The Honolulu Screamer is a colorful, twin jet, water propelled boat that flies through the water at speeds up to 40 miles per hour! Aboard the Screamer, you will enjoy high speed twists and turns as you boogie down to beats and tunes rocking out of an awesome 20-speaker surround sound audio system! With her 1420 horse power, twin diesel Caterpillar engines, there is not much that this boat can't tackle!


Once aboard The Screamer, you will rocket up the stunning coast of Waikiki all the way to Diamond Head Crater as you prepare yourself for 30 minutes of thrilling fun and excitement! As you ride the waves and slice through the water, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Waikiki and the Ko'olau Mountain Range. If you are lucky, you may even catch sight of some of Oahu's famous Hawaiian green sea turtles, spinner dolphins, or even our seasonal winter guests, the Humpback whales!


The Honolulu Screamer is United States Coast Guard approved and certified to carry up to 49 passengers comfortably. Life-vests are provided for your safety, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff. At the Honolulu Screamer, the recipe for success is simple: they provide the ride, you enjoy the fun!

Transportation: Round-trip transportation from Waikiki available. Cruise ship passengers will have to find their own way to Kewalo Basin, which is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the pier.

  • Not recommended for persons with heart, neck, back or joint problems.
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • To ensure the highest level of safety standards you must be 40h/102 cm tall to ride The Honolulu Screamer.
  • The Honolulu Screamer is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • No Smoking, Food or Drinks are allowed on the vessel.

  • If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay the parking fee. Parking is available in metered areas around Kewalo Basin for $0.50 per hour. Parking meters accept quarters only.
