-This in an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks. (Frail or physically challenged individuals are subject to captains discretion). -Do not park at the harbor or pier. Your car will be towed. Please use the parking lot as directed. -This is a "bare-foot" tour. (orthopedic shoes are allowed.) -Children must be 5 yr's or older. -Smoking allowed according to Captains instructions only. -You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket, camera and film. -We do not land on shore. -Tipping is permitted ONLY in case of Excellence.
