This was an incredible hike through a rainforest to a waterfall. It was definately a workout. Bring your bug spray and hiking shoes. I took only my tennies and they got pretty muddy. Guide was extremely knowledgeble and very educated. Lots of great information as given. If given the opportunity, between returning the way you came or going the long way back. Take the long way, there is one part that is pretty steep, you have to go down holding a rope.

North shore is a great tour. Highly recommended if you haven't been around the island yet.

Moana Falls

The Moana Falls hike was informative and enjoyable. Put on mosquito repellant before you start your hike. It is also very wet and slippery. A hiking stick helps and good traction shoes.
