I went to Mangrove SUP and the Lucky Falls, and I went snorkeling! The guide was very talkative and shared a lot of information about Iriomote Island, which made it really enjoyable. The waves were a bit high during snorkeling, but I got to see beautiful corals and sea turtles that can only be found here, creating wonderful memories.

ガイドさんもお話上手で、西表島のいろんな情報も教えてもらってとても楽しかったです♪
シュノーケリングは波は少し高かったですが、ここでしか見れない綺麗な珊瑚やウミガメに会えて楽しい思い出ができました(o^^o)

I came to Ishigaki Island dreaming of a starry sky, but unfortunately, due to the mischief of the trade winds, my dream did not come true.

However, thanks to the thoughtful arrangements by the staff, I got to see the stars on the ground (the night view). ✨✨

By chance, a coconut crab appeared, and I took pictures with the beautiful pink sagaribana, being careful not to step on the hermit crabs scurrying about... I enjoyed the nighttime adventure on the island.

What impressed me the most was that after the tour, the staff thoroughly assisted me with planning the next day's tour, allowing me to have a wonderful experience! ❗

満点の星空を夢見て石垣島に来たものの、
パイカジ（南風)のいたずらで残念ながら、夢叶わず

でもstaffさんの粋な計らいで、
地上の星(夜景)を見ました。✨✨

運良く、ヤシガニもあらわれ、美しいピンクのサガリバナと共に写真を撮り、せっせと歩くヤドカリたちを踏み潰さないように…と、夜の島のアドベンチャーを楽しみました。

何よりも私が感激したのは、
ツアー後、翌日のツアーの相談にstaffさんがトコトン付き合ってくれて、素晴らしいツアーを体験することができたこと❗

It was a tour during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the seating arrangement and alcohol disinfection measures were well considered, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind. We had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, which was great. However, the last stop, Pineapple Park, was not what I expected. Is it a place to enjoy a botanical garden? There were several souvenir shops, and I was worried about not finding the exit and being late for the meeting time. I was hoping to eat delicious, freshly picked pineapples at Pineapple Park, but I was disappointed by the unclear layout. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, the guide's stories were interesting, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day with safe driving.

コロナ禍でのツアーでしたが、座席配列やアルコール消毒に配慮されていて、安心して楽しめました。美ら海水族館もたっぷり時間があり、よかったです。ただ、最後のパイナップルパークが、思っていたものではありませんでした。植物園を楽しむ場所でしょうか？お土産もの屋さんが何軒もあり、出口が分からず、集合時間に遅れるかと、不安になってしまいました。パイナップルパークでは、美味しい獲れたてのパイナップルが食べれるかと期待していたのですが、よく分からない作りにガッカリしました。あとは、どこも楽しく、ガイドさんのお話しも面白く、安全運転で、充実した1日になりました。

It was supposed to rain, but it cleared up in the second half, making for a wonderful tour! They also took infection prevention seriously, with mandatory hand sanitizer and mask-wearing, which was reassuring.

雨予報でしたが後半なんとか晴れてとっても素敵なツアーでした！
感染予防もきっちりしていてアルコール消毒とマスク着用は必須で安心です。

I was informed the day before that due to tide conditions, we wouldn't be able to see Baras Island floating on the sea, and that we couldn't explore the limestone caves, which made me feel disappointed. However, instead, we were able to stand in the water and snorkel around Baras Island, and we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which turned out to be a fortunate experience.

The person in charge shared various stories during the transfer, and their good nature really shone through. They also took many photos for us. The boat we traveled on was clean and comfortable as well.

I would like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

前日に潮位の関係で海の上に浮かぶバラス島を見れないこと、鍾乳洞探検ができないことの連絡があり、残念な気持ちで参加しましたが、代わりにバラス島では水の中で立ったり周辺でシュノーケルをさせていただき、運良くウミガメにも会えて、逆にラッキーでした。

担当の方が移動中色んなことを話してくださって人柄の良さが伝わりました(^^) 写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。移動のボートも綺麗で乗り心地も良かったです。

機会があればまた参加したいと思います。

This was my fifth time visiting Ishigaki Island, with a total stay of about 60 days. This time, I joined a tour with seven friends (four men and three women).

Until now, I preferred to travel on my own, avoiding package tours, but I really regret that decision. The professionals truly make a difference. I believe this tour is essential for anyone traveling to Ishigaki!

What I liked about pipi:
1. The personality of the guides was outstanding. The SUP guide was Kurita, and the snorkeling guide was Saito. Both were handsome, refreshing, and had great personalities, making the tour enjoyable and fun. They were also very knowledgeable, and it was great to listen to them.

2. They take photos for you. They are very accommodating and take pictures while also directing you to photogenic spots. If you request to take a group photo at a specific location, they respond flexibly.

3. They provide support beyond the tour. They shared recommendations for spots and shops after the tour, which showed their thoughtfulness.

What I liked about the SUP/snorkeling tour:
- Many participants were not good swimmers or had no experience with SUP, but everyone had a great time.
- Iriomote Island had beautiful coral, making it a magical experience. If you bring a GoPro for snorkeling, you'll enjoy it even more.

石垣島は5回目、総滞在60日くらい。
今回は、友達7名(男性4人/女性3人)でのツアー。

今まで、自分で切り開く旅が好きだったので、
パッケージツアーを避けてきたのですが、とても後悔しました。
本当に、やっぱりプロは違うなと。
石垣の旅にこのツアーは必須だと思います！

pipiのよかったところ
1. ガイドさんの人柄が最高でした。
　SUPはくりちゃん(クリタさん)。シュノーケリングはサイトウさん。
　2人ともイケメンで、爽やかで、人柄がよく、
　気持ちよく、楽しくツアーを楽しめました。
　知識も豊富で、話を聞くのがよかったです。

2. 写真を撮ってくれる
　かなり融通を効かせながら、写真を撮ってくれます。
　ただ撮ってくれるだけではなく、
　映えスポットを見つけてはディレクションしてくれますし、
　「集合写真をこのポイントで撮りたい」と要望すると、
　柔軟に答えてくれます。

3. ツアー以外のところもフォローしてくれる
　おすすめのスポットやお店など、
　ツアー後にシェアしてくれる心配りもありました

SUP/シュノーケリングツアーのよかったところ
・泳げない/SUP未経験の人が多かったのですが、
　みんな楽しめました。
・西表島は、サンゴがとても綺麗だったので、
　幻想的でした。
　シュノーケリングは、GoProを持って行く方が楽しめます。

I wanted to go to the Churaumi Aquarium, and since I thought driving a rental car would be tiring, I decided to join a tour.

We were picked up in front of the prefectural office, and there were four participants on the trip. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy, and I was satisfied that we could visit the places we wanted to go.

The bridge to Kouri Island must have been really beautiful if the weather had been nice. Maybe I'll try again for a revenge trip!

美ら海水族館に行きたくて、レンタカーだと気疲れしそうだったので、ツアーに参加する事にしました。

県庁前ピックアップ、参加者4人の旅でした。
天気が心配だったけど、なんとか曇り空で、
行きたいところいけて、満足しました。

古宇利島の橋は、天気が良ければむっちゃ綺麗だったんだろうな。
またリベンジするか！

The mangrove exploration by canoe and trekking was very enjoyable and fulfilling. The great nature was beautiful, and it was an incredibly mystical experience! Although I couldn't go to Balas Island this time, I was very satisfied to meet many fish, including sea turtles and clownfish, while snorkeling instead. The guide was very kind and it was a lot of fun! Thank you very much. I would love to rely on your services again when I come back here.

The weather was perfect with clear skies all day! However, it seemed that it was a day when Barasu Island didn't make an appearance, so we couldn't land... (._.) It was disappointing, but I appreciated the advance notice we received the day before. There is definitely a difference in feeling between being informed on the day and the day before.

I was told by the tour guide on Ishigaki Island the day before, "Iriomote Island has a large protected area, so you can't really enter without a guide!" so it was a good decision to book this tour in advance☆

The day's itinerary included exploring a limestone cave followed by mangrove SUP. Honestly, the limestone cave was as expected (^^; My husband had been to Akiyoshido in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and I had been to Gama in Okinawa, so the impact of that experience was stronger. It might be good for those who are visiting a limestone cave for the first time.

Inside the limestone cave, I was surprised by how much water we had to wade through (it might vary by day, but on this day it was about waist-deep) (ﾟдﾟ)! Also, the water in the cave is not colorless and transparent, so those who are particular about cleanliness might feel uneasy. I recommend wearing a rash guard instead of a T-shirt since you might get a bit dirty.

It was my first time doing mangrove SUP, but after the briefing, I was able to stand up and paddle right away, and it was incredibly fun! We passed through some relatively rugged areas, so I ended up kneeling or sitting partway through. It was easier than standing the whole time＾＾ I was super excited when a ray swam by right after we started ☺☆彡

Our guide, Kurizawa, answered questions about the plants and insects we encountered during the tour, as well as about Iriomote Island. He took many photos with a waterproof camera and sent them to us via LINE the same day, and I was happy to see how beautifully they turned out☆ Thank you for the recommended gourmet information about Ishigaki Island!

As others have mentioned, if you're doing a day trip, you might have to wait quite a while after the tour depending on the boat schedule. We also waited about an hour and a half while having lunch. Additionally, since this tour includes transportation to Uehara Port, it might be a bit difficult for those who want to visit Yufu Island as a day trip due to time and location constraints. It seems it takes about an hour by car from Uehara Port to Ohara Port, which is convenient for sightseeing in Yufu Island.

I deducted one star since we couldn't go to Barasu Island, but overall it was a satisfying tour. It seems that the tour fee for not being able to go to Barasu Island will be refunded later◎

天気に恵まれて1日中快晴！でしたが、タイミング悪くバラス島が現れない日だったようで上陸できず...(._.)残念でしたが、前日に予めご連絡をいただけたのはありがたかったです。やはり当日伝えられるのと前日伝えられるのとでは気持ち的にも違いますね。

「西表島は保護されている区域が広いからガイドがいないとなかなか入れないよ～！」と前日石垣島のツアーガイドの方に伺い、今回申し込んでおいて正解でした☆

当日の流れは、鍾乳洞探検→マングローブSUP。正直、鍾乳洞は期待通りだったかなぁ(^^;夫は山口県の秋芳洞、私は沖縄本島のガマ（西表島の鍾乳洞と沖縄本島のガマを比べてはいけませんが…。）へ入ったことがあったので、そのときの衝撃の方が強かったようです。鍾乳洞自体初めてという方には良いのでは。

鍾乳洞内では想像以上に水に浸かりびっくり（日によって違うのかもしれませんがこの日は腰くらい）(ﾟдﾟ)！また、鍾乳洞の水は無色透明ではないので潔癖な人は抵抗があるかもしれません。多少汚れるのでTシャツよりラッシュガード着用をおすすめします。

マングローブSUPは初めてでしたが、レクチャー後すぐに立って漕ぐことができてめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです！わりと険しいところを通るので途中からは膝立ちor着座の姿勢。ずっと立っているより楽でした＾＾スタート直後にエイがスイーっと泳いでいったのには大興奮☺☆彡

ガイドの栗澤さんはツアー中に遭遇する植物や昆虫についてはもちろん、西表島のこと、参加者の質問に丁寧に答えてくださいました。防水カメラでたくさん撮影してくれ、その日のうちにLINEでいただきましたがキレイに撮れていて嬉しかったです☆石垣島のおすすめグルメ情報もありがとうございました！

他の方が書かれていた通り、日帰りの場合は船の時間によっては終了後かなり待ちます。私たちもお昼ご飯を食べつつ1時間半くらい待ちました。また、こちらのツアーは上原港までの送迎のため、ツアーついでに日帰りで由布島へ行きたい方は時間と場所的に少し難しいかもしれません。※上原港から由布島観光に便利な大原港までは車で1時間程かかるようです。

バラス島へ行けなかったので★をひとつ減らしましたが、全体的には満足のいくツアーでした。※バラス島へ行けなかった分のツアー代は後日返金いただけるようです◎

I participated in this tour to effectively show my foreign friends' family the famous spots in Kyoto, as they had a tight schedule. The weather was a bit bad, but we were able to leisurely visit popular places by bus, and they enjoyed it. The guide and the staff were very kind, and my friends were pleased as well. 余り日程に余裕のない外国人友達家族の為に、京都の有名どころを有効観光できるので参加しました。　少し天気が悪かったですが、人気の所をバスでゆっくり回れたので楽しんでもらえました。またガイドさんと案内の方はとても親切に接して下さり友達も喜んでおりました。　参加してよかったです。ありがとうございました。

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we decided to return by glass boat and water buffalo. Since it was a 2:30 tour, we didn't have much time, but it was nice to experience the townscape with the water buffalo. However, I feel like once is enough. I think it would be better to enjoy it more leisurely with just adults.

あいにくの天気だったので、グラスボートと水牛で帰る事にしました。
2時半のツアーだったので、時間ももともとなく水牛で街並みを体験できたのでとりあえず良かったかな。
でも、一度行けばいいかなという感じです。大人だけでのんびりという方がいいかなと感じました。

It's something that can't be helped since it's a natural occurrence. The tide was high, so Barasu Island wasn't accessible, and we switched to a different half-day course. That said, exploring the limestone caves and stand-up paddleboarding in the mangrove forest was enjoyable.

自然のことなのでどうにもなりません。潮位が高くバラス島が出てこなかったので、別の半日コースに変わりました。と言いつつも、鍾乳洞探索やマングローブ林のSUPは楽しかったです。

It was a combination of a bus tour and a water buffalo cart tour. The guide shared a lot of information about Taketomi Island. I was the only person, but they kindly offered, "Shall I take your picture?"

バス観光と水牛車観光のセットでした。どちらもガイドさんが沢山竹富島のことを教えてくれました。お一人様は私だけでしたが、「お写真お撮りしましょうか？」など声をかけていただき親切でした。

We had a great time experiencing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) while almost falling into the mangroves with four people (^^). Chad's friendly guidance made it very enjoyable! The snorkeling was the best I've ever seen, with beautiful fish. The coral was also stunning, and I was so happy to see the clownfish! We were able to do so many activities in just one day!

We had our first SUP experience with three women. The guide taught us carefully. It looked difficult, but it was really easy, and everyone quickly got the hang of it, enjoying the mangroves to the fullest!

During snorkeling, we even got to see a sea turtle! However, for those who are prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking anti-nausea medication in advance.

ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくれました。
難しそうに見えたけど、とっても簡単で、みんなすぐに乗りこなし、マングローブを大満喫できました！

シュノーケルでは、ウミガメにも会えました〜！
但し、酔いやすい方は、酔い止め薬を事前に飲むことをおすすめします。

I chose this tour because I wasn't confident in my physical strength. It rained quite a bit, but the guide provided excellent support with pacing and climbing techniques when I got tired, which was really great. I enjoyed learning not only about the Yakusugi but also about the moss and the guides' stories.

The miso soup for lunch was delicious. The next day, I planned to visit Shiratani Unsuikyo on my own, and I received various helpful tips in advance regarding that as well.

I had always wanted to visit Jomon Sugi at least once in my lifetime, and I was truly moved to finally be able to go! I also want to travel to other places in Yakushima.

体力に自信がなかったので、こちらのツアーを選びました。雨もそれなりに降ってしまいましたが、ペース配分や疲れた時の登り方をガイドさんがしっかりサポートして下さり、本当に良かったです。また屋久杉のことは勿論、苔のお話やガイドさん達のエピソードなども楽しかったです。
お昼のお味噌汁も美味しくいただきました。翌日、白谷雲水峡は個人で行く予定だったのですが、そちらに関しても事前に色々アドバイス頂けました。
縄文杉は一生に一回は絶対に行きたいと思っていましたが、本当に行けて感動しました！また屋久島の他の場所も旅行したいと思いました。

I had planned to visit four islands, but due to COVID, I couldn't go to one island and changed my plan to visit three islands instead. Fortunately, the weather was great, and the tour was very fulfilling, making it a wonderful memory. I participated alone, but it was not a problem at all. I would like to use this service again.

４島巡りを予定していましたが、コロナのため、１島行けず、３島巡りに予定変更しました。幸いにも天候に恵まれ、またツアーの中身も中身も充実していて、とても良い思い出となりました。一人で参加でしたが、全く問題ありません。また利用したいと思います。

Originally, it was a tour to land on Baras Island, but I was informed the day before that it couldn't happen due to the tides. It was disappointing, but the tour company's response was good. I changed to a canoeing and canyoning tour, and I was able to fully enjoy nature, with our guide Chad really making it fun. I recommend it for creating enjoyable memories.

もともとバラス島上陸のツアーでしたが、潮の関係でできないと前日に連絡。
残念でしたが、ツアー会社の対応はよかったです。
カヌーとキャニオニングのツアーに変更しましたが、自然を満喫でき、ガイドのチャドさんも盛り上げてくれました。
楽しい思い出作りにはおすすめです。

I participated in a cave and canoe tour! We visited three caves, but the last one was particularly exciting as we had to navigate through a very narrow passage that was almost horizontal! The canoeing was the most fun part of this trip; while paddling in sync with my companions amidst breathtaking scenery, we also ended up crashing into the mangroves, making it a thrilling adventure! I highly recommend it if you come to Iriomote Island!

鍾乳洞とカヌーに参加しました！
鍾乳洞は3箇所回りましたが、特に最後の鍾乳洞はほぼ横ばいになるくらい狭いところを通ってエクサイティングでした！
カヌーは今回の旅行で一番楽しくて、絶景の中同伴者と息を合わせながら漕ぎつつも、マングローブに突っ込んでしまったりと、ハラハラドキドキのツアーでした！！
西表島に来たらオススメです！！

I applied for the experience based on reviews and Instagram. From the images, I thought it was too beautiful to be true. However, when I got there, the stunning scenery was right in front of me. I was able to enjoy the most breathtaking view of my life.

口コミやインスタグラムを参考に体験を申し込みました。画像を見る限り、あまりにも美しすぎるので、これは嘘だと思っていました。しかし、現場に行ってみたら美しすぎる景色がそこには広がっていました。今までの人生の中で一番の絶景が堪能できました。

I saw such a beautiful starry sky for the first time. The photo with the Milky Way turned out really great! After the shoot, they kindly recommended some great places in Miyako Island.

Riding a water buffalo and cycling around the island was amazing! It was a truly island-like experience, different from Ishigaki! You can play forever at the beach!

It was a perfect night for a tour, and I had a great time with a friendly guide exploring Sagari-bana and searching for creatures, as well as stargazing. I learned many interesting facts about Iriomote Island, which made me love it even more. Being able to observe the Neowise comet at the beach was also an unforgettable memory.

絶好のナイトツアー日和の中、
親切なガイドさんとサガリバナや生き物探し、星空鑑賞と盛りだくさんで楽しかったです。

We went as a family of three! The mangrove canoeing, limestone cave trekking, and Barasu Island were all more breathtaking and moving than we imagined. The tour guide was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Our 7-year-old child was excited and enjoyed the adventure! If you go to Iriomote Island, this is definitely a must-do! I also hope to bring my mother next time. Thank you very much!

The guide was really interesting and fun. I encountered many creatures I had never seen before, and I even came across a snake. Above all, the starry sky was so beautiful that it felt like a dream, and I didn't want to go home...

We participated in a two-day trekking tour as a couple aged 68 and 64.

On the first day, we took the Jomon Sugi course. We were overwhelmed by the nature of Yakushima, and with the appropriate advice from our guide, we completed the course without experiencing any muscle pain. I commend myself for deciding to join this trek! Although we exercise every weekend, we realized that a 10-hour trek was a bit too much for us as beginners at our age.

On the second day, we did the Shirakawa Unsuikyo + Taiko Rock full-day course. There was also a half-day course for Shirakawa Unsuikyo, but we made the right choice by selecting this course! We were amazed by Taiko Rock, and while listening to our guide's passionate explanations about nature, we could truly feel the strength of Yakushima's water and plants with our eyes and minds.

I sincerely feel that participating in this tour was a great decision. As a resident of Shinjuku, Tokyo, I joined during the COVID-19 situation! I was conscious of keeping my distance, so it was unfortunate that I couldn't converse much with the guide and the two nice young men.

I hope that once the COVID-19 situation is over, many people with a love for nature will visit Yakushima and experience the greatness of the island and its guides.

初日は縄文杉コース。屋久島の自然に圧倒されての高揚心とガイドさんの適切なアドバイスを受けて、無事に筋肉痛も生じることなくコース終了。今回の参加決心を自画自賛！夫婦ともに毎週末に運動してはいますが、初心者には10時間トレッキングは年齢的に限界だったと実感。
2日目は白水雲水峡＋太鼓岩一日コース。白水雲水峡半日コースも有りましたが、このコースを選んで正解!太鼓岩に圧倒されたし、ガイドさんの自然への愛着を込めた説明を聞きながら、屋久島の水と植物の力強さを、目と頭で感じ取れました。
心からツアー参加して良かったと思います。コロナ騒動の最中に東京新宿区在住者としての参加！出来るだけ一歩離れる事を意識していたので、ガイドさんや二人の好青年と充分に会話できなかったことが残念でした！
コロナ感染が無くなり、屋久島とガイドさんの素晴らしさを知るために、自然への愛着を持った多くの人が訪れることを望みます。

I was able to enjoy a packed itinerary efficiently. My 65-year-old parents also participated, and our guide, Komatsu, was very kind in explaining and supporting us, so there were no issues at all! I made the reservation just after 7 PM the day before, but they handled it smoothly, which was really great!

盛り沢山の内容を効率よく楽しむことができました＾＾今回65歳の父母も参加しましたが、ガイドの小松さんがとても親切に説明&サポートしてくださり全く問題なかったです！前日の19時過ぎに予約しましたが、スムーズに対応していただけて本当に良かったです！
