A friendly Ilima porter will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle outside.

Upon your arrival, look for a porter with red jacket with black sleeve when you get to your flight's baggage carousel. If you have trouble finding Ilima staff, you can always dial x55 at the nearest courtesy phone.
