Due to the impact of the typhoon, we had to give up on entering the sea turtle spot. It's understandable because of the natural conditions, but it's a shame that we couldn't meet the sea turtles. Other than that, the staff was very attentive and taught our family, who are beginners at snorkeling, with great care, allowing us to enjoy the experience with a lot of peace of mind.

台風の影響で、ウミガメさんスポットへの入水は断念。
自然条件が原因だから仕方ないけど、結局、ウミガメさんに会えずそれだけが残念。
その他は、シュノーケリング初心者家族の私たちに、とにかく丁寧に教えて下さって、対応して下さり、とても安心して楽しむ事ができました。

I went on a trial diving experience on July 25, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were kind and provided detailed instructions. I would love to try it again when I come back to Okinawa!

It seems there are no Korean staff, but they conduct the sessions in English as well! Just a heads up :)

すごく素敵な経験でした！
スタッフさんたちも親切で詳しい教えてくれました。

I participated in a tour with my mother and my 6-year-old child starting at 7 AM. On this day, it was just the three of us, which felt like a private tour. The guide explained the snorkeling instructions in a way that was easy for my child to understand, and during snorkeling, he kindly adjusted my child's goggles multiple times. He was always attentive to my child, who had trouble relaxing in the water, and was quick to respond to any issues. He was a kind and very caring guide.

The snorkeling spot was close to the parking lot, so we didn't get tired.

The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful, and the fish were adorable. Both my child and I were very satisfied with the snorkeling experience. I was also happy that we got to take a lot of photos.

母と6歳の子どもと一緒に朝7時〜のツアーで参加。
この日は私達親子の貸切状態でした。
シュノーケル前の説明を分かりやすく子どもにもして下さったのと、シュノーケリング中に何度も子どものゴーグルなどを直してくださったり、シュノーケリング中になかなか力を抜く事の出来なかった子どもを常に気にかけて何かあればすぐに対処して下さった、優しくてとても面倒見の良いガイドのお兄さんでした。

シュノーケリング場所まで駐車場から近く疲れませんでした。

青の洞窟はとっても綺麗で魚も可愛かったです。
子どもも私も満足なシュノーケリングでした。
写真も沢山撮っていただいて嬉しかったです。

The explanations were clear and easy to understand, even for beginners, so I felt comfortable taking on the challenge. I thought I would be able to relax while floating and slowly gazing at the underwater scenery, but I was surprised to encounter so many sea creatures! The weather was great too!!

The colorful fish, with their vivid yellows, oranges, and blues, were adorable. I was super lucky to see a pair of large amberjacks leisurely swimming around! I also got to meet a sea turtle (a rare one called a hawksbill turtle)♪ Watching it swim gracefully in the water was incredibly soothing.

I was enjoying my first snorkeling experience in the perfect conditions of the calm blue sea and sky when, just before getting back to shore, I encountered a baby green sea turtle in the shallow water. It elegantly passed right in front of me!! It added a wonderful memory to my day. Thank you very much!!!

初心者でもわかりやすい丁寧な説明だったので、安心してチャレンジすることができました。ぷかぷかと浮かんでゆっくりと海中を眺められたらリラックスできるな～と思っていましたが、たくさんの海のいきものたちに会えてびっくりしました！そして天気もよくて最高でした！！

鮮やかな黄色やオレンジやブルーが印象的だった色とりどり魚たちはかわいかったな～。大きなイトヒキアジのペアがのんびりと回遊していたを見られたのは超ラッキーでした！そしてウミガメ（貴重なタイマイっていう名前）にも会えたよ♪海の中を気持ちよさそうに泳いでいる姿にとても癒されましたｗ

穏やかな青い海と空で絶好のコンディションで初シュノーケリングを堪能できたな～とおもっていたら、さらに浜に上がる寸前の浅瀬でなんとアオウミガメの子供と遭遇。私の目の前を優雅に通り過ぎていきました！！最後に良き思い出が追加されました。ありがとうございました！！！

The instructor was friendly and explained things well. The children said they were glad to have this person. I'm satisfied to have such an extraordinary experience at this price.

インストラクターの方は、気さくで説明が上手いです。子供たちは、この人で良かったと言っていました。
非日常の体験がこの価格ででき、満足です。

We participated in this trip as a family with children. I was a bit anxious since we weren't used to the ocean, but the staff guided us carefully, allowing us to swim with peace of mind! Additionally, my fifth-grade child got seasick, but the staff responded flexibly, and in the end, our whole family was able to take pictures with a sea turtle! Thank you for the wonderful memories! ^_^

I booked a snorkeling session because I struggle with equalizing my ears, but I quickly changed it to an introductory diving experience, assuring me that they would teach me properly. This was actually my fourth time diving, but for the first time, I was able to dive smoothly without any pain from not being able to equalize my ears! It's important to equalize before it starts to hurt! Thanks to following that advice and not rushing, I was lucky enough to encounter sea turtles twice! Thank you so much to the guide! ☆

耳抜きの下手さからシュノーケルを予約したのですが、きちんと教えますので大丈夫ですよと急遽体験ダイビング変更しました。実は体験ダイビング４回目でしたが、今回初めて一度も耳抜きが出来ずに痛い！ということなくスムーズにダイビングすることが出来ました。痛くなる前に前に耳抜きが大切です！の教えを守り焦らず行うことが出来たお陰もあり？！ウミガメに二回も遭遇することも出来てラッキーでした！ガイドさん、本当にありがとうございました☆

The confirmation contact the day before was thorough, and the hotel pickup time in Naha was right on schedule. It was crowded in the caves due to the summer vacation season, but thanks to our guide, we had a stress-free and enjoyable experience. It also motivated me to want to start diving. Thank you!

前日の確認連絡もしっかりあり、当日朝の那覇のホテルピックアップ時間どおりでした。夏休みシーズンで洞窟は混雑していましたが、ガイドさんのおかげでストレスなく楽しい体験ができました。ダイビングを始めたいと思う動機づけにもなりました。ありがとうございました！

I was able to meet a sea turtle this time! After entering the sea and receiving a brief lecture, we set off right away. I was able to see the sea turtle sooner than I expected (about 15 minutes after entering the water). It seemed to be accustomed to humans, allowing us to observe it slowly. It even came closer when we approached. Our guide, Kometchi, was lively and friendly, which was great. I was a bit anxious because I had experienced seasickness while snorkeling before, but he reassured me, saying, "Don't worry. If it seems like you're not okay, I'll take you back to land." Since I was able to see the sea turtle, I was allowed to return after about half the scheduled time. He took me back to shore and said, "Don't worry, I'll make sure you get back safely," which I really appreciated. It was a kind gesture, and it became a wonderful memory.

(This time, it was a tour of the morning market at Shinjo Coast, but the parking lot was very crowded. I was able to park because it was the morning market, but arriving early is essential.)

今回ウミガメに会えました!
海に入り簡単なレクチャーを受けてすぐに出発。思っていたよりはすぐにウミガメに会えました(海に入り15分位)。人間に慣れているのかゆっくり見られます。近付いても来てくれます。担当のコメッチさんは元気で気さくな配慮のある人で良かったです。私はシュノーケリングで海酔いした経験もあるので不安でしたが「大丈夫。ダメそうだったら途中で陸まで送り届けます」と言ってくれて出発。ウミガメに会えたので予定の半分位の時間で私だけ引き返させてもらいました。陸まで送り届けてもらい「お子さん、ちゃんと見ますね」と言ってくれ、とてもありがたかったです。親切な対応でとても良い思い出になりました。
(今回は新城海岸の朝市のツアーでしたが駐車場がとても混んでいます。私は朝市なので停められましたが。早目の行動が必須です。)

The instructor was a kind young man, and even though we were clumsy, we were able to experience it without any anxiety! I was surprised that he took dozens of photos for us. I was also happy that he shared some interesting trivia! I was very satisfied. If there’s another opportunity, I would love to ask for his help again!

We participated as a family of four, including a fifth-grade boy and a third-grade girl.
We saw turtles! They were munching on seaweed up close and coming up to the surface for air!
We also got to see many beautiful fish! There were clownfish, and they were so cute!
The guide was a kind young man who explained everything clearly and thoroughly about the sea turtles, corals, and Miyako Island, and he was very considerate towards the children, making the time spent outside of snorkeling very enjoyable as well.
I think even those who aren't used to swimming will be fine in the shallow waters. For those who still feel unsure, the guide reassured us by saying, "I'll pull you with a float!"
Also, during snorkeling, my daughter complained about her head and eyes hurting from the unfamiliar goggles, but the guide kindly adjusted them and gently encouraged her to take it easy, which helped her persevere until the end.

We were honestly surprised by how many photos of the turtles, corals, and fish we received. They were all beautifully taken!
I usually don't write reviews, but I hope this can serve as a reference for others considering snorkeling.
The guides were so great that I felt comfortable leaving everything in their hands!
Our whole family was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory!
If we go to Miyako Island again, we would definitely like to request this again. Thank you so much!

小5年男子、小3女子含む4人家族で参加させて頂きました。
カメさんいました！間近で海藻バクバク食べてたし、息するのに海面から顔出して息継ぎするし！！
たくさんのキレイな魚も見れました！クマノミもいてかわいかったです！
ガイドの方は優しいお兄さんで、ウミガメのことはもちろん珊瑚のこと、宮古島のことなど終始わかりやすく丁寧に説明してくださり、子供達にも優しく気遣ってくれてシュノーケル以外の時間もとても楽しく過ごすことができました。
思ってたより浅瀬で泳ぎになれない方でも大丈夫かと思います。それでも自信ない方はガイドの方が「浮き輪で引っ張りますよー」って声かけてくださるので安心ですよ！
また、シュノーケル途中でうちの娘が慣れないゴーグルで頭が痛い、目が痛いなど訴えてしまいましたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に調整してくれたり「無理しないで」と優しく声掛け接してくれたおかげで娘も最後までがんばれました。

写真もウミガメとの写真、珊瑚や魚たちの写真をすごくたくさん送っていただき正直驚きました。もちろんキレイに写ってます！
普段は体験談など書かないのですが、、シュノーケル考えている他の方への参考になればと思います。
それに書きたくなるぐらいとても良い感じの兄さん達なので安心して任せられます！
家族全員とても満足で、とてもいい思い出となりました！！

I met up at the location, but I quickly got the place wrong...

When I parked in the hotel parking lot as instructed, the taxi driver told me it was the wrong place, but I eventually made it there safely.

I still find meeting up at the location quite confusing...

The snorkeling was a sea turtle exploration tour, but I didn't get to see any sea turtles. However, the snorkeling itself was beautiful and enjoyable. There was plenty of time as well.

The instructor was kind and attentive, thank you very much.

It was great that there were showers and changing areas on the boat.

現地集合で、早速場所を間違えました。。

説明もらったホテルの駐車場にとめたらタクシー運転手さんに違うよとおしえてもらい無事にたどり着きました。

やっぱり現地集合はよくわからないですね、、、


シュノーケリングは海亀探索ツアーでしたが海亀には会えませんでした。でもシュノーケリングは綺麗で楽しかったです。時間も十分でした。

インストラクターのお兄さんも優しく丁寧でした、ありがとうございました。

船内シャワーや着替えられる場所もありよかったです

I was taken care of with stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling. The person in charge and the staff at the shop were very kind and attentive, and my elementary school son was very happy. He talked about how much he enjoyed feeding the fish and observing the hermit crabs, saying it was the most fun part of our trip. I thought stand-up paddleboarding would be difficult, but I was able to enjoy it even as a beginner. I want to challenge myself with stand-up paddleboarding again next year. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Snorkeling on the north side of Nugan Island. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the sea turtles I was hoping for. A downside is that since we didn't go ashore, we couldn't relax fully.

ヌガンヌ島の北側に停泊してのシュノーケリング。お目当てのウミガメには会えませんでした。残念。
上陸はしないので、ゆっくりくつろげない点はデメリット。

I thought there would be 2 to 3 photos, but they took a lot.
It said that I could use the shower, but only cold water came out.
I heard there were places where hot water was available.
The staff, especially the boys, were all kind and easy to understand.
I was able to go snorkeling without any worries.
It was fun and went by in a flash.

I was able to see four sea turtles, took a lot of photos, and the guide's stories were interesting! They also made sure to give us enough time to practice, so everything went smoothly!

ウミガメ4匹も見れたし、写真も沢山取れたし、ガイドさんのお話も面白かった！しっかり練習する時間とかも取ってくれたので特に問題なく行けました！

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't go to the Kerama Islands and ended up snorkeling along the main island. While we were snorkeling, it didn't rain, and I had a wonderful experience seeing small fish swimming in the beautiful sea! The full-face mask was easy to breathe in and very user-friendly. The banana boat allowed us to choose our speed, which made it a lot of fun! I hope to be able to go to the Kerama Islands next time!

あいにくのお天気で、慶良間諸島には行けず本島沿いでのシュノーケリングでした。
シュノーケルをしている間は雨も降らず、小さなお魚が泳いでいるのを綺麗な海で見ることができてすてきな経験をできました！
フルフェイスマスクは息がしやすく、使いやすかったです。
バナナボートはスピードを選ばせてくれ、楽しくできました◎
また次は慶良間諸島でできたらいいなと思います！

This was my first time in Okinawa, and I was looking forward to the Kerama Blue. It was a charter flight, but there was no air conditioning, it was bumpy, and there were children who got sick. I took motion sickness medication, but I still felt a bit nauseous.

After arriving on the island, the transportation also had no air conditioning. We went straight to snorkeling, and everywhere we went had no air conditioning. I started to get a headache, and even after taking headache medicine, it didn't stop. I realized I was suffering from heatstroke. At the very least, I need somewhere with air conditioning; otherwise, it feels unbearable. I hope for improvements.

今回初めての沖縄で慶良間ブルーに期待して参加しました。チャーター便でしたが、クーラーなし、揺れる、吐く子供がいたり、自分も酔い止め飲んでましたが、ちょっと酔いました。
そして、島についてからの移動車もクーラーなし。そのままシュノーケル、着いてからもどこもクーラーなし、頭痛してきて頭痛薬飲んでも止まらず、熱中症ということに気付きました。。せめてどこかクーラー効いてないと死にます。改善を願います。

I participated in a tour on the afternoon of my arrival in Ishigaki Island. It was my first snorkeling experience of the year, and thanks to the staff's attentiveness and kindness, I was able to enjoy snorkeling in the long-awaited Sekisei Lagoon! Since I brought my GoPro, I was able to capture a lot of videos!

Maboroshi Island is surrounded by emerald green waters, and it was incredibly beautiful and moving. The sight of waves repeatedly flowing through parts of the island that gradually submerged beneath the surface was so pleasant that I could have watched it forever.

Although it was just a half-day tour, it was so satisfying that I lost track of time!

石垣島到着日の午後からのツアーに参加させていただきました。
今年初めてのシュノーケリングだったのですが、スタッフの方々の気配りや思いやりに助けられ、念願の石西礁湖でのシュノーケリングを楽しめました！
ゴープロ持参だったので、動画もいっぱい撮れました！
幻の島は周囲をエメラルドグリーンの海に囲まれ、とても綺麗で感動。徐々に水面下になる島の一部を繰り返し波が通り抜けてゆく様子が気持ち良くずっと見ていたい感じでした。
半日ですが、時を忘れるぐらい大満足なツアーでした！

Thank you for allowing me to participate in the snorkeling activity. I wanted to enjoy the last day to the fullest, so I joined the snorkeling session at 8:30. From the phone call the day before, I felt very welcomed and was able to participate with peace of mind. When we met on the day, the guide was cheerful and friendly, which made it easy to enjoy the sea. I was able to encounter sea turtles and many fish, and thanks to that, I returned home very satisfied on my last day. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in checking the ferry schedule and the bus times. I would definitely like to request your services again when I visit Yakushima. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

最終日最後まで楽しみたくて8時半からのシュノーケルに参加させてもらいました。
前日のお電話からとても感じがよく安心して参加することが出来ました。
当日お会いした際も明るくて気さくなガイドさんで、心地よく海を楽しむ事が出来、また海亀やたくさんの魚たちと出会えてお陰様で最終日も大満足して帰れました。
帰りのフェリーの時間も気にかけて、バスの時刻も調べてくださっていてお心遣いに感謝です。
また屋久島に行った際は是非お願いしたいと思いました。

I participated with my 7-year-old son!

During our snorkeling experience from the beach, he was a bit scared and wanted to return to the shore when he couldn't touch the bottom, so I thought it might be a bit much for him from the boat. I was prepared to wait on the boat.

Just as I told him, "You don't have to push yourself," he decided to give it a try and willingly followed the instructor's instructions to enter the water! He then enjoyed snorkeling with the instructor! He was fascinated by all the different fish and beautiful corals!

Even during free time, he continued to swim with the kind instructor, sticking close to him!

My son, who was initially a bit nervous about snorkeling, got really excited and had a great time collecting corals and shells on the subsequent "phantom island" visit. Throughout, the instructors were very encouraging and engaged with him, making it a truly satisfying experience.

7歳の息子と参加しました！

同じ旅の期間中に行った砂浜からのシュノーケル体験でも、足がつかなくなるとビビって浜に戻りたがっていたので、船からはちょっと無理かなぁと、船の上で待つことも覚悟して参加しました。

「無理しなくていいよ」と伝えた矢先、自分からやってみる！と進んでインストラクターさんの指示に従って海に入って行きました！
そしてそのままインストラクターさんに連れられてシュノーケルを楽しむ息子！！
色々なお魚や綺麗な珊瑚に夢中になっていました！

自由時間になってもインストラクターさんと一緒に泳ぐ、と、優しいインストラクターさんに着いて泳ぎ続けていました！

シュノーケルにビビり気味だった息子もテンションが上がり、その後の幻の島でも珊瑚や貝殻を拾いまくって楽しんでいました。
その間もインストラクターさんたちが息子に色々と声をかけてくださり、大満足の体験となりました。

感想：雨でウミガメいるか心配でしたが、無事一緒に写真を撮ることができて良かったです。

The sea water was really clear, and we could see a lot of fish. The Blue Cave is not very far from the starting point, so I think even those who aren't very confident in swimming will be fine. The light blue color of the water inside the cave is also very, very beautiful. Our guide was always attentive to the participants' conditions and took many photos for us.

海の水が本当に澄んでいて、魚もたくさん見られました。青の洞窟が出発地からそんなに遠くないので、泳ぎにそんなに自信ない人も大丈夫だと思います。洞窟の中の水色はまたとてもとても綺麗です。そしてガイドさんが私たち参加者の状態を常に気を遣い、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。

I was very nervous during my first snorkeling experience, but I was able to relax and enjoy it because the instructor taught me kindly and patiently.
Since there were no other guests, we had the guide all to ourselves, who adjusted the pace to match ours and took many photos for us. Thank you so much!

At Tokashiki Beach, I was able to see sea turtles and also spotted cute fish swarming around the coral, so I’m glad I joined a guided tour that knew the best spots! During my free time at Awa Island Beach, the views from the Kubandaki Observatory and Tunnel Rock were also fantastic. The ferry ride between Naha and Tokashiki Island was quite bumpy, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

とかしくビーチでは、海ガメに会えましたし、サンゴに群がる可愛いお魚たちも見れたので、
ポイントを知っているガイド付きツアーに参加して良かったです！
阿波連ビーチでのフリータイムでは、クバンダキ展望台とトンネル岩からのビューも素晴らしいかつたです。
那覇⇔渡嘉敷島は、結構揺れたので、(船)酔い止めを飲んでおくことをお勧めします。

I was glad to find a snorkeling course that picks you up at the hotel! They helped me get used to it by guiding me, so I was able to see the sea and the fish thoroughly from start to finish, which made me very satisfied.

Since it was a small group, it was a luxurious snorkeling experience with just my friend and me! They were aware of the less crowded times and the water clarity, and they chose the best spots for us, so I felt like I had a great experience multiple times.

I have asthma and my friend has hearing difficulties, and we had been turned down for diving everywhere, so we opted for snorkeling. However, when I spoke with the instructor, I learned that the person who assisted us was capable of accommodating those with physical disabilities or other challenges, and they told us that we could dive with our conditions. I've always wanted to do it, so I definitely want to try diving next time! I hope to have the same instructor again. Thank you very much!

シュノーケリングでホテルまで迎えに来てくれるコースは中々なかったのでよかったです！
慣れるまでは引っ張ってくれたので、最初から最後まで海も魚もしっかり見られて大満足でした。
少人数制と言うことで、今回友達と2人だけだったので贅沢なシュノーケリングでした！
人が少ない時間とか、海の透明度とか、全て把握して1番いい所を選んでくれてるので、何度も良い体験したと思えました。
私が喘息と友達が難聴を患っていて、今回ダイビングを軒並み断られてシュノーケリングにしたのですが、インストラクターさんのお話しをきくと、今回対応してくれた方は身体が不自由な方や障害お持ちの方等も対応出来る方だったので私達の持病でもダイビングできるよって言ってくれました。ずっとやりたかったので、次回はぜひ挑戦したいと思ってます！また同じインストラクターさんだといいな。ありがとうございました。

While listening to the guide's entertaining stories, I swam from Shinjō Beach through the shallows and was able to say hello to a sea turtle right away! Not just one, but several turtles, and I was healed by their leisurely pace as they ate seaweed! The guide took many wonderful photos for me! Thank you for sharing recommendations for great spots in Miyako Island!

ガイドさんの楽しいお話しを聞きながら、新城海岸から浅瀬を泳いでいくと、すぐウミガメさんとこんにちはできました！一匹に限らず何匹も会えて、ゆっくりマイペースに海藻を食べている姿に癒されました！ガイドさんには素敵な写真をたくさん撮ってもらいました！宮古島のおすすめスポットも教えてくださってありがとうございます！

As the title suggests, I was able to encounter sea turtles. The snorkeling lasted about 50 minutes, which was enough time to enjoy the waters of Yakushima from the surface. First, there is a safety briefing to ensure proper snorkeling techniques. You can participate in just swim trunks, and they will lend you a wetsuit. If you borrow a wetsuit, it seems fine to declare your current weight plus 5 kg. They also take quite a few photos.

タイトル通り、ウミガメに出会うことができました。
シュノーケリングは50分ほどですが、屋久島の海を海面から堪能するには十分な時間でした。
最初に安全にシュノーケリングをするための動作確認などあります。
海パン１枚で参加してもウェットスーツを貸してもらえます。
ウェットスーツを借りる場合は現在の体重➕５kgで申告しても良さそう。
写真もかなり撮ってくれます。

My first impression was that the staff were very kind. I thought the snorkeling lesson for beginners would be unnecessary since I had personal experience, but it was conducted thoroughly and appropriately, and I didn't feel like my time to experience was reduced. During the experience, they taught us the names of the fish, where to find them, and even some interesting trivia, which made it worthwhile to participate. They also offered to take photos frequently, and all the staff were gentle and kind. If I visit Ishigaki again and participate in a tour, I would like to join a tour organized by RISE.

1番始めの感想がスタッフの皆さんが、とても親切でした。
シュノーケルの初めての方への講習も、個人的に経験していたため不要かと思っていましたが、丁寧かつ適切に講習されており、体験する時間が少なくなるような感じは無かったです。
また体験では、魚の名前やどこに何がいるか、また豆知識的なところまで教えてくれ、参加した甲斐がありました。
写真もこまめに撮ってくれるよう声をかけていただいたり、スタッフの全員が優しく親切な方でした。
また石垣を訪れ、ツアーに参加するならば、RISEさんの企画するツアーに参加したいと思います。
