I was happily surprise for the whole tour, very veryyy nice, comfortable bus, very well organized tour, beautiful places to appreciate the mount Fuji. I felt they really thought about us as visitors and welcome guests, not just random people that only represent money for the company. Totally recommend this tour and the company. I would definitely go with them again. I traveled with my wife and 1 year old baby, and I had no issues, perhaps I would recommend next time to offer a car seat for the baby.

Outstanding from beginning to end.

The guide was funny, knowledgeable, and spoke IMPECCABLE English.

There was heavier than usual traffic and the guide kept us updated on ETA and impact on schedule.

All the activities were excellent, including the substituted activities that were neceisstated due to closures of part of the original activity (due to volcanic activity).

The guide was terrific - friendly and knowledgeable. She kept the group engaged and interested. It's a shame that Mt Fuji was shy and hiding from the tourists but that's no fault of Veltra. We had a wonderful time on Fuji and the rest of the tour anyway.

If you are lucky, you are gonna see the most beautiful scenery including lakes, Flower farm with Mount Fuji at the backdrop. The grape farm was so nice experience with sweet grapes.

Please check the weather before going. For vegetarians, veltra arranged special food for me.

We had not anticipated just how difficult it would be to get around Tokyo. This day trip gave us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable bus, and see the beautiful sights. We would most definitely do this tour again.

The tour guide Akreti-Aki was really helpful and very nice The foods was good. Overall very much satisfied.

This tour is spent mainly on the bus. The stops are not more than 30 mins. The lunch place was awful with no atmosphere. Due to mist the cable car and boat trip was a waste of time.

Unfortunately the traffic heading to My Fuji was very bad which meant the rest of the day was a crush to keep the schedule. Weather was also against us. My Fuji and the cable car was a white out.

Skipped the trip of Owakudani .. my parents from India visited japan and they were very interested of Owakudani, but it was skipped and disappointed a lot. I had used same package trip myself and find satisfaction, but this experience with veltra was very poor and I doesn’t recommend or use it again

Excellent. Tai-Shi was very courteous and nice. We requested an English speaking driver and his English was very good. He took us to all the sights we requested and even gave us some history and advice.

Definitely would highly recommend to others.

Tour was not well organized. We were scheduled to be picked up at Royal Park hotel, then bus didn’t come there. One tour staff member came and got cabs for us to go to the other hotel where the bus parked there. The tour guide lady told us that tour was full that day and there were only 3 seats left for us but not together! Why they couldn’t assign seat number? Some activities were canceled.

The trip went very smoothly. Levin our tour guide was a knowledgable , professional and excellent communicator. He is a great asset.

The driver and guide were both excellent. We got to see My Fuji despite cloud cover. Levin and the driver saw an opportunity to view the mount and took it. If we waited for the "normal" stop we would have missed the view ( like the majority of other tours).

The lunch that was provided at the Ninja village was great. There was plenty of local food and the service was very good.

The trips to the 5 lakes was excellent. The flight simulator was also a real hoot.

Overall the organisation and events were excellent. A great experience.

My family (3 adults, 2 children) had an incredible time during this tour which was individualized for us based on our requests and preferences. Our guide Takashi was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and taught us so much about not only Mt. Fuji but Japan and Japanese culture. Additionally, Takashi’s broad international knowledge and understanding provided an added perspective and important context on Japan’s place globally today. Our driver Toshi was also excellent and entertaining and because of his understanding of weather patterns on the mountain, we made 2 critical stops along the way that allowed us to see the peak despite some poor weather conditions overall. Takashi took us to an incredible restaurant for lunch, a meal that all of us enjoyed and none of us will forget. An incredible trip overall which was made even better by the connection we made with our guide Takashi. On a personal note, I left my phone in the vehicle and Takashi & Toshi ensured that it was returned to me the same evening! It was much appreciated! I would highly recommend this private tour and ask for Takashi!

Japanese punctuality and attention to detail, all in a very simple and unassuming way. Great experience and very well paced and organized.
We were an eclectic crowd and the guide was even discreet enough to just act surprised when somebody asked her why Japanese “Fuji” water was exported to the United States and never drank by the japanese. I think she confused Fiji water with the water from Mount Fuji. Oh lord!...The guide was marvelous and discrete by saying she did not know....

It was bad raining day.
Did not get chance to go on the Ropeway and to see Mt Fuji, because of rain, fog and windy
The tour guide was good to explain things to us.
The bus driver is very excellent driver, no hiccups on the way she drives on the wet, fog winding road.
I did enjoy the tour.

The entire tour was rushed not sure why as we couldn't do the ropeway, so you would think we would have had extra time. They added a box to the website showing that it was closed after my group had already booked the tour. We took a cruise through the fog, and it was not on the cool pirate boat described and pictured. The cruise was a waste as well because you couldn't see anything. We also went to the museum which is supposed to provide a great view of Fuji but again we couldn't see anything.

We knew that it was a bus tour, but it was a little cramped compared to other bus tours that we have been part of in Sapporo. I think that is due to that this tour is in Tokyo so more people were on the bus. The tour guide, Irene was very nice and accommodating, despite some rude tour people on the tour bus. As a bit of advice, when you are given a time frame in Japan, you better be punctual or you will be left behind! As we were going to various places, we were on a challenging schedule, so the tour guide let everyone know this at the beginning of the tour, and everyone needs to be respectful of each other's time. Two people did not respect this rule and ended up being left behind at one stop, but made it back to the bus at the next stop, fortunately for them the distance was reachable, but I'm sure had a bit of a walk to catch up. The weather that day did not allow for us to see Mt. Fuji, which was a bummer, but not the fault of the tour guide or the tour experience.

We only had one full day in Japan on our way home to Australia so we decided to take a tour out to the iconic Mt Fuji. We were picked up right on schedule from our hotel and spent about half an hour collecting other people from various locations before heading out to Mt Fuji. Our guide entertained us along the way with some history and personal anecdotes and even a little sing-along in Japanese. The weather favoured us too, the day being clear and sunny, so we were able to see the peak. The only downside was the cold wind. I was wishing for earmuffs! The cable car ride was cancelled due to the wind but we were able to see a lovely peace park instead. We could have returned to Tokyo on the bus, but we opted for the Bullet train instead. Our guide made all that easy. The experience of seeing those fantastic trains whooshing through the station while we waited for ours was amazing in itself. I'd definitely recommend this tour.

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

The tour was good. I enjoyed.
I like that during the bus the guide was talking about some interesting things about Japan.
During the Cruise in Lake Ashi, you only can see Mt. Fuji almost when you have to leave de ship. I think this is not a good lake, a better one its the lake next to the Ashi Lake.
The lunch was very tasty but too small. I could eat more.
They have no pick up and drop off service from Asakusa area.
The tour was OK.

Every thing was out standing. Six of us. Guide was also v good. Even whether was in our favour.

What I love the most about the trip is our tour guide. Kana did an awesome of explaining and lifting the spirit of everyone on the tour.

We got lucky; the weather was nice! We were able to see and admire the majestically beautiful Mt. Fuji. Our very energetic tour guide, Blair, has provided the entertainment we needed while on the bus. Hence, our trip has become more fun and memorable. We are sure to revisit!!

It is highly recommended this tour of Fuji.

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.

Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.

Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway 
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.

Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient. 
I really enjoy the trip in Mt.Fuji 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Tour and I will recommend to my friends to join this tour.

Outstanding tour of Mount Fuji and overall great experience. Mr. Koizumi did a fantastic job as our guide and I would definitely recommend him for anyone taking this tour. His knowledge and overall attitude made the trip something I know my family and I will not soon forget. Thanks to everyone that made the tour what it was.

I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.
I gave 5 stars for veltra and thank you for given us a memorable and wonderful journey in Mount Fuji.

Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

In spite of very inclement weather conditions, we enjoyed the tour and appreciated the effort of our guide, Asako, to keep the tour on track.

Highly recommend this particular tour of Fuji. Tour description is very accurate, every activity was completed in time. Tour started at 5th station, ok time was allowed there. Then lunch was in Fiji-Q park, lunch place was nice, French restaurant with full course menu. Then plenty of time was given for the scenic rope-way with best views of Fuji and a boat at Kawaguchiko lake. All tickets and lunch included in tour price; they even gave a voucher for an ice cream or small souvenir at lake Kawaguchiko. Would absolutely do it again.
