Ilima representatives were looking for us while we were still looking for luggage. Then they helped us take it to the shuttle. This was a lot easier than having someone pick us up and having to fit our golf clubs into the car.

The next day we call for transfer from the hotel to the cruise, Thank you!

Courtesy phone did not work when I dialed "55" so it was a good thing I had a cell phone so I could call and get specific instructions of where to meet driver.

The ride from the airport to our Waikiki hotel was very enjoyable. The driver was very knowledgeable of the area and shared a lot of helpful tourist info.

We waited a bit for our shuttle but once we boarded it was smooth sailing to waikiki.

We arrived at the airport and one of our bags was lost by the airline. The woman at the airport meet us at the luggage area and collected our luggage while we were in line with the airline lost backage agent. when we were done we were taken to a waiting van and went to our hotel. Everyone with Iliam was wonderful and very professional. I have used them 4 times on my most recent trip and will use them in the future.

competent but not especially friendly, but good service.

The shuttle was easy and a good value for the money. I would use this service again if I needed a ride to my hotel from the airport in Honolulu.

It is a shuttle and they get you to Waikiki in one piece. Can't ask for anything more! The staff members are very helpful and they did everything they could to make the quick trip painless. Will use again when I come back.
