Excellent service as usual

I really enyjoyed this trip. I recommend any and everyone to take a trip to Hawaii. You will not be sorry.

The driver was excellent. For informative about the island. Talked about many things that were of value and interest. Give the guy a raise!

We had a little trouble connecting with our greeter. I had to call to find out where they were. We knew to look for someone in a red shirt with black sleeves but the young lady that eventually found us had on a green colored jacket that obscured her shirt. Once found, she took us to a waiting area for the driver to show up. Our driver was a very nice fella that took us to our hotel and told us to have a great time.
Even though it was a little worrisome in the beginning, it turned out okay. Thank you!

They were prompt and got us to the terminal as expected. Courteous and friendly.

Chris was our driver and when he picked us up, he introduced us to the other riders - a nice touch. He then proceeded to point out areas of interest on the way to the airport. He enlightened us about the day to day beauty of living on the Island and how much he enjoyed having us as visitors. He hoped that we could all come back at some point in time to visit again. A very nice and sincere farewell!

We found in Honolulu other shuttles were cheaper and apparently as a efficient.
No complaints with service both from and
to the airport. Just that it could of been more economically.

Absolutely no complaints here!!! Our driver arrived on time, helped us with our bags and had a good chat on the way to the airport. Friendly and helpful. If ever we are to come back, we will definitely use the same shuttle service. Thanks so much!!!

Shuttle was right on time...phone call and e-mail the day prior as a reminder..very helpful when on vacation!

We had Ilima Tours and Transportation shuttled us four times during our two week vacation. They were great- we would recommend them.

We felt rather badly about the fact that they sent a huge bus just for the two of us. I guess some others at another hotel did not show up, so we had the whole bus to ourselves.
The bus arrived exactly on time at the arranged location. We got to the airport in record time.

Was easy to use. Called from the courtesy phone. They had us wait there and the girl came in to get us and took us to the van. The driver was very friendly. Great value especially if you purchase shuttle for both ways. Would use again.

We arrived on time (early), but the transportation did not. Stuck at airport for almost 2 hrs.!! Not acceptable!!! No reason given, just wait! Luggage then just stuffed into rear of bus. Bus was not roomy, felt crampt. More informative personall should be at the airport. Kinda felt stuck since it was paid for in advance. Really didn't have a choice but to wait. Would not recommed, driver also played music very loud.

We used the shuttle to and from the airport. The drivers were very courteous and accommodating. We will use them again on our next trip.

A representative was at the airport when we landed to escort us to the van. The driver was friendly full of fun information about the area. This was stress-free transportation both to the hotel and then back to the airport.

The shuttle was 10 minutes late picking us up, but got us to the airport in a timely fashion. The ride was fun, as we met a couple from near where we live, and had a wonderful chat about our trips.
