I took my whole family to these excursions, and we absolutely loved it. We got to see a lot of whales, and they were not afraid of people. Seemed like they were enjoying their Hawaiian vacation as well! Luau was great. It was our first time, and our whole family experienced some Hawaiian hospitality first hand. Our son & daughter were taken to the stage for a little hula session.
I don't know what the other people talking about regarding the rates being cheaper when you get to Maui. We saw a lot of discounted activities but they had some string attached to it 99% of the time, especially time-share presentation. I wouldn't waste my precious vacation time going to some time-share presentation. Booking online seems like the only way to go.
