The shuttle service was quick and affordable transportation to and from the airport, friendly staff!

The driver was about 20 minutes late picking us up. Then we were the last ones to get dropped off. Made for a long trip from the airport. Would have been quicker with a cab but probably more expensive. The driver talked on his cell phone the whole way as well which made me a little nervous.

It was easy to find the Greeter in baggage claim, and the staff was very pleasant. My only frustration was that I purposely did not check luggage so that I could depart the airport more quickly, yet I ended up having to wait about 50 minutes after my flight had landed for four other parties to gather. I would use this service again, however.

The out trip from the airport to our hotel was not the best. It was a dirty, run down van which we had to pick up a fair walk from where others were being picked up and had a long wait even though the representative who met us told us it would only be seven minutes. Our return was much better, nice van and to time.

We were met right after we got our bags. Then taken right to our hotel. Very nice and quick!

Fantastic, couldn't have asked for better service. Driver was the best, took the time to teach a few Hawaiian words, pointed out several sites, and taught us the "chill out" hand gesture.

The pickup service was great - our plane was 2 hours late and the representative was there to great us. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

Very good service

I was found by the employee quickly but then waited for over 30 minutes. Lots of confusion proior to getting on the shuttle, but I think it was due to all the flight/ airlines issues at the time of my arrival. i would use them again though.

Pickup was fine. It was nice that we left early. I was surprised I wasn't given any assistance with my bags though.

It was very nice not to have to worry about our transportation to hotel. We were met at the baggage claim area by an associate. Very nice for us 1st timers. Thanks!!

this shuttle was a tired old vehicle driven by a young inexperienced guy who either struggled with the worn out vehicle or was simply a poor driver. He didn't know his job very well and wasn't very good with the customers.

We had a group of 17 and it was a worry free, experience. They took care of the luggage, and got us to the Pier fast. We did not have to wait long for transportation for all 17 of us. Service was excellent.

I was pleasantly impressed. You accommodated my request for help with the luggage because I had a health problem. Your driver was friendly and made me feel as ease. In addition, my flight was 6+ hours late AND YOU WERE THERE.
I hope my experience equals arriving on the way back 3/ 1. Thanks.

The shuttle was waiting for us at the airport, even though our plane arrived 15 minutes early. The employees were excellent.
