Best Hawaii Airport Shuttle Service

Got a family of 5 or more people? Need to get from the Honolulu airport to your Waikiki hotel? Don't want to spend 1 hour on an airport shuttle that stops at 10 different hotels? YOU MUST CHECK OUT HAWAIIAN ACTIVITIES LIMO SERVICES!!!

This is my 4th time using HawaiianActivities.com to book my airport to hotel roundtrip transportation. I just took a family vacation (6 people in total) to Waikiki. Once we landed in Honolulu, we could have taken 2 taxi's to our hotel in Waikiki, which would have cost about $30-35 per cab (total $70/ oneway)....We could have also booked a shuttle service for a little cheaper, but after a 6 hour flight we didn't want to spend another 2 hours stopping at 10 different hotels before getting to our hotel stop. INSTEAD, we chose to book our airport transportation with HawaiianActivities.com! For about $65, same price as taking 2 taxi's to Waikiki(6 people), we were met at baggage claim by our Platinum Limo Driver who loaded us into his stretch limo that usually fits 10 people. We road comfortably and in style directly to our hotel. Since you can book an airport roundtrip deal with HawaiianActivities.com, at the end of our vacation, we booked the same Limo to pick us up at our hotel and take us back to the airport. To our surprise, our limo driver met us with a HUGE Hummer Limo (got a free upgrade!). So, we road in extreme comfort and style back to the airport.

I've NEVER had any problems with HawaiianActivities.com airport transportation services. They always give you a confirmation call and email a day or two before your scheduled airport transportation. Then, usually about 30 min before your scheduled pick up, you'll receive a call from your Limo driver specifying exactly where he'll be to pick you up. They have a very friendly and professional staff.

Transfers in Honolulu

My clients had 2 sets of reservations. The 1st one was for a transfers on 7/ 14/ 09 from Honolulu (airport) to Turtle Bay. The reservation was for a Lincoln Navigator (up to 12 psgrs), but they got a hummer instead which was fine. As for the driver my clients said he was not friendly at all, and hardly spoke to them. They even had to yell to him to put on the air conditioning.
The 2nd reservation was on 7/ 24/ 09 from the Marriott Waikiki Beach back to the airport which was ok. Again they had a reservation for a Lincoln Navigator, but ended up with a hummer. The driver did speak to them and was a bit friendlier.
For the amount my clients paid for each set of reservations I feel they should have been treated with a more friendly attitude by the driver as my clients tipped him about 20%.

Loved the surprise upgrade!

I had ordered a Navigator to take us to the airport - a little extra luxury before we left. Byron called a half hour before our pick up time to confirm, and when I told him we were ready, he said he'd be right over.

We were expecting a Navigator, so it was quite a surprise to see a stretch Hummer pull up in front of the hotel! We're not in limos every day, so we were geeks and pushed all the buttons for the light shows. :) Nice cushy ride (plenty of room with only 2 of us in there!) and more cold water before the plane trip. Definitely the best way I've ever left Hawaii.

Free Upgrade

We had lined up a limo to pick us up at our resort to make sure that we made it to the airport in time. The limo company upgraded us to eh H2 Hummer limo for free. We also had the same driver that picked us up at the airport the weekend before. Marc remembered us and and asked about our trip.

Smooth ride!

Our experience was just rount-trip luxury shuttle service from the Honolulu airport to the Sheraton Waikiki. The drivers were both very courteous and drove smoothly. Our pickup at the airport was delayed by baggage delivery at the termindal, but the driver was still very courteous, patient, and helpful. We were picked up in a new clean Lincoln Navigator and offered sodas and water. Our return pickup to the airport was on time and this time in a Navigator stretch limo. It was great service both times and we will surely use this service again!

I would suggest limo service for those first timers, just so you don't get lost going to and from your hotel. The service was great and always on time. Plus... its a LIMO!! Great for your trip in Hawaii!
