I was able to see the training facility of ANA, and my grandchild was so excited, saying that they want to come with the whole family next time. I'm really glad we came.

We participated as a couple in our late 60s. We were a bit anxious about whether we could safely reach Jomon Sugi, but thanks to our guide, Iwakawa-san, we successfully made it to Jomon Sugi and returned to the trailhead. The sense of accomplishment when we descended was exceptional.

Iwakawa-san was always attentive to our physical condition and fatigue levels, ensuring we took breaks at the right times and encouraging us with a touch of humor. Because of that, we were able to walk all the way to the end with peace of mind.

I highly recommend this guide for anyone who may have concerns about their physical stamina.

60代後半の夫婦で参加しました。縄文杉まで無事に行けるか不安もありましたが、ガイドの岩川さんのおかげで、無事に縄文杉にたどり着き、登山口まで戻ってこられました。
下山したときの達成感は格別でした。
岩川さんは常に私たちの体調や疲れ具合に気を配り、適切なタイミングで休憩を取ってくださり、時にはユーモアを交えながら励ましてくださいました。そのおかげで安心して最後まで歩ききることができました。
体力に不安のある方にも、ぜひおすすめしたいガイドさんです。

It's just watching a low-quality synthetic screen on the TV in the car. The content isn't interesting either. I feel nauseous from seeing the real streets through the screen. On top of that, it encountered an error and had to restart the system. I felt like I missed out on the parts that were skipped due to the error.

車の中で質の悪い合成画面をテレビで見るだけ。内容も面白くない。現実の街並みを画面を通して見ることで酔う。おまけに途中でエラーになり、システム再起動。エラーで通り過ぎた部分は飛ばされたので、損した気分。

The ferry was really nice. There's a microwave! Instant noodles on board + drinks. I got the dorm bed and that was easy and comfy. The view was really nice.

Personally for me I had really bad sea sickness 😔 the heating was also way too high indoors so that didn't help. Thankfully I was able to lie down in the dorm bed and sleep it off.

This aside pretty easy and spacious ferry. Internet was great except in dorm rooms (upstairs) were a bit spotty

During my recent visit to Fukuoka, I participated as a solo female traveler. As mentioned in other reviews, there were many international participants, and that day there were about 40 people, creating a multicultural atmosphere. Our guide, Ryu, made all the announcements in three languages, which I found truly impressive.

It felt like an overseas trip while being in Japan, which was a strange but delightful experience. The content of the tour was excellent, and I was very satisfied with it.

At the end, we enjoyed a foot bath in Beppu while sipping on Ramune, but it seemed that the international guests struggled with opening the Ramune bottles. It might have been helpful to provide a quick tutorial on the bus beforehand.

先日福岡を訪れた際、女性１人で参加しました。他の方の口コミにもあるように海外の方が多く、その日は40名くらいで多国籍な感じでした。ガイドのリュウさんは全てのアナウンスを３ヶ国語で行い、本当にすごいなぁと感心しきりでした。
日本にいながら海外旅行？みたいな不思議な感じでしたが、ツアーの内容もよく非常に満足できる内容でした。
最後の別府で足湯に入りながらラムネをいただいたのですが、海外の方はラムネの開け方がわからないようで苦戦してました。バスの中とかでレクチャーしておいてあげるとよかったのかもしれませんね。

I visited Kyoto during the busiest time of the year without realizing it, and I used a sightseeing taxi. They selected the appropriate routes, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. The knowledge about temples and shrines was impressive, and the stories shared were very enlightening. If I have the opportunity to go to Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request their services.

一年で1番人が多い時期とは知らず京都に行き観光タクシーを利用させていただきましたが適切なルートをセレクトしていただき快適な滞在を満喫できました。
また寺社仏閣の知識もかなり高く関心するお話しばかりで大変勉強になりました。
また京都に行く事があったら是非ともお願いしたいです

Thank you for your help. I enjoyed my grandson's spring break. However, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten closer to experience the size of the airplane and such.

I had plenty of free time, so I was able to relax while renting a bicycle. The water buffalo cart ride was also a lot of fun!

One point to note!
After getting off the ferry, I found out that there are two boarding areas for the Iriomote Island tour cruise: one for "tour groups" and one for "general users."
Since there was no specific guidance, I asked at the shop, and they directed me to the general boarding area, but I ended up almost missing the tour cruise...
If there had been a little more detailed guidance from the start, I think I would have been able to board without confusion and with peace of mind.

フリー時間がたっぷりあったので、自転車を借りてのんびり過ごせました。水牛車もとても楽しかったです！

注意点が1つ！
フェリーを降りた後、西表島ツアーのクルーズ船乗り場が「ツアー専用」と「一般利用者用」の2つあることがわかりました。
特に案内がなかったため売店で聞いたところ、一般用を教えていただき、結局ツアーのクルーズに乗り遅れそうに…。
最初からもう少し丁寧な案内があれば、迷わず安心して乗れると思います。

It was my first time visiting Eiheiji in a while. The bad weather brought in leaves and small branches, which was quite troublesome. At the Asakura ruins, the rain and wind were strong, so we had to wait on the bus. Since it was a tour, I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't use our time freely.

久しぶりの永平寺でした。荒天で葉っぱや小枝が吹き込んで大変でした。朝倉氏の遺跡は雨風が強くてバスで待機していました。ツアーなので時間が自由に使えなくてやや残念でした。

I requested a sightseeing tour of about three and a half hours. I was accompanied to Osaka Castle, Tsutenkaku, Abeno Harukas from the car window, and Ebisu Bridge in Dotonbori, as well as for souvenir shopping. For lunch, I was blown away by the authentic takoyaki and negiyaki recommended by the driver! I'm glad I added the transfer to Itami Airport. I'm very satisfied! 😊

約３時間半の観光をお願いしました。
大阪城の案内、通天閣、車窓からのアベノハルカス、道頓堀の戎橋、お土産購入などに同行してもらいました。
ランチにはドライバーさんオススメの本場のたこ焼きとネギ焼きに悶絶！
伊丹空港までの送迎も追加して良かったです。大満足です😊

On Ishigaki Island, I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) among the mangroves and snorkeling in the ocean filled with coral reefs. While paddling slowly along the calm river, I was able to feel the nature of the mangroves up close, which was very soothing. At first, it was a bit challenging to maintain my balance, but the staff kindly taught me how to ride and gave me tips, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind.

During snorkeling, the clear waters revealed a vibrant array of fish and beautiful coral reefs, creating a sense of entering another world. The staff were always attentive and very kind, making it easy for a first-timer like me to participate without any anxiety. This experience on Ishigaki Island was not only a chance to appreciate the richness of nature but also to feel the warmth of the people, making it truly special.

石垣島では、マングローブの中でSUPと、珊瑚礁が広がる海でシュノーケリングを体験しました。SUPでは、静かな川をゆっくり進みながら、両側に広がるマングローブの自然を間近で感じることができ、とても癒されました。最初はバランスを取るのが少し難しかったですが、スタッフさんが丁寧に乗り方やコツを教えてくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。シュノーケリングでは、透き通った海の中に色とりどりの魚や美しい珊瑚礁が広がっていて、まるで別の世界に入ったような感動がありました。スタッフさんも常に気を配ってくださり、とても親切で、初めてでも不安なく参加できました。自然の豊かさだけでなく、人の温かさも感じられる、石垣島ならではの素晴らしい体験になりました。

The guide was an incredibly knowledgeable woman, and her smooth articulation was as fluid as water on a flat board. Despite the rainy, cloudy weather, she shared the island's history and many fun events with us. The half-day itinerary felt very short.

実に博識な女性のガイドさんで、まさに立板に水の様に滑らかな滑舌は、雨混じりの曇天にも関わらず島の歴史や沢山の楽しい出来事を教えていただいた。半日の行程がすごく短く感じられた。

I was guided by Kousei. He is fluent in Japanese, so I had nothing to worry about. In advance, he sent me an email with not only the meeting time and place but also the bus number we would be taking that day and a photo of the flag as a landmark, which made it easy for me to head to the meeting spot. We were the only Japanese people, but I really appreciated that he provided the guidance in English first and then in Japanese. If I have another opportunity, I would love to join him on another tour.

We were able to see Mount Fuji beautifully without any clouds. The black eggs at Owakudani were delicious and had a mild flavor. It was a bit disappointing that Oshino Hakkai had become too commercialized.

Kouseiさんにガイドしていただきました。日本語も堪能で何も心配することはありませんでした。事前にEmailで、集合時間や集合場所はもとより、当日乗車するバスのナンバーや、目印となる旗の写真も送っていただいて安心して集合場所へ向かうことができました。日本人は私たちだけでしたが、英語でガイドのあと、日本語でもしていただきとても感謝です。また機会がありましたら、他のツアーでご一緒させていただきたいです。
富士山は雲がかかることなくきれいに観ることができました。大涌谷の黒たまご、味がまろやかで美味しかったです。忍野八海は観光地化されてしまって少し残念でした。

We set off in the rain, but it turned into a light drizzle and eventually stopped. The journey included unpaved paths and narrow mountain trails scattered with rocks and stones, making it challenging to pass by those coming down the mountain. We listened to the knowledgeable explanations from our oldest legendary guide, Mr. Nakaba, who also took photos at key points. After a tough two-hour trek, we finally reached the moss-covered valley. The descent was exhausting as well.

雨の中の出発になりましたが、途中からは小雨になりやがて雨も止んでくれました。
道中は、途中から整備されていない道とか岩や石ころが散乱した細い山道で、下山すら方たちとのすれ違いもやっとの山道を、最年長レジェンドガイドの中馬さんの知識豊富な説明を聞き、要所要所で撮影をして下さり、やっとの思いで苔むす谷まで2時間ほどでたどり着くことが出来ました。
クダリもしんどかった。

After landing, I was told the order of the shoot by the staff, and it was great. The way the staff spoke was friendly and welcoming.

上陸後、スタッフの方から撮影の順番を言われて撮影しましたが、スタッフの方の話し方など親しみやすく最高でした。

On the day of participation, the weather was unfortunately bad, and I joined with the hope that it would clear up. However, during the drone filming, there was miraculously a break in the clouds, and I had the best experience! If there’s another opportunity, I would definitely like to use this service again.

参加当日は生憎の天気で、晴れたら良いな〜くらいの気持ちで参加しましたが、ドローン撮影時は奇跡的に晴れ間が除き、最高の体験が出来ました！
また機会があれば、是非とも利用したく思います。

The photographer was kind and easy to talk to, making the time fly by. The starry sky was beautiful, and I'm currently waiting for the photos, but I'm really looking forward to them.

カメラマンさんが親切で会話しやすく、時間が過ぎるのが早かったです。
星空も綺麗で現在は写真待ちですが、とても楽しみです。

The driver was very pleasant, and I appreciate the enjoyable sightseeing experience. There was no sense of overstepping, yet it didn't feel lacking either; it was a perfectly balanced guide.

It was a trip to Ishigaki Island and the surrounding islands after eight years. Last time, it rained almost every day during my stay. This time, I was greeted with the expected cobalt blue sea, white sandy beaches, and white clouds in the blue sky. The sightseeing boat that navigated through the mangrove forest of Nakama River was refreshing. The hotel shuttle, the experience with the water buffalo cart timed with the ferry service connecting the islands, and the lunch arrangements all went smoothly without any waiting on the return journey. This level of efficiency is truly remarkable and unique to Japan. I thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant time in the south.

８年振りの石垣島や周辺離島への旅でした。前回は滞在中のほぼ全日に亘っての
降雨続き。今回は期待通りのコバルトブルーの海と白い砂浜や青空の中の白い雲。
仲間川マングローブ林を進む遊覧ボートは涼風爽やかでした。ホテルへの送迎，島々を結ぶフェリー船の運航に合わせるかの水牛車体験や昼食手配，帰路も待つことなく
スムーズに運航されて行くのは日本ならではの見事さでした。無駄時間皆無。
南の心地良い時間を堪能させていただきました。

I traveled alone to Hakata. I wanted to go to Itoshima, so I found this option.

Since I was the only Japanese person, it seemed like the driver had a tough time, but it was fun!

The driver seemed like a veteran, providing clear explanations, and everything went smoothly at Ichiran Forest.

I was also grateful for the recommendations for other great food in Hakata! I felt very safe during the ride.

一人旅で博多へ。糸島へ行きたかったのでこちらを見つけました。
日本人は１人でしたのでドライバーさんが大変そうでしたが、楽しかった！

ベテランのドライバーさんみたいで、わかりやすく説明してくれ、一蘭の森でもスムーズでした。

その他、博多のオススメ飯など教えて頂き有難かったです！
運転もとても安心して乗って居られました。

I understand that due to the schedule constraints, it couldn't be helped, but I wish the tour of the two world-renowned temples, which have many national treasures, had a more historical focus to reflect on their significance. It was quite rushed, but the guide's explanations were very clear and helpful.

旅程(時間)の関係で仕方なかったとは思いますが、世界的に名高い二つのお寺を巡るツアー、国宝など多数あるので歴史に思いを馳せるような内容であってほしかった。
かなり駆け足でしたがガイドさんの説明はとてもわかりやすくて良かったです。

I was able to make a complete loop around Yakushima in half a day, visiting various sightseeing points, which was very enjoyable. I saw a yakuzaru grooming itself from the bus window, and it didn't run away at all, allowing me to watch it slowly. I also got to see a yakushika and had some photos taken… The weather was a mix of light rain and clear spells, but I enjoyed interacting with the other participants in the tour, and the bus guide's stories were great. The bus driver was very skilled at driving 😊 Thank you for the wonderful experience.

半日で　屋久島を約一周出来て、観光のポイントポイントを回ってくれるので、満喫出来ました。車窓から見る　やくざるが、毛繕いしていて　全然逃げずに　ゆっくり見れました。やく鹿も見れて、写真も撮ってもらって…。お天気は、小雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、ツアーに参加している人とも触れ合いながら、バスガイドさんのお話も　良かったです。バスの運転手さんの運転の上手い事😊お世話になりました。

Before departure, they provided a detailed explanation that was easy to understand, and we received colored participant stickers for each course to attach to our chests. These sticker colors indicated the different activities such as the Nakagawa Cruise, bus rides, water buffalo cart rides, and ferry boarding, allowing for smooth transitions without getting lost during the experiences.

However, there was one issue: I had chosen the cycling course on Taketomi Island, but upon arriving at Taketomi Port, there were many bike rental vendors, and I was confused about which shuttle bus to take.

Overall, the day went smoothly, and I had a fun experience. I believe this is a highly recommended tour that provides satisfaction.

出発前に詳細な説明を分かりやすくして頂き、コース毎に色が違う参加シールを胸等に貼ります。このコース毎のシールカラーにより、仲間川クルーズ、バス乗車、水牛車乗車、フェリー乗船、の案内があるのでスムーズに迷うことなく移動・体験ができました。
ただ一つ困った事は、竹富島ではサイクリングコースを選択していたのですが、竹富港都到着してサイクリング貸出業者が多く、どの送迎車に乗ればいいのか迷ってしまいました。
全体的には一日スムーズに事が運び楽しく体験ができ、満足できるおすすめツアーだと思います。

It was fun to have an active flight attendant explain things to us and answer our questions politely. We also got to take a commemorative photo together.

The sedan was honestly an old model, but the driver was a very kind and experienced person. I had many places I wanted to visit, but he organized the schedule properly so that we could visit everything within the time limit. Thanks to that, we were able to see everything without wasting any time, which I really appreciated.

セダンは正直古いタイプでしたが、ドライバーさんは熟年のとても親切な方で、見学場所を沢山希望していたのですが、時間内に回れるようにきちんと、スケジュールを組んで回ってくれました。
そのおかげで、無駄なく全ての見学が出来て、有り難かったです。

I was glad to be able to efficiently visit Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, which are places that are difficult to reach in just one day. Although it was a Japanese tour, most participants were inbound tourists, particularly from China. I was surprised that the number of visitors from China had decreased during this period. Throughout the tour, the guide provided explanations in three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese, so there were no particular issues. At the end of the tour, we were able to return to Nagoya earlier than scheduled, which gave us some extra time.

飛騨高山と白川郷と1日では行きづらい場所を効率良く回ることができて良かったです。日本語ツアーではあるものの、ほとんどはインバウンドで、特に中国系の方が多かったです。中国からの訪問者が減ってきた時期だったので驚きました。ツアー中、ガイドさんは常に中国語/英語/日本語の3ヶ国語で説明して下さったので、特段問題はありませんでした。ツアーの最後は、予定よりも早めに名古屋に戻って来ることができて、時間的にも余裕を持てました。

It had been decades since my last visit to Nara. I was a bit anxious about the sightseeing bus that would take a whole day, but I was glad that we could smoothly visit all the places I wanted to see, starting with Horyu-ji Temple. I was worried about walking, but the guide's explanations were excellent, and I was able to enjoy the tour. Moreover, I was impressed by the guide's clarity and memory. Considering the entrance fees and such, I think it was very reasonably priced.

数十年ぶりの奈良観光でした。
一日かけての観光バスには少し不安もあってのですが、法隆寺をはじめ行きたかった所をスムーズに回れて良かったです。
歩くのは不安があったのですが、ガイドさんの説明も良く、楽しく観て回る事ができました。
それにしても、ガイドさんの説明は分かりやすいのと、記憶力には感銘しました。
入場料など考えればとても割安と思います。

The round trip of over 5 hours by microbus was tough. It was my first time on a tour that involved such a long bus ride. The sculptures were completely boring, and the facility was empty with no other guests. We spent the longest time there, while the other facilities were only about 20 minutes each, so I think that place was unnecessary.

I would have given it one star, but the tour conductor was quick-witted and took us to a scenic spot that wasn't on the itinerary, so I gave it two stars instead.

マイクロバスでの往復5時間以上は辛かったです。そんなバスで回っているツアーは初めてでした。彫刻はまったくつまらないもので他のお客さんも居ないガラガラの施設でした。そこでの滞在時間が1番長く他の施設は20分程度だったのであの施設は要らないと思います。
星１つでもよかったのですがツアコンダクターの方が機転をきかしてくれてコースにない景色のよい所に案内してくれたので星2にしました。

The staff's response was really great; they talked to us during the transfer and escorted us on and off the boat. We even got to see a few sea turtles. They asked us about our preferences for photos and videos, and the results were absolutely wonderful! The quality of the drone footage was quite beautiful, allowing us to capture unique photos.

The duration, including the transfer, was about an hour, which was just right. We were offered drinks on the way back.

I think the weather depends on luck that day, but the scenery is undoubtedly worth it! I would definitely recommend this to others when visiting Miyako Island.

スタッフの方の対応も凄く良くて、移動中話し掛けてくれたり、船の乗り降りもエスコート頂き、海亀も少し見れました。
写真・動画も希望を聞いて頂き、とても素敵な仕上がりでした！ドローンの画質も結構綺麗で他にない写真を残せます。

時間も移動込みで約1時間なので丁度良かったです。帰りにドリンクを頂きました。

天気はその日の運かと思いますが、
景色は言うまでもなく、行く価値ありです！
宮古島に来た際は他の方にもオススメしたいです。

I was able to see the stunning views of Cape Earth, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. The weather was great, and the tour guide provided service that exceeded expectations, which was very impressive. They recommended souvenirs and food at each sightseeing spot, as well as suggestions for Sapporo city and the airport. I would like to participate in another bus tour via a different route.

地球岬・洞爺湖・支笏湖の絶景を見る事ができました。天気も良く添乗員さんがガイドさん以上の対応で非常に良かったです。
各観光地でのお土産・食べ物などお薦めを教えてくれたり、札幌市内のお薦め・空港のお薦めまで教えて頂きました。
また別ルートのバスツアーに参加したいと思います。
