Your trip begins with a greeting and brief from the crew who will familiarize you with the safety features of the boat and procedures of preparation and the parasail flight for safety and comfort for the most pleasurable parasail experience.

Once the captain has the boat in the proper zone for flying, the crew will inflate and prepare the parasail chute for customers and start deployment. Once the requested altitude has been achieved, you will enjoy a birds-eye panoramic view of Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki and Diamond Head. You will then slowly descend back to the landing platform and complete the parasail adventure. If desired, you will enjoy a "dunk" into the water before landing!

X-treme Parasail is the only company to fly tandem side-by-side, which gives you more comfortable and spacious ride! Both of you will sure to enjoy an unobstructed spectacular view of Honolulu.

The Boats: Xtreme Parasail is the largest parasail company on Oahu with the highest flight in the State of Hawaii. Xtreme Parasail operates two custom parasail boats with all the latest safety features. The vessels are operated by USCG licensed captains and crews and carries 1,000 feet of line enabling them to offer you a wide variety of rides. They have five parasail boats: three boats are able to carry twelve passengers and two boats are able to carry six passengers.

Time & Duration: Hotel pick-up will be approximately 15 minutes prior to your requested parasail time. Flights leave every hour and are available all day from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Restriction(s)

  • Participants should not have serious fear of heights.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women.
  • Wheel Chair Accessibility: Assistance is available from your crew, please indicate upon booking to secure most convenient arrangements. Some mobility is necessary.

Requirement(s)

  • Participants are required to sign a liability waiver.

Required Items to Bring & Attire

    Bottled Water / Please wear your swimsuit to the activity.

Note(s)

  • All participants who go in the water must wear a flotation device.
  • The tour/activity schedule is subject to change.
  • The tour/activity is subject to cancellation due to weather.
  • All parasail rides are "tandem" and you will be paired with another passenger during your "flight" if you book this tour as a single passenger.
  • If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay the parking fee. Parking is available around Kewalo Basin for $0.50 per half hour and must be paid in advance at the white pay boxes located in the parking lot. Rates are subject to change without notice
  • The altitudes and durations of the parasail rides are approximate and subject to change depending on the wind/weather condition and the weight of the passengers.
