove canoeing in the afternoon. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, to the point that you wouldn't believe they were a newcomer.

We were able to take a shower after each activity, which warmed us up.

They provide marine shoes, but you will need to return them after arrival and switch to your own footwear, so I think it would be good to have flip-flops or something that can get wet. They took a lot of great photos for us, which were wonderful and ones we couldn't have taken ourselves. (The photos can be sent via LINE.)

There are plenty of other activities available, so I want to go back to Iriomote Island! I would like to request PIPI again! This is a fantastic shop that I can recommend to everyone!

西表島のアクティビティを体験したい、尚且つバラス島でシュノーケリングがしたくてこちらを申し込みました。
結果は天候不良の為、バラス島でのアクティビティは中止になりましたが、1日キャンセルか半日キャンセル、観光、別のアクティビティを選ぶことができました。

中止の連絡は前日の13時頃に連絡があり（こちらの都合で折り返しの連絡は遅くなりました）、早めに判断してくださったので不安なく過ごせました。年末年始の旅行だったので、集合場所の港周辺の飲食店やスーパーが閉まっていること、スーパーでは年始はお弁当は販売していないかも・・という貴重な情報も教えていただけたので、その日のうちに営業しているスーパーでお弁当を購入することができました。

私たちは午前キャニオニング、午後マングローブカヌーでした。
ガイドさんは移住者とは思えないぐらいに知識が豊富な方でした。

アクティビティ毎にシャワーを浴びることができ、体が温まりました。

マリンシューズは貸してもらえますが、到着後返却して自分の履物に履き替えることになるので、濡れてもいいビーサンなどがあるといいと思いました。
写真も沢山撮ってもらえて、自分たちでは撮れない素敵な写真ばかりでした。（写真はLINEに送ってもらえます）

他のアクティビティも豊富なので、また西表島に行きたい！PIPIさんでお願いしたい！みなさんにご紹介できるはなまるなショップさんです。

In the afternoon, we moved to experience snorkeling. I was hopeful to see sea turtles, but there were no signs of them, and I was starting to give up. Just before the end, unexpectedly, we saw three of them! It became an unforgettable experience. I definitely hope to participate again next time. The staff were all wonderful people. I was able to enjoy riding a canoe with my friends and take lots of photos. The water buffalo cart to Yufujima moved at a leisurely pace, which was very pleasant. I made wonderful memories with a lovely family while canoeing.

友達とカヌーに乗って写真もたくさん撮って楽しむ事が出来ました。由布島へ渡る水牛車はのんびりと進んでいく時間がとても心地よかったですね。カヌーでは可愛い親子連れと仲良くなり、素敵な思い出が作れました。

I came to Miyako Island on a solo trip and signed up to see the sunset. It just happened to be a day when I was the only one, and the guide kindly and carefully taught me how to paddle, which made it enjoyable. They also took photos, creating the best memories! Even with poor wave conditions, they provided excellent support by searching for and suggesting the best spots. I think it's great that you can sign up and enjoy it even alone, and of course, it's also a good idea to sign up with multiple people and have fun together!

ひとり旅で宮古島に来て、夕日を見たく申し込みしてみました。たまたま自分一人だけの日でガイドさんが優しく丁寧にこぎかたを教えてくださり、楽しめることができました。写真も撮ってくれて最高の思い出になりました!!波のコンディションが悪くても、最善の場所を探して提案してくださる手厚いサポートです。一人でも安心して申し込めて楽しめるのがとてもいいと思います。勿論複数人でも申し込みして皆でわいわいするのもアリだと思います!!

It seems that about half of 2022 was rainy, but we were blessed with the best weather during October and November! Due to the waves and wind, we couldn't go snorkeling, but instead, the water buffalo cart experience on Yufu Island was amazing! The time spent traveling back and forth on the water buffalo cart, accompanied by the sound of the sanshin, and the beautiful scenery that truly represents the tropics was wonderful! Above all, Gakki from ADVENTURE PiPi was adorable and soothing! Her voice was clear and easy to understand, and there was a nice contrast in her energetic guidance. Thank you for the fun time!

2022年は半分くらい雨の日だったようですが、10.11月の中で最もコンディションが良い晴天に恵まれました！波風のため？シュノーケリングはできませんでしたが、代わりに体験させて頂いた水牛車の由布島は最高でした！三線の音色ともに水牛車で往復する時間や由布島でのこれぞ南国という景観が素晴らしかったです！何よりADVENTURE PiPiのガッキーさんが、可愛くて癒されました！声もよく通って聞き取りやすく、ちゃきちゃきした案内には良いギャップがありました^ ^

We participated as a couple.
Initially, we planned to experience stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the ocean, but due to the wind, we changed the location to a river with mangroves for the SUP experience.

◆Impressions
It was my first time trying SUP, but before getting on, I was taught how to ride and paddle, which made me feel secure about participating.
Along the way, thanks to the personalities of the other participants, we were able to enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere together.

We took a lot of photos, and I was very satisfied.

During the car ride to and from the location, we enjoyed quizzes and discussions about recommended shops, so it was entertaining from start to finish!

夫婦で参加しました。
当初は海にてサップを体験する予定でしたが、
風の影響もあり、マングローブ林のある川に場所を変更しサップ体験をしました。

◆感想
サップは初体験でしたが、乗る前に乗り方や漕ぎ方を教わり、安心して参加することが出来ました。
道中も他に参加された方の人柄もありましたが、
みんなで和気あいあいと楽しく参加することができました。

沢山写真も撮っていただき、大満足でした。

行き帰りの車内でもクイズやおすすめの店情報の話など退屈せず、最初から最後まで楽しかったです！

On the day of the trip, due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the Phantom Island, so we quickly changed to canoeing and snorkeling. We had a friendly guide who helped us enjoy the great outdoors! It was my first time canoeing, but the weather was nice, and it felt really good. I will definitely come back for a rematch at Phantom Island!

当日、強風で幻の島に行かないとのことで、急遽カヌー&シュノーケリングに変更。
気さくなお姉さんにガイドしてもらって、大自然を満喫しましたー！！
初めてのカヌーだったけど、天気も良くて凄くきもちよかったです＾＾
また、幻の島もリベンジに来ます！！

The content of the tour was good, as many have mentioned. I was really looking forward to receiving the photos taken during the tour (I exchanged LINE contacts with the guide after the tour). However, more than a week passed with no news at all. When I reached out in concern, I was told, "The photo data is deleted after a week, so we no longer have it." Is it really the case that I wouldn't receive anything unless I contacted them? Moreover, they mentioned, "If you don't hear from us two days after the tour, please contact us," but no one I participated with remembers hearing that. Isn't that phrasing usually based on the assumption that they would send the photos first? I gave up since there's no changing the fact that the photo data is gone, but I can't accept this situation at all. There are reviews stating that some guides provided the photo data immediately, so there might be inconsistencies. I urge those who will participate in the future to be very careful.

ツアー自体の内容は多くの方が書かれている通りでよかった。その分ツアー中に撮影してもらった写真をもらえるのをとても楽しみにしていた（ツアー終了後にガイドとLINE交換する）。しかし１週間以上経っても全く音沙汰なし。不安になって連絡してみると，「写真データは１週間経てば消去するためもう手元にない」と。こちらから連絡しないともらえないことなどあるのか？しかも「ツアー終了後２日経っても連絡がない場合は，お客様から連絡してくださいとツアー中にお伝えしています」と。一緒に参加した人に聞いてもそのようなことは聞いた覚えがないと言っているし，そもそもその文言は通常なら向こうから写真を送ってくる前提では？これ以上言及しても写真データがないことに変わりはないから諦めたが，到底納得できるものでない。ガイドによってはすぐに写真データをくれたという口コミもあるため，当たり外れがあるのかもしれない。これから参加される方はくれぐれも気をつけてください。
