There are tours to see airplane hangars offered by other companies, but only ANA allows you to visit their training facilities. It was very interesting.

飛行機の格納庫を見学するツアーは他社にもありますが、訓練施設を見学できるのは、ANAだけ。大変興味深かったです。

I am the head of the university's student support department, and this time I had the opportunity to participate in a general tour, which allowed me to bridge the information gap with the students involved in the campus project.

Since my time in the career center 20 years ago, All Nippon Airways has been a popular company, and I have greatly benefited from them, including their group company, ANA Trading, so it was particularly moving for me.

I was impressed by All Nippon Airways' unique initiative, the "Meister System," which I heard contributes to retaining mechanics amid competition.

I understand that the tour of the facility was handled by the public relations department, and I appreciated the departure presentation and the pleasant attitude and demeanor that maintained an appropriate distance without being intrusive.

Overall, through understanding All Nippon Airways' unique efforts toward safety and security and interacting with employees who embody the company's underlying philosophy, my trust in All Nippon Airways has increased.

大学学生支援部署の責任者なのですが、今回一般ツアー（見学）の機会を得て、学内企画で参加している学生たちとの情報格差を解消することができました。
私が就職課にいた20年前から、全日本空輸は人気企業で、グループ会社の全日空商事を含めて、大変お世話になっていますので、改めて感慨深いものがありました。
全日本空輸ならではの取り組み「マイスター制度」は、奪い合いと漏れ聞いている整備士の自社定着にも寄与するものと感銘を受けました。
当該施設のツアーは広報部門の担当と伺いましたが、出発🛫の演出や、一定の（適当かつ嫌みのない）距離感ある接遇態度・姿勢にも好感が持てました。
総じて、全日本空輸ならではの（安全・安心への）取り組みの理解と、その根底にある企業理念を体現する社員との触れ合いを通じて、全日本空輸への信頼感が高まりました。

I arrived on an evening flight and stayed at a hotel near the remote island terminal, checking in after dinner. The first day was meaningful. Although it was cloudy and I couldn't see the starry sky, I had more time for exploration and encountered a coconut crab. During the journey, the guide explained about the animals of Ishigaki Island, which was helpful for my knowledge of the animals I might encounter while driving a rental car during my trip.

夕方の便で到着し離島ターミナルに近くのホテルでしたがチェックインして夕飯後の参加。初日が有意義でした。曇りで星空は見ませんでしたが、その分、散策の時間が増えてヤシガニ遭遇。
道中、ガイドさんが石垣島の動物など説明聞いたので旅行中レンタカーで出会う動物知識に役立ちました。

I had a fulfilling day on a tour visiting points that are difficult to reach without a car! The initial meeting point was a bit tricky (especially since they didn't come to call us to the specified location), and the headcount was a bit off... There were some thrills with the unclear notifications about time changes, but I think the bus guide did a great job. Still, I felt like this might be typical of Okinawa.

It was also nice that they recommended some good food at various points!

車なしではいけないポイントを巡るツアーで充実した1日を過ごせました！
最初の集合場所がちょっと難しかったり（特に指定場所まで呼びにきてくれるわけではなかった）、人数カウントも甘かったり…時間変更の案内がわかりづらかったりスリルがありましたが、バスガイドさんもかなり頑張ってらしたと思います。とはいえ、これが沖縄っぽいのかなって感じです。

おすすめの食べものとかも要所要所で教えてもらえたのよかったです！

▪︎Mangrove Tour
Since I had experienced mangrove kayaking the day before, I thought the mangrove tour would be redundant. However, the captain's detailed explanations were wonderful! I was able to gain new knowledge, and it was enjoyable.
▪︎Bus Tour
The female driver on the bus tour was also fantastic. While driving, she provided bright and entertaining explanations, keeping us engaged the whole time. We arrived at the next destination in no time. Unfortunately, we didn't see any animals like wild boars. On the way back, there wasn't much talking, but I was impressed by her gentle announcements to comfort a child who was fussing. The child stopped crying, didn't they? (^ -^)
▪︎Yufu Island
I was able to see the elusive flower, Sagarihana! In the area marked "Sagarihana" on the map, it wasn't blooming yet, but a female staff member told me, "You might see it in the butterfly garden!" Perhaps because it was in a greenhouse? Despite being early in mid-June, I was able to see beautiful flowers. Although they had already fallen by noon, I was moved by their beauty. I was also happy to hear that the water buffaloes live peacefully after retirement. I hope they don't overload the water buffalo carts and minimize their burden... Or are they okay with carrying that many people? It would be nice to have an explanation to ease the worries of those like me who might be concerned.
▪︎Lunch Box
It was more delicious than I expected! The fried items were crispy, and the miso soup was warm. I was satisfied with the portion size, but I thought it would be nice if those with smaller appetites could notify in advance about the amount of rice.
▪︎Taketomi Island
Complete free time. First, I boarded a glass-bottom boat. I was able to board without a reservation. The underwater scenery was quite different from Kabira Bay, and I enjoyed that difference. I heard there is an underwater volcano that produces hot springs! I was able to see something rare. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see any sea turtles.
Next, I rented a bicycle, but the ground was gravel, which was very scary. I didn't have the luxury to look at the map while pedaling, so I couldn't complete a full loop. I didn't find any particularly nice spots and couldn't enjoy it. Also, when I took a slightly narrower path, there were water buffaloes blocking the road. They didn't seem to be tied up, and while they were cute and relaxed, I started to worry about whether it was okay. I had heard on Yufu Island that water buffaloes dislike being touched and can injure people with their horns, so I was concerned that tourists might unknowingly touch them.

▪︎マングローブ遊覧
前日にマングローブカヤックを体験していたため、マングローブ遊覧は被るなぁと思っていました。が、船長さんの説明が詳しくて素晴らしかったです！また新しい知識を得ることができ、楽しかった。
▪︎バスツアー
バスツアーの女性運転手さんも素晴らしかった。運転しながら、明るく楽しい説明とお話で、少しも飽きさせず。あっという間に次の目的地へ着きました。残念ながら、イノシシなどの動物は見られなかった。帰路は特にお話はなかったが、お子様がぐずったタイミングで優しくフォローするようなアナウンスをされていたことが印象的だった。お子様、泣き止んでいましたね(^-^)
▪︎由布島
幻のお花、サガリバナを見ることができた！マップに書いてある「サガリバナ」エリアではまだ咲いていませんでしたが、スタッフの女性が、「蝶々園なら見られるかも！」と教えて下さった。温室だからか？６月中旬と早い時期にも関わらず、しっかりお花がみられました。すでにお昼頃なので、下に落ちていたものの、美しくて感激した。水牛達は、引退後は穏やかに余生を過ごすと聞けたこともうれしかった。願わくば、水牛車は満員にせず、なるべく負担をかけないであげてください…。もしくは、あれだけたくさんの人を乗せても平気なのか？私のように心配してしまう人もいるので、不要な心配しなくていいよう、ご説明いただけるとうれしい。
▪︎お弁当
期待以上に美味しかった！揚げ物はサクサク、お味噌汁も温かく。ボリュームがあって満足ですが、ご飯の量は少食の方は事前に申告できたらいいなぁと思った。
▪︎竹富島
完全なフリータイム。まずはグラスボートに乗船。予約なしで乗れた。海底の様子が川平湾とだいぶ違っており、その違いを楽しめた。温泉が出る海底火山があるとか！珍しいものを見れた。ウミガメには残念ながら会えず。
次にレンタサイクルを借りたものの、地面が砂利道でとても怖い。自転車を漕ぎながらマップを見る余裕もなく、一周はできなかった。特に良い場所は見つからず、楽しめなかった。また、少し細い道を通ると、水牛が道を塞ぐようにいた。特にロープで繋がれている感じもなく、伸び伸びしていて可愛らしいけど、大丈夫なのか心配になった。水牛は触られるのが苦手で、角でついて人に怪我をさせることがあると由布島で聞いていたため、観光客など、知らずに触ってしまうのではないかと。

It was a group bus tour, reminiscent of my school trip, and I had a great time visiting various places in just half a day. Although the time spent at each sightseeing spot wasn't very long, I think it was actually better that way since too much time would have led to excessive shopping. The bus guide was friendly and spoke well, making the experience enjoyable! I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

修学旅行以来の団体でのバスツアーでしたが、半日でいろんな場所を観光し、効率よく回れて楽しかったです。各観光地の滞在時間はそれほど多くはありませんでしたが、あまり時間があると買い物し過ぎてしまうので、かえって良かったかなと思います。バスガイドさんも親しみやすく、お話もお上手で、楽しく過ごせました！
また、機会があれば利用したいです。

I was picked up at the hotel lobby, and that day we had the Kinsakuhara Walk in the morning and a mangrove tour in the afternoon. Between the morning and afternoon activities, we returned to the city of Naze for lunch, where I had a solo meal at the recommended chicken restaurant "Torishin."

Since it was a one-on-one tour with just one guest and one guide, I was able to proceed at my own pace, and I could ask questions without hesitation if I didn't understand something, making it a more enjoyable experience than I expected.

It was my first time riding a canoe, but after a brief lecture, I managed to steer it. I was also able to do some self-photography while on the canoe by attaching my phone to a selfie stick without any issues.

ホテルのロビーまで迎えに来ていただき、この日は午前に金作原ウォーク、午後にマングローブツアーでした。午前と午後の間に昼食のため、一度名瀬の市街地に戻り、紹介していただいた鳥料理の店「鳥しん」で、一人昼食をとりました。
　お客１人、ガイド１人のマンツーマンなので、自分のペースでツアーを進めてもらえるのと、わからないことがあれば気がねなく質問できるので、思った以上に楽しいツアーでした。
　カヌーに乗るのは初めてでしたが、簡単なレクチャーをしてもらって何とか操縦することが出来ました。自撮り棒に携帯電話を装着して、カヌーに乗りながらセルフ撮影も問題なく出来ました。

As a measure against the heat, we were given Cool Pads, which I applied to my head and neck. A female announcer provided detailed explanations. I was surprised by the number of temples in Osaka. I'm considering a temple tour for next time.

Canoeing across the Miyara River surrounded by magnificent mangroves was amazing! It was an activity that allowed me to feel the grandeur of nature. The snorkeling in the afternoon was also fantastic, with dives into the Blue Cave, swimming among clear coral reefs, and lots of fish. I wanted to see a sea turtle, but I'll save that for another time!

壮大なマングローブに囲まれた宮良川をカヌーで渡るのは最高でした！
自然の雄大さを感じることができるアクティビティでした。
午後からのシュノーケリングも青の洞窟へのダイブや、透き通った珊瑚礁、たくさんの魚と一緒に泳ぐのが最高でした。
ウミガメに会いたかったですが、またの楽しみにとっておきます！

It was a more authentic jungle experience than I imagined, and even adults could truly enjoy it! We discovered three coconut crabs, the stars were beautiful, and we even got to see shooting stars, making for a precious night experience! We had a great time until we were completely satisfied!

想像よりも本格的なジャングルで大人もしっかり楽しめました！
ヤシガニ3匹発見し、星は綺麗で、流れ星まで見ることができて、貴重な夜の体験ができました！
満足いくまで楽しめました！

The meeting point was a bit hard to find, but you can efficiently tour various places in just one day. I've participated in other bus tours, but I was surprised by the quality of the lunch, which was better than other tours. When I participated, about 70% of the group were from Chinese-speaking regions, and there was also an interpreter who joined us separately from the guide.

集合場所がわかりづらかったですが、1日で色々と回れるので効率よく観光できます。他のバスツアーにも参加してますが、ランチの質かわほかツアーより良くてびっくりしました。私が参加した時は、7割程度中華圏の方でガイドさんとは別に通訳の片道も同乗されてました。

I was rocked by the water buffalo cart to Yufushima. At that time, it just happened to be high tide, and the water buffalo was submerged up to its face, with the cart also flooded! I hadn't considered such a thing, so it was quite a shock, but it became a wonderful memory.

水牛車に揺られて由布島へ。その日のその時はたまたま満潮で、水牛さんは顔まで水に浸かり、車も床上浸水でした！　そんなことまで考えていなかったのでかなりの衝撃、そして良い思い出となりました。

Wherever I went, it was too early to enjoy the flowers. I guess it won't be good until July. If that's the case, I should have gone on a tour where I could eat sea urchin.

どこにいっても、花を鑑賞するには、早過ぎました。7月にならないとだめですね。
そんなことなら、ウニを食べられるツアーにすれば良かったです。

The driving was rough, and the attitude was unfriendly. Even when I said "please" and greeted them, there was silence... I at least wanted them to greet me back. Their outfit looked like casual wear, and since they smoked a cigarette during the break and got back in the vehicle right away, the smell of smoke filled the car. The guide, although not completely fluent in Japanese, did their best to explain, which was nice. The time spent at Asahiyama Zoo was too short, so I think it might be okay to skip the Seven Stars tree.

運転が荒くて、愛想が悪かったです。
お願いしますと挨拶しても、無言…
せめて挨拶くらいはして欲しかった。
服装も普段着みたいな格好で、休憩の際タバコを喫煙されてすぐに乗車されるため、タバコの匂いも充満しました。
ガイドのお兄さんは日本語がまだ完全ではないながらも、一生懸命説明してくださり
よかったです。
旭山動物園の滞在時間が短過ぎてたので、セブンスターの木は、特に省いても良いかなーと思います。

The zoo was nice, but I thought the slopes throughout the park might be tough for the elderly. I think it would be even better if they could allow for a more relaxed schedule. I believe it will be quite sweaty once June arrives. I opted for a plan without lunch, but I had to wait quite a while after buying the meal ticket, so I was cutting it close for lunchtime.

動物園は良かったのですが、園内は坂道ばかりで年寄りにはきついかなと思います。
もう少しゆったり回れる時間配分にしてもらうと更にいいと思います。
６月に入ったら汗だくになると思います。
昼食無しプランにしたのですが、食券を買ってかなり待たされたので昼食時間ギリギリでした。

It was a very fulfilling tour visiting all the sightseeing spots in the southern region! Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, and the staff who attended to us were very accommodating in taking photos at the best positions. I am very grateful to them. On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which made me feel like I was traveling abroad. The only disappointing part was that during the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu, I was told to definitely try the delicious soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, we arrived after the shop had closed that day, so I couldn't have any. I would like to recommend this tour to my friends.

道南の観光地を全て巡るとても充実した観光でした!幸いお天気にも恵まれ、ベストポジションでの写真撮影も個別に対応して頂き、アテンドして頂いたスタッフの方にとても感謝です。バス内では、日本語、英語、中国語の３カ国語で説明をされていたので、海外旅行をしている気分も味わえました。一つだけ残念だったのは、支笏湖の観光では美味しいソフトクリームを是非食べて見てと言われ期待していたのですが、残念ながらこの日はお店が閉まった後に到着したので、食べられませんでした。
友人達にもこのツアーはリコメンドしたいと思います。

It was great to see polar bears and seals up close, as well as Giraffe-san. I recommend the soft serve ice cream from the vendor outside the main gate. I was very satisfied to see the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls.

It was my first time sightseeing in Osaka. I was worried because of the rain forecast, but the guide's thorough explanations made everything easy to understand. In the middle of the tour, the rain stopped, and we quickly switched to an open bus. It was so refreshing, and the views were enhanced, leaving me very satisfied. Thank you!

雨予報で心配でしたが、ガイドさん丁寧な説明で分かりやすかったです。
途中…雨が上がりオープンバスへ早替わり。開放的で、見える景色もパワーアップして大満足でした。

I was taken to many sightseeing spots in just a short three hours, and I received a lot of explanations! I'm also grateful for the assistance with my forgotten items in the car!

3時間という短い時間で沢山の観光地に連れて行っていただき、説明も沢山していただきました！車内の忘れ物にも対応いただき感謝です！

I booked a bus tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the main tourist spots during my first trip to Okinawa. Since there was no driving involved, it was safe and comfortable. The bus guide regularly provided explanations from inside the bus, and they had a great sense of humor, which made it very enjoyable! I was able to think about what kind of plan would be good for my next visit to experience the atmosphere of Okinawa.

There were many places to visit, so I got a little tired, but they were very considerate (I could sleep on the bus, and I think being tired just means I had a lot of fun).

沖縄旅行に初めて今回行く中で効率良く主要な観光地を見て回りたいと思い、バスツアーを予約しました。運転ももちろんないので安心で快適です。観光地以外でもバスガイドの方が定期的にバスの中から説明があったりして、ユーモアある方だったのでとても楽しめました！沖縄の雰囲気とか次観光するならこんなプランがいいかなと考えることができました！
回る場所が多くて少し疲れちゃいましたが、気を遣っていただきました笑（バスの中では寝れますし、疲れるほど楽しめたということでもあると思っています。）

This was my first time using the service. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my visit, and the roof was not opened. However, thanks to my reservation, I was able to explore the city of Osaka and see various places. The guide's explanations were full of information, and on the last day, I bought the recommended grilled squid at the department store basement and enjoyed it on the Shinkansen on my way back. It was very delicious. I would like to use this service in other cities as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。
当日は雨で残念なことに屋根は解放されませんでした。
しかし、予約していたおかげで大阪の街を周遊できいろんな所を見ることができました。
ガイドさんの説明も情報満載で、最後の日はオススメのイカ焼き？をデパ地下で購入し帰りの新幹線の中で食しました。
とっても美味しかったです。また他の街でも利用したいと思いました。

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. Among the 18 participants, only my husband and I, along with another couple, were Japanese. The foreign participants were also very respectful of manners, making it a very comfortable experience. I was grateful for the attentiveness of both the guide and the driver.

In the hotel lobby where we gathered, there were several other tour guides from the same company, making it difficult to find our tour guide. I had to ask about three people to locate them.

初めての北海道旅行でしたのでこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
参加者が18名の内日本人は私達夫婦ともう一組のご夫婦だけでした。外国の方もマナーを守っておられてとても快適に参加できまし。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも色々と気を配っていてありがたかったです。

集合場所のホテルロビーで同じ会社の別のツアーガイドさんが何人がいたので参加ツアーのガイドさんを見つけるのが大変で3人ほど声をかけました。

I was able to interact with various creatures, nature, and plants. I still have so much more I want to learn, so I hope to participate again if I get the chance. It feels like a wildcat!

いろんな生き物や自然、植物に触れられました。まだまだもっと知りたいことができてきてるのでまた機会があれば参加したいなと思ってます。ヤマネコみたいです！

Snorkeling in the largest mangrove forest in the country was absolutely amazing. The guide provided detailed explanations, which were very interesting.

Bara Island is a miraculous island, and I was moved when I landed there. The surrounding swimming points were filled with beautiful fish and coral.

国内最大規模のマングローブ林でのシュノーケルはとても最高だった。ガイドが細かく説明してくれてとても興味深かった。

バラス島は奇跡の島で上陸した時は感動した。周りの泳いだポイントも魚と珊瑚がすごくて綺麗だった。

There were many creatures to observe, including coconut crabs, crabs, hermit crabs, and insects. Also, the beach was beautiful, and the stars were stunning! The guide's knowledge was excellent.

生き物も沢山居てヤシガニやカニ、ヤドカリ、虫など沢山観察できた。
あとはビーチに行って星も綺麗だった！
ガイドの知識が素晴らしい。

I was able to see a very beautiful starry sky and many coconut crabs and other creatures. I was also happy that they gave me the photos they took for free.

とても綺麗な星空も見ることができ、たくさんのヤシガニや生物たちを見れました。撮っていただいたお写真も無料でプレゼントしてくれるので嬉しかったです。

I was guided by the knowledgeable Mr. Maruyama. Considering the congestion in Nara, he took me to Kasuga-taisha and Todai-ji in the less crowded morning hours. He also made a detour to Nigatsu-do and Sangatsu-do, which were not included in the course.

It was very comfortable as he simply took a taxi to Horyu-ji, which is difficult to access by public transportation. Since there wasn't enough time for lunch, we stopped by a convenience store along the way, allowing me to eat in the taxi during the transfer, saving time. He efficiently guided me through the shrines and temples included in the course. The stories he shared were also interesting. He talked about Nara's long history, some of the seven wonders of Horyu-ji, the Horyu-ji Museum, the Buddha statues housed in various temples, the Four Heavenly Kings statues, and the history of each temple and Buddhism, among other topics that I couldn't have researched on my own. I felt the charm of Horyu-ji once again and thought that next time, I would like to request just Horyu-ji.

Thank you, Mr. Maruyama, for a fun time that will become a cherished memory.

知識豊富な丸山さんにガイド頂きました。奈良の混雑事情を考慮して、空いてる午前中に春日大社、東大寺を案内いただきました。コースには含まれない二月堂、三月堂にも寄り道くださりました。
公共の交通機関だと行きづらい法隆寺もタクシーに乗ってるだけで連れて行っていただき、快適そのものです。お昼を食べる時間がなかったので途中でコンビニに寄ってもらい、移動中にタクシー内で食べて時間節約にもなりました。コースに含まれる神社、仏閣を効率よくまわってくださりました。お話も面白かったです。奈良の長い歴史の話、法隆寺の七不思議の一部、法隆寺博物館や各お寺に納められている仏像、四天王像など彫刻のお話、各お寺の歴史、仏教のお話などなど、自分では調べきれない内容でした。改めて法隆寺の魅力を感じ、次は法隆寺だけでお願いしたいと思いました。
丸山さん、思い出になる楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

I was surprised that the driver was from Russia, but I was glad that he was very polite. The conversation was smooth, and he took me to my desired location. I would like to use this service again.

ロシアの方がドライバーさんだったのでビックリしましたが、丁寧に対応してくださってよかったです。会話もスムーズで、希望の場所に連れて行ってくれました。また利用したいです。

I was introduced to places I usually wouldn't be able to visit, like Uruma Pottery. The driver was very polite, which was great.

うるま陶器など、普段行けそうにないところを紹介してもらいました。丁寧なドライバーさんで良かったです。

My first solo trip to Okinawa. I considered renting a car, but I wanted to enjoy the scenery from the window, so I joined this tour. About half of the participants were from overseas.

At the main Churaumi Art Museum, there was plenty of time for viewing, dining, and shopping, which was different from the hectic image I had of bus tours. Since I'm not particularly interested in shopping, I wouldn't have stopped at American Village if I had rented a car, but I had a relaxing time watching the sunset over the ocean in Chatan. The optional live performance at the folk song tavern was also a fun experience.

初めての沖縄一人旅　レンタカーの利用も考えましたがゆっくり車窓も楽しみたいと考えてこのツアーに参加しました。参加者の半分くらいは海外からいらした方でした。
　メインの美ら海美術館でも鑑賞と食事や買い物に十分な時間が取られており　バスツアーは慌ただしいというイメージとは違います。　ショッピングにはそれほど興味が無いのでレンタカーならまず立ち寄らなかったであろうアメリカ村では北谷の海に沈む夕陽をゆったり眺める時間もあったし　オプションの民謡酒場のライブも全て楽しい体験でした。
