The driver was great. Picked us up on time, loaded our bags and off we went to the airport. Can't beat the price!

i found the service very good. my driver was waiting for me at the baggage carrousel like i was told and wearing clothing clearly identifying themselves. fast convenient service.

The driver arrived right on time, and we had a timely arrival at the airport for my mainland departure. I would definitely use this service again.

Our shuttle operator was very efficient, courteous, and informative. He explained about the agriculture check at the airport, and how long it would take, among other things.
The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because the shuttle was 15 minutes late. I understood later that this was due to a couple of no-shows at the previous stop. Still, a call to my cell phone would have eased my mind a bit (rather than me having to call the service). At any rate, we made excellent time to the airport.
I would definitely recommend this service to others.

The service was actually very good. On time, spacious van, good driver. We unfortunately are comparing him to the last three drivers we had over the last three summers. The previous drivers told us about every site we passed and told us local goings-on and updated us on the community and anything new to do. This driver said only two words to us the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable drive. We gave a huge tip to the last three drivers because they were so entertaining. This driver we felt it appropriate to just give the basic service tip per bag and travel time. But we had extra money out just waiting for him to do or say anything,

The service needs to be on time! Customer service help is not available until 8:00 AM and is no help when there is a no-show before that time.

I was really worried about no one being there to pick us up. But we got our bags and turned aroun and there was a lady waiting for us. Boy was I happy to see her. She took us outside and we waited a few minutes for the van. It worked out wonderful for us. We used them both ways. Would recommend this to anyone.

It was wonderful having someone waiting for us when we arrived in the baggage area. Even when I had reserved them with the wrong hotel (!) they came back and picked us up and took us to the right one! All in all very worth the money!

Probably the cheapest and most convenient way to get from your hotel to the airport or vice versa if you don't have someone to take you.

We had a little trouble connecting with our greeter. I had to call to find out where they were. We knew to look for someone in a red shirt with black sleeves but the young lady that eventually found us had on a green colored jacket that obscured her shirt. Once found, she took us to a waiting area for the driver to show up. Our driver was a very nice fella that took us to our hotel and told us to have a great time.
Even though it was a little worrisome in the beginning, it turned out okay. Thank you!
