The tour can't be called fun, but i can say "don't miss it". It's very informative, quite solemn (the Arizona portion) and something i think every visitor should take in. It was well organized, good timing, and did everything we hoped it would.

Our bus driver was great and very helpful. We could not have seen all that we covered in one day on our own. The one day tour was well worth the cost.

It was a good trip, the Arizona Memorial was awe-inspiring, the USS Missouri tour informed me of things I didn't. Also since it was the anniversary of the signing of the Peace Treaty, they were sprucing it up. A little disappointed couldn't get out in Punchbowl or downtown, but time constraints may have played a part in that.
Overall it was excellent, our tour guide was well informed and easy to understand.

WOrds cannot explain this activity. My wife and I took a vacation to Hawaii as our yearly get away, no special occasion. I served in the military so this was a must for me to go experience. It was recommended for us to arrive early at pearl harbor. It's true that there is a massive line but I recommend that you go a little later than 6am because the line moves pretty quick. Let me explain the process because I did not see anyone mention it. The memorial opens at 7am and people enter inside the welcome center and get a card with a # on it, which puts you in a group. I estimate the group to be about 50 people. After that time, you just roam around the welcome center until your group # is called. Then you stand in line to go into a theater where you will see ACTUAL footage from the war and it's very touching and heart stopping. After that, you go outside to the water taxi (boat) which takes you out to the actual memorial. you can just feel the mood there. Some people can be disrespectful by being loud and not appreciating the situation like I do(I am a disabled vet) but it's worth going to see. The missouri battleship is a must as well. YOu get to walk around the whole ship and it is from pearl harbor back in 1941. The city tour is ok, it was informative in interesting but I was truthfully broken up after my visit from pearl.

This was an excellent tour and well worth the money! Our bus driver/ tour guide was outstanding! Garfield was very knowledgeable with the sites and history of both the city tour as well as being our guide on the Uss Missouri. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hawaii.

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. My husband is a HUGE history buff, my son - age 15 even enjoyed it, along with my parents (Around 60 yrs. old) and my husband & myself (late 30's) Therefore, you can see that it was interesting for all ages. It was a very spooky feeling standing on the Arizona Memorial, looking down at the sunken ship, seeing the oil still leaking into the water, and reading all of the names of those who perished that awful, fateful day. We also got to meet & take pictures with two of the survivors from that day. They were inside, sitting near the museum signing autographs. One of them was born in Macomb, Illinois, about 50 miles from our hometown of Rockford, so that was very surprising! We had an awesome guided tour aboard the USS Missouri. Took about 90 minutes, we even got to see inside. Saw the bunks where the sailors slept, the control room, radio room, the table where the declaration was signed to end the war, the "mess hall", stood under the gun turrets, was just interesting to be on a vessel that mammoth!

I want to comment that the driver, Ben, the guide / bus driver, assigned to our tour was the best. He made our trip enjoyable and informative. Our entire group enjoyed his sense of humor and knowledge of Arizona and Missouri tours. In fact you was our tour guide at the USS Missouri. He knew how to make the maximun use of our time and best place for lunch.
We definitely will come back and will request Ben, if he is still owrking for this company.
Excellent value.

This a very moving experience, having a father who was in the armed services during WWII and mother who worked at Hunters Point, San Francisco. I just found out she was on the USS Missouri to deliver papers just prior it leaving San Francisco on its trip to the Midway for the siging of the peace treaty with the Japanese. It is a history lesson for all, adults and children to know in order not to repeat history. The tour guide was excellent, he had a vast knowledge of history of Pearl Harbor, the Arizona and the other ships lost that fateful day. Being form Aeia, he also had avast knowledge of the Hawaiian history as well. Excellent time.
