Got us to the airport quickly. Good value especially if you purchase shuttle both ways.

We arrived on time (early), but the transportation did not. Stuck at airport for almost 2 hrs.!! Not acceptable!!! No reason given, just wait! Luggage then just stuffed into rear of bus. Bus was not roomy, felt crampt. More informative personall should be at the airport. Kinda felt stuck since it was paid for in advance. Really didn't have a choice but to wait. Would not recommed, driver also played music very loud.

We used the shuttle to and from the airport. The drivers were very courteous and accommodating. We will use them again on our next trip.

A representative was at the airport when we landed to escort us to the van. The driver was friendly full of fun information about the area. This was stress-free transportation both to the hotel and then back to the airport.

The shuttle was 10 minutes late picking us up, but got us to the airport in a timely fashion. The ride was fun, as we met a couple from near where we live, and had a wonderful chat about our trips.

It was a very unclear where to go for your pickup at the airport upon arrival.

The pick up was smooth. The driver was on time and seemed very friendly and helpfull. He took care of our luggages and help us board the van. The step stool was a godsent specially for my kids. Thanks!

When we got there the people were easy to find. The person was alittle goofy but nice. The guy who drove us to the hotel was very nice & informative. However, on the way back from our hotel to the airport the bus was a half hour late! I called twice & the people told me both times they would be there shortly. They were no help. The guy was also not that friendly and didn't appoligize for being late. Found out later on the island we could've gotten a better deal at a lot of other places for airport/ hotel transportation.

I booked a lei greeting and RT transfers for me and my mother and sisters for a recent trip to Honolulu. My mom and sisters were to meet me in Denver to fly over together. I had the transfer info. I some how managed to miss the flight to Denver with them, and got there a few hours later. They did not know they were to get lei greetings, it was going to be a surprize. I called my husband on the mainland, he called Hawaii Activities and told them what had happened. My mom and sisters got their lei. They did not get the transfer, probably because they did not know the name of the transfer company. I am not sure what happened. Maybe they didn't see them with their names. I got there a few hours later, and I got my lei also, and the transfer. We all had our transfer back to the airport. It all worked out fine, but it works better if everyone involved knows who they are looking for. No more surprizes! Thanks for a good job.

Our shuttle driver happened to be the same person both from the Airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the Airport. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about Hawaii and made us feel so welcome.
