Makani Kai, which means "wind over the water," operates Eurocopter A-Star, six passenger aircraft, which feature air conditioning, Bose noise-canceling headsets, custom interior, five-camera video system, Hawaiian music on CD and extra large windows for premium viewing. Makani Kai Helicopters provides complimentary round-trip transportation from major Waikiki hotels. Pick-up is approximately one hour prior to flight departure time.

Requirement(s)

- Passengers weighing more than 250lbs will be charged for an additional seat equal to 1/2 the tour price.
- Passengers weighing over 300lbs are required to buy an extra seat.
- Two (2) or more passengers within the same party having a combined weight exceeding 430lbs may be required to purchase an additional seat.
