for anyone that is an animal lover and wants to experience a Luau, what better place to be! a private tour of the facility, crowd and hassle free viewing of the animals, a penguin greeting, a dolphin show, and oh yes, the FOOD! lots and lots of it! the traditional dancing was awesome, as well as the fire dance! highly recommended!

This experience was so amazing. The Sea Life Park Luau was so much fun and entertaining. The nice thing about it was that it wasn't so big and crowded that you felt left out of the activites. It was very casual, yet very entertaining and professional. I was so happy with the experience that on our next trip to Hawai'i, we will be going back. I think about that night all the time. The food was incredible!! It was very authentic Hawaiian food. They also did give aways, and I won the Dolphin Discovery. That is a whole nother comment page, but I can say WOW!! The Sea Life Park Luau exceeded our expectations and more and I can't wait to return. Thank y'all for a wonderful experience!! Pic 1-removing the pig from the ground that had been cooking for many hours. Pic 2-be prepared for audience participation-I tried to learn how to Hula dance, it was so much fun. Pic 3-a type of dance with fire sticks.

Dolphin Show & Luau!!!

We loved the dolphin show & the luau. Something you can experience only in Hawaii! It's well-worth the money. I recommend doing the dolphin programs they offer in the daytime, and continue doing the luau. Sea Life Park is good 30-40min drive away from Waikiki so doing it in one day would be wise. Makapuu Beach is such a gorgeous place. (see the photo!)

We had the best time at this unique luau. The staff were amazingly friendly. Family oriented!!. The show was very entertaining and it was obvious that the trainers were top knotch and dearly loved the animals. The dinner show was awesome as well and seating allowed you to see everything upclose. We ALL had a great time. I expecially appreciate that they give you free admission coupons for later that week with the price of admission. We returned agian and had an awesome time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Dolphins,Penquins and Lions, oh my!

What a treat to have a dolphin show before the luau feast! Although it appeared to be a scaled down version of what is probably featured during regular park hours, it was very enjoyable to see a pair of penquins and sea lions brought out with their handlers to be shared with the audience. The dolphin tank is nicely designed to see their underwater tricks and maneuvers. The rest of the evening was dedicated to the luau feast with plenty of food, drink and island entertainment. There's an opportunity to dance with the "hula" stars onstage at the end!

Great Show

The Luau starts off with a great dolphin show that vistors to the park don't get to see. Then you move on to the dinner and show portion. The food was great and the show was awesome. Bring a video camera to capture the dancing. A digital camera does the show no justice because the perfomers are dressed in bright clothing and move to fast to get great photos.
