This is one of those "Once in a lifetime" things. We did it once, and never again in our lifetime!!! We did this on our Honeymoon and I thought that it would be a magical experience for my husband and I. Waterfalls, secluded swimming holes, us and nature!!! It was the most exhausting and strenuous activity that I could have picked on the whole Island!!! The description is correct you do go through moving streams and by streams they mean streams that are moving about 35 miles per hour and about 100-150 feet if not more from the ground. At a few points you have to be strapped on a wire, so you don't go down the waterfall!!
I am terrified of heights, so that is probably the main reason why I would not do this again. We are glad that we did do this.
Tip: Bring an underwater camera your digital camera will get wet!!!
