A great and easy way of getting from the airport! My new wife had never taken a limo, so this was a great surprise for her when we arrived in Honolulu. Wasn't so much more than a taxi.

We were in an airline-induced stupor getting off of the plane after the 9.5 hour flight. As directed, we called Platinum as soon as we retreived our bags. In approximately 3 minutes, the longest Lincoln Navigator I've ever seen pulled up, and the driver energetically loaded our bags and helped us into the limo. A ten-passenger stretch is a little overkill for my wife and I, but we certainly enjoyed the ride to the hotel. The driver even took our picture. I'm soooo happy that we didn't have to drive ourselves, as the trafic and one-way streets would have just aggravated our arrival. I'm glad we have the return trip to the airport booked with Platinum as well!

Was very convenient! There was a huge Taxi line when we arrived and all we had to do was call our limo driver (Reni) and off we went! I found our driver to be very professional and friendly.

They exceeded our expectations by waiting an additional hour as the airline had lost our luggage and we had to stay to make a claim.

I would whole heartedly recommend this transportation method. We were picked up on time at the Airport and transported to our cruise ship efficiently , and in an upgraded vehicle. This really was a nice, comfortable and upscale way to start our vacation. One of the reasons I booked this for our group (9 family members from various areas of Canada) was that with so many people and so much luggage I did not want to make last minute arrangements and the cruise ship was asking 35/ head to transport us to the ship which when you add that up (315.00) we were far better off with the $140.00 charge for the black excursion trip, and we went in style (plus a well deserved tip for the driver).
I would use this service again and indeed I tried to on the way back to the airport, but they were fully booked, so I would suggest you book well in advance to be sure.

The limo is a wonderful and affordable alternative for transportation from the airport to your hotel. Car was beautiful and everything was great ....UNTIL we arrived at our hotel and our driver got into a screaming match with one of the hotel employees in front of LOTS of people- we were SOOOO embarassed! I really think whatever the problem was it could of been handled much better!

Didn't drop us off at the registration desk, had to walk a long way with all our luggage late at night after a long 12 hour flight.

I ordered and paid for a 10 seater limousine, and I got a 6 seater limousine.
It was a special treat as when we landed in Honolulu it was my son's 9th b/ day.
We enjoyed the ride, it was relaxing after flying from Memphis
The driver wasn't very friendly or happy.

Eric was our limo driver and a professional all the way from the time he picked us up until he dropped us off. Friendly and courtious. I would highly recommend him any time he made our trip enjoyable. Great job and thank you and Eric

Initially, we received the wrong limo. We ordered the Lincoln Navigator since we had 7 people plus luggage, and the company sent the stretch, but after placing a phone call, another stretch was sent. Not what we wanted, but they did make up for it. Both limos were in good shape.

Great service, My flight was delayed and Platinum limo was understanding and flexible. They picked us up right after we got own luggage.

Platinum Limo is quick, reliable and friendly. I plan on using them when I visit Oahu going forward and wish I had known about them for the previous seven visits.
