Learn Stand Up Paddle Surfing from the experts!: Stand Up Paddling, or SUP-ing, is the newest craze to hit Hawaii's waters. Not only it is a great new ocean sport, but it is also a great full body workout that focuses heavily on your core and abs.

Located on the ocean in Haleiwa and at the mouth of the Anahulu Stream, your introductory lesson will get you familiar with the basics of Standup Paddling while in some of the calmest waters on Oahu. Your instructors will get you fitted with the correct paddle and board for your size and ability, and then work with you step-by-step until you are comfortable with your paddling ability.

Once you start, you won't want to stop as your paddle slips smoothly into the water and you feel the ocean ripple beneath your feet. Here is your chance to experience an unforgettable part of Hawaii's surf culture!

If you want to try out the fastest growing ocean sport around. This will take you through the basics of the equipment necessary, including board selection, sizing & instruction on balance, turning and overall success for your first go.

Fitness Lesson (2 hours)

Located at the mouth of the Anahulu Stream

Designed for the more adventurous individual who knows they are going to like this new sport and want to take it to the next level. You will spend two (2) hours; starting with the basics analyzing your technique, and getting you set for a great full body workout. Better than the gym, Surf'n'Sea has the best location you will find for fine tuning your SUP skills and your body.
