- All guests weighing between 250 and 300lbs will be assessed a Capacity Surcharge. The guest will be guaranteed a window seat.
- All guests weighing over 300lbs with the Capacity Surcharge of 50% of one seat will be guaranteed a window seat and 50% of the seat next to them.
- All guests weighing 350lbs and up are required to buy two seats. They will be guaranteed a window seat and an empty seat next to them.
- Wheel Chair Accessibility: Must be able to self-assist or be a member of a party that can offer assistance. Additional assistance is available by the crew on and off the aircraft. Facilities at the helipad are wheelchair accessible.

Bus Fare is currently $2.50 and prices are subject to change.
