Your exciting day begins at the Summit of Kilauea Volcano, which is currently erupting! You will bike around the rim of this lively crater on user-friendly, off road trails and paved roads. Here you will get a chance to �gFeel the Heat�h of the volcano as you stand next to its piping Steam Vents!

Periodically throughout the tour, your knowledgeable guides will share fascinating geological, mythological, and botanical information with you, enlightening you on facts about these amazing islands! After leaving the summit crater you will then head through the lush, ancient Hawaiian rainforest. Survey the wonder of the incredible Kilauea Iki Crater as you take a short hike through the rainforest, leading to the Big Island's famous Thurston Lava Tube, all the while being serenaded by intriguing, native Hawaiian birds!

Your journey continues as you head down the famed Chain of Craters Road, marked its entire length by a variety of remarkable pit craters and lava trees. Take in jaw-dropping, panoramic ocean views and lava landscapes as you travel the last four miles to the ocean by van. Enjoy the cool, refreshing sea breeze as you are served a delectable ocean side lunch. And if Madame Pele (Hawaii's famed Volcano Goddess) allows, you will even get a chance to see active lava's fiery flow straight into the Pacific Ocean!

As the day winds to a close, relax as you travel back to the Summit by van where you may choose to partake in an optional, fifteen minute, exotic wine tasting session at the Volcano Winery!
