Visit a waterfall that plunges into a rainforest pool and learn about the Hawaiians use of various plant species and the interesting environmental history of the area. Excellent hikes but you need to be fairly fit as there is a lot of climbing and very uneven ground. Guides for both hikes were excellent and allowed for us "more mature" hikers. Good fun.

Great fun even without the sun!!:

We went on the Rainforest hike in the morning and the Natural Highlights of Oahu in the afternoon. We got soaked and muddy on the hike but had so much fun and learned so much. The sightseeing tour was much more laid-back, but still lots o ...More
